hey g uys, i'm a little nervous to share this fanart but very recently an animator whose work i really liked when i was a younger preteen and who i've been kinda watching online for a few years now recently came back with a banger and a half, and it's Birdie!! i've been super excited about his return to the internet since it uploaded a couple days ago and in celebration of hearing that he's doing well now, i drew his sona because it just looks super cool dude like lookat him!

i'm excited he's doing well and i'm even more excited for the new art he'll be posting in the future! welcome back Birdie!!!

the way ADHD is named is actually so frustratingly funny though. like yeah i experience paralysing (as in scrolling endlessly and not getting out of bed) procrastination to the point where it negatively affects my life, drive myself to tears and insanity trying desperately to remember where i put my wallet 3 seconds ago, hyperfocus on something to the point where i accidentally ignore my hunger for 8 hours straight and find trying to focus on an assignment physically painful and difficult, it's cause i got "Stupid Little Shit Can't Sit Still For Five Goddamn Seconds Disorder"

me when the "queerphobic" stuff in question is just people being supportive of contradictory labels and other identities that most people don't understand, and the drama is just exclus people complaining about harmless stuff again: 😒🫗

i was watching videos about Simpsons Hit & Run and i found out about this pretty funny glitch you can do that flings your car into the air if you do some lamp post collision trickery :D

how to execute the glitch:

get inside a car (the family sedan works best because the engine is wider and more visible) and carefully drive into a lamp post until a coin pops out of it but doesn't fall over completely

quickly exit the car, and then get back in. the lamp post will now be stuck in place and have no collision

start driving and position your car so the lamp post is clipping through the engine

get out of your car again, jump on top of the car and then do a ground pound (jump+jump+attack)

watch your car get flung across the map or into oblivion!!

usually, your character will fall off the car (and i think depending on which version of the game you're using, the car will just respawn. i'm playing on the PC version so mine just respawns immediately, but this works much better on console versions), but if you angle the lamp post so it's just tilting through the windshield like the video demonstrates, you should get the car to fling into the sky with you on top of it and it is very entertaining

a few days ago i found out about this interesting little track from an old GirlsGoGames game called 'Easter Rush' while listening to lostwave music. it's a fragment of music that only really goes for around 20 or so seconds before looping, and it has no artist, name or origin. it seems to be a generic track that was picked and used for the game and not one specifically made for it. i found out about it from this video, but couldn't find any higher quality audio, so here's some hq audio i recorded while the game was running.

i wonder if anyone can identify the name or artist of this track. does it sound familiar? was it used in other games? Easter Rush looks like one of those generic reskinned runner games, so it's possible it was using leftover music which might help in tracking down its origin if that theory is true. i also tried having a look through the files of the old app version of this game to see if the music had a name, but unfortunately it was just called 'music.ogg' which obviously isn't very helpful. i hope something turns up one day, the music's quite nice and reminds me of better days playing Flash games on the family computer :)
