hi simon, has it ever occurred to you that athena's and her mom's surname can be read as a pun on the word "psychology"? and with them being psychologists... you see where i'm going with this.
The cheeriest of cheesecakes,
Be careful who you point this out to. I've found not everyone likes it when I observe out loud how their name ties to their job or their nature. It seems the others are either oblivious, or it's something they've all agreed not to mention, leaving me in the dark. I will admit it took me longer then I'd like to admit to notice that trend in Cykes-sama, but others i picked it up at once.
One miss Oldbag seemed especially upset by the comment, and I believe she missed the point entirely. Gumshoe seemed outright flummoxed.
Respectfully,

I want to know what Simon’s opinion on the PhantomDad theory is.
Basically, does he think the French/Japanese computer samurai have relations with the international spy
Hello my good Meowth!
Oooh, do you think so? He didn't really seem the type to me, but-
(Bobby's answer cuts off as Simon bursts the door open)
No. Absolutely not.
I will not hear such nonsense again.

(Simon leaves, and Bobby stares after him.)
....well, I suppose that's your answer. I hope it helped!

what a man can't have bangs? it has to be a mullet? he can't just be tying it back?
I dunno man. Mullet Blackquill sounds kinda suspicious.
I always think maybe a little too hard about Simon Blackquill's hair and why it's short in the front and long in the back, and then a friend said something so cursed: it's a mullet
Dear Bobby Fulbright,
Do you know anything about your ancestors?
Oh, Hello! Thank you for the ask, my good teardrop!
Not very much. I know the last couple generations have lived in Wyoming, but aside from that I'm not certain.
I'd love to learn more though! It sounds fascinating. Do you know much about yours?

I....what? He looks so...sad. I suppose I would be as well, were my eyes off kilter so.
Poor mite.

Sooo....... Simon, do you and Bobby ever go out to dinner with each other? Any favorite spots?
Tired reader,
After working cases together it is common for us to share a meal, the alternative of both fending for ourselves seems...rather pointless. Especially as Fool-bright seems incapable of sitting down with just himself.
Our tastes in food, however, do not match. I have a particular fondness for noodle shops, sushi, and certain barbecues. He on the other hand, prefers hot dogs. He considers himself quite the expert on hot dogs stands in the LA area, in fact.
Thankfully, both of us can be convinced to let the other choose on occasion, though we do tend too much towards burgers in my opinion.
