(Literally a Mewtwo quote from a Pokmeon Movie)System named Stardust. Don't know what a system is?Visit https://morethanone.info TL;DR There's multiple (very gay) people in one head, hi. Also, we're incredibly autistic. And we have ADHD. And we're all nonhuman. Lots of dragons and some robots n' stuff.

Having always said "I am the ideal audience for my jokes" makes a lot of sense in retrospect now that we know we're plural.

In the United States you are not legally required to disclose any disabilities to your employer. If it does not benefit you, do not tell them.
It gains you nothing. Especially if said disability is autism or ADHD or the like, you're just more likely to experience workplace abuse and less likely to receive a raise or recognition for your work.
If disclosing it does not help you, it CAN hurt you. Please stay safe.
There's a difference between "disabled" and "legally recognized as disabled," and I just want to give a shout-out to all the other disabled people who don't have formal diagnoses, who don't have access to benefits of any kind, who don't have the ability to use even the shittiest and least-helpful resources, because the process of getting legal recognition for disability sucks ass.
And another shout-out to all the disabled people who purposely avoid getting diagnosed, because official diagnoses can be used against you, and you're unable or unwilling to risk it.
"Even IF-" Shut up. I don't care about however you think brains work, there's giant fungal colonies and that's so much more interesting and important than whatever crap you were about to spew.
Isn't nature beautiful? Isn't it wonderous to revel in how different and unique everything is? Why can't we just admire how unique and diverse brains are? We should celebrate differences. Because they are beautiful. That we can all be so different yet connected in such a fundamental way. That we all think. - Nova
