Hey there! I see you are currently running the packrat tumblr. I am not sure if that also means you have ownership of the SFS account that hosts any found/old files but I noticed today that they are moving hosts and have a notice that could remove any old, unshared files on the server. Just a heads up!

Hello anon! Yes, that’s right :-D thank you very much for the heads up! I don’t have access to Digi’s SFS folders nor files but she has made a post about it so she’s aware :-) at first I got stressed but I then saw Digi’s reblog and it calmed me down. It seems most of the files will be fine!

Whew, it’s been a while since I did object defaults! Here’s a default (and recolours) of a Base Game TV that I wanted to do much earlier, but the mapping on the TV stand was… horrible, which prevented any recolours from looking nice.

I’ve edited the mapping, and used this fix by @vegan-kaktus as a base.

Am I the only one bothered by EA’s turquoise weeds? Or are weeds like this really turqouise? Anyhow! If you want them green and more pink/colorful, this default is for you ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)b

The file has been compressed to reduce file size and remember you can only have one default replacement for “weeds-surface_txtr” in your downloads folder at a time. Also, HugeLunatic has made the weeds buyable here :-)

Your tv stand dr is the epitome of cc that changes things I never paid attention to, never will again, but absolutely *need* in my game because it gives me life, for some reason. I never even noticed the dvd had Maxis written on it, but oh well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Thanks, Kaktus! (never thought calling someone kaktus would sound so beautiful and right)

I completely understand what you mean. I’m 100% the same and I love editing and fixing small things like this :-D I saw a tumblr post some months ago (which I can’t seem to find right now) that pointed out the written maxis and that the tv actually has dust on it and “marks” after hands(!!!!):

Hello again! So sorry for the long wait anon, it took me a while because I didn’t have the motivation to make a preview haha (so please excuse my lazy one) but now I’m done!

I did it the easy way and made some recolors. Mesh is not included so you need to grab it from here :-) all files have been compressed to reduce file size and as usual you can choose between separate or merged files.
