Can we talk about how underrated it has become to genuinely check up on someone just because you wanna know if they're okay??

Not because you're bored,

Not because you need their help,

Not because some other selfish reasons

But, for, you care.

This is why I have immense love for quotes, sayings, poems, stories,

because of the ability of other people to put your feelings into exact words when you are confused.

Mysteries of the heart

Have you ever been drawn to someone without knowing exactly why? that's where i find myself- caught between knowing it's not love yet feeling this unexplainable pull towards someone special.

It's like this: there's this person in my life who makes me light up inside. I can't quite explain it, but being around them just feels right. It's not the head over heels kind of love you see in the movies, but it's something, something that keeps me wanting more.

Maybe it's the way they make me laugh or how they listen when I talk. Or perhaps it's just the comfort of their presence that i crave. Whatever it is, it's like a magnet, drawing me closer even when i try to resist.

I've come to terms with the fact that not everything has to fit into neat little boxes labeled "love" or "friendship." Sometimes, it's okay to embrace the uncertainty, to enjoy the journey without knowing exactly where it's leading.

So, I'll continue to cherish those moments- the laughter, the conversations, the simple joy of being near them- and let the mystery of it all unfold in it's own time. After all, life is too short to ignore the unexplained magic that makes it so wonderfully unpredictable.
