Although according to some of our lunch diners it was "too much stuff". TBH, I've never heard anyone say a soup had too much stuff. This is truly a first! Nevertheless, delicious. Watching back @nbchairspraylive with a Vietnamese iced coffee pop (cà phê sữa đá) in my hand, after work. French roast coffee, condensed milk plus seven minutes in a quick pop maker. Frozen magic in minutes. (Although I could've used more condensed milk...but still good to taste a bit of the coffee.) #ChefApprenticeAtHome #ChefApprenticeLife

Plate 3 @eatforeign: Mackerel "ca kho to", with daikon, shishito pepper and rice cake, served with coconut rice. This is a Vietnamese classic through and through, and punched up it looked and tasted amazing. Caramelized fish sauce smothered over a massive Mackerel filet.
