Plate 4 @eatforeign: Vietnamese coffee parfait. Like a tiramisu but even better. After a long work week, it's time for three #ChefApprenticesDayOff. Late (very late) lunch today @crossroadsmarketyyc... @EatsofAsia'a house specialty red curry & crab paste pork on ramen noodles, with a Mexican Coke. Finished off with a @burnt_to_order Bowie crème brûlée (not pictured, too much goodness, must devour on sight.) It's good stuff, (and I'm not being facetious) you seriously should consider checking it out if you haven't. Seriously, I can't say that enough. #ChefApprenticeLife #yycfood #yyc
