once again thinking about the solid snake panty lines tweet

This is Money Snake. She only appears every 312 years.
If you reblog her picture within the next twenty-five seconds you will have good luck and fortune for the rest of your life.

A little interaction that happened on twitter yesterday:
A large anime account (toarutoa) posted the following image set of "Anime adaptations that angered their original creators", including a screenshot of Hellsing (OVA) with the subtitle "<Author: I sold the DVDs I was gifted on Mandarake>[popular secondhand shop]".
Hirano saw the tweet and made the passive-aggressive reply, "I wonder what the value of an anime twitter account that can't even distinguish between an OVA and TV series is."
(Apparently the comment about Mandarake was something Hirano actually said about the TV series back in the day, which he was known for being extremely critical of. Some of his other comments included "It's a waste of Nachi Nozawa" [Anderson's VA in the TV version and Hirano's dream casting for the character] and "There's no point in staying up late on Wednesdays.")
The OP ended up deleting their post a few hours later, but Hirano tweeted a follow-up:
"I really like the Hellsing OVA. I can't believe they adapted something so, y'know, into an anime so well. The entire staff has my utmost thanks. I don't have a single negative thing to say about it."
I feel like a lot of people don’t quite get what a butler is. The role tends to get rounded off to ‘male servant’ pretty regularly in some media, whereas actually butlers are typically not just servants but chief servants. The butler was generally in charge of either all male servants or just all servants, period, in the household of an aristocrat or other very wealthy person. This meant that butlers have often been fairly powerful and influential people, and sometimes even had a manservant or two of their own.
(Also, fun fact: Mary Roberts Rinehart, the early 20th century mystery writer who is widely credited with popularizing the whole ‘the butler did it’ trope was nearly murdered by one of her own servants, a chef whom she had passed over for promotion to butler. He came at her with a pistol, but it jammed, allowing her chauffeur time to wrestle it away and restrain him.)
I’m dyingg 🤣🤣
I SAW THE OPERTUNITY TO MAKE THIS BECAUSE ITS SO INTEGRA CODED BWHAHAHA

Once upon a time on instagram, I had a Walter c Dornez fan account and I used to draw up comic skits like this one 💀
Felt like sharing because I like embarrassing myself apparently. I drew these like 7+ years ago 🥲
Low-key should redraw this lol
Every Sunday night the royal knights have a poker game. Alucard helps integra cheat.
One guy: I'll raise you 50 pounds.
Alucard, who has eyes everywhere, communicating to integral with telepathy: he's bluffing. He doesn't have a damn thing.
Actually, this would have been a very nice idea for Integra messing up with people she dislikes!
(and stealing their money because Alucard's shenanigans cost money!)
She can brag that "I got my talent from my late father" when winning
And Alucard answer telepathically "If it wasn't for my powers, both of you would have lost every damn time"

get ready everyone

choose your fav puppy

You come across a family on your hike
I saw an image of Shadow dressed as Hellsing Alucard and now I can't help but to think of him saying TFS Alucard lines
You know the guy, we all do

I know the guy, but I know nothing about the show-
Thankfully, we have Google for quotes. ❤️

What if Tomura Shigaraki becomes a vestige and annoys Deku for all eternity, the comic
Oh yes my two favorite things: Hazbin Hotel and Hellsing Abridged
