so I binged the end of the f****** world…
I could rant for decades abt how fantastic the cinematography, soundtrack, acting, character development, etc. was but I wanna draw attention to the v unappreciated moment of james getting the flowers and a lil vase so he can apologize to Alyssa only to have her come back with another guy and he doesn’t do anything but wait for her like fuck. up until her he forced himself to feel nothing, now he’s feeling and doesn’t want to stop and he knows she’s mad so he just accepts that and waits for him to leave then goes to talk to her. this was also the moment he decided once and for all he wasn’t going to kill her bc she actually meant something to him. idk his character development is absolutely incredible and I loved this moment so yeah sorry this was rambly but oh well
