Diavolo

Cheeky and laughs at everything.

His favorite type of joke is puns. He's got many of them just on top of his head. He likes to make puns whenever he can. Barbatos is his unwilling audience.

Dad jokes.

Wants to make memes like the Hip and Young Generation™ but ends up sharing memes from decades ago.

You're a bit surprised when he tells you a dirty joke because he says it in such an innocent tone that you feel like you're the one that’s being a pervert but no, he actually knows what he said and yes, he meant to make that sentence dirty.

Barbatos

Really, really dark jokes being told with a polite and gentle smile on his face.

Only likes puns when they're clever.

He tells people things like, “if you see a white bird later, start jumping up and down three times,” or “carry 5 stones in your pocket when you go to class” under the guise that he sees something bad in your future, but really he just likes seeing people do dumb stuff over nothing.😂

Smoothly inserts a dirty joke or two in your conversation with a wicked grin on his face.

Actually enjoys slapsticks. Will laugh at you quietly when you trip and fall before helping you up, still with a polite smile. Especially loves videos when someone’s gets really hurt like falling off their trampoline or something. You know, the ones that you go "oof" and cringe at. He's a bit of a sadist.

Simeon

Very, very sarcastic and dry humor. He says it in the way that makes you wonder whether he's actually being sarcastic or not.

He makes quiet and subtle remarks under his breath that leaves Solomon gasping in laughter when he's close enough to hear them. No one else can understand why Solomon just starts laughing out of the blue.

I can see him making hilarious insults in a roundabout way. Most people don't get them but the ones that do are holding back laughter.

Really likes stand up comedies. Introduce him to John Mulaney vids and he will not stop watching.

Tries to understand memes but is too much of a boomer :(

Luke

Laughs at the silliest things.

He's very easy to be amused. He'll be giggling uncontrollably just from something simple like seeing the word "popple popple" just because it sounds a bit funny. His laugh is contagious so you'll find yourself giggling too even if you don't find it that funny.

Will always grin if you tell him a pun.

You and him make silly faces to each other from across the room.

If you have an inside joke with him, he'll try to use it anytime he can, never getting bored of it, looking pointedly at you with a wide grin on his face.

Solomon

Meme Lord. You and him bond over memes, it's 90% of your text messages. Sometimes you just have a full on conversation made up of memes and vine/tiktok references.

He's actually really funny. Tells you spontaneous jokes all the time because he can find humor in anything. It's like he's constantly in an amused state.

Self-depreciating jokesssss

Another one that is a fan of dark humor. It's his favorite type of jokes.

Laughs at good insults. His insults are usually scathing and not funny at all but he definitely finds it hilarious when someone is getting roasted by other people.

Lucifer: his phone has task management and planner apps, news app, a game that he downloaded to help Levi fulfil his ‘add 10 friends’ quest (Lucifer secretly starts to play the game in his free time too), an app that reminds him to take breaks and eat/dehydrate, a grocery list, and candid photos of you and his brothers.

Mammon: there’s a lot of screenshots of things he wants to buy, multiple e-banking app, money management app to keep track of his earnings and expenses, random pictures of you and him together, store coupon texts, and somehow there’s always at least 3 missed calls from ‘DO NOT ANSWER!!!’

Leviathan: lots and lots of games, videos of his brother’s shenanigans, a VPN app, an Akuzon app with a premium account, 300+ downloaded songs (they’re either anime-themed or Sucre Frenzy songs), tons of memes, and a note app which has a detailed list of the amount of money that Mammon still owes him.

Satan: overall his phone has a few productivity and task planner apps, cute animals pictures, downloaded cat videos, an app to read e-books, a meditation app (it calms him down), 250+ contact names (he knows a lot of people), puzzle games, and beautiful photos of you taken in secret.

Asmodeus: multiple social media apps, photo editor apps, screenshots of chat messages to send to Levi (the two of them have a lot of “can you believe this???” conversations), an app to customize phone icons, online shopping apps, and his camera roll is full of gorgeous selfies with good lighting and angles.

Beelzebub: fitness and workout tracker, embarrassing pictures of the residents of the house of lamentation (he never actually uses them to blackmail anyone, Belphie however...), games he finds cute, Devilflix, 1 unread voicemail (he was in the shower), and an app to search for restaurants around him and browse their menus.

Belphegor: white noise app to help him sleep, some lo-fi songs, an adult coloring app, 99+ tabs opened in the browsers, recordings of you telling him to wake up (that he now uses as his alarm), 27 unread emails, and a universal remote app because he’s always too lazy to search for the TV remote.

Something obvious, however I would like to explore it more in depth about Lucifer is his love for troublemakers. 

Ever since his time in the Celestial Realm, Lucifer has always been partial to those who love to make trouble. For example, every single one of his brothers. I expect that around the time of Lucifer’s lead in the Celestial Realm, it was far more militant in their ways. Often you hear on Angel’s being God’s warriors so obedience and loyalty are very much demanded of all Angels. 

I would like to think it began when he met and took in Mammon that Lucifer began to see the importance of free will. Which is why he is so keen to the more problematic is the free will.

Lucifer, in all media, has always been depicted as the unruly child acting out and that seems true for this depiction of Lucifer as well. I’d like to agree he is just the brother acting out against their father–But not of ill will. Lucifer, as he was given troublemaker after troublemaker to care for, saw snippets of free will and how much joy it brought his younger siblings. His rebellion was said to be just more than fighting to protect Lilith, if anything Lilith was the catalyst that set the rebellion into motion. With all that Lucifer represents, my only conclusion I can draw as the driving force of his revolution was to overthrow God for the sake of free will. Freedom.

and even now in the Devildom, Lucifer is still has a deep love for those chaos makers because its their free will he loves to see. They unbridled personalities allowed to be who they please. He rules over his brothers and scolds them for their problem causing ways, but he never truly punishes them in a manner that completely discourages their schemes. Lucifer does have the authority and power to make his siblings stop their bullshit, however he doesn’t use that because he loves to see his brothers expressing themselves in ways they never could in the Celestial Realm.

In short, Lucifer loves troublemakers because they’re the ones truly in touch with their freedom, their free will. He admires this about them. 

still can’t believe i used to think lucifer was the type to seduce his love interest thru suggestive remarks and gifts galore

now i know his seductive prowess is actually unparalleled and extremely effective

he seduces u with his honesty, with his inability to keep his emotions in check, with his words and his affections, with his promises and how much he misses u when ur not there

he seduces u with his tender gaze, his passionate kisses and his romantic ways, with his trust and kindness, with a vulnerability he never dared to show before

So About Pact Marks... Imagine This:

We all have our own headcanons about the demons' pact marks, but throughout all the headcanons, theories and speculations I've seen around, there was one thing I found in common with at least 90% of them: the hability to pull/ feel the other through the pact mark

Overall, many use it as a way for MC or the Brothers to call each other's attention. So hear me out:

Imagine an MC that, once they have realized and learned how to communicate through pact marks, starts reaching out to the brothers for pretty mudane reasons.

What I'm talking about is, you have one of the demon brothers just walking around somewhere when suddenly they feel a tingle coming from their pact mark, almost like a flower blooming in fast speed. It sparkled and desappeared like small firecrackers in the beach, leaving the demon's heart beating fast with how much love such a simple, and fast, feeling was filled with.

The human has just sent their way a big and excited 'Hi!!!'

...How can one carry so much happiness directed at demons in just one small gesture??

And imagine MC sending little 'good nights' to the brothers as they go sleep. And of course, the brothers sending a small reply back. A soothing feeling, almost like a lull that truly, deeply, wishes you a good night of sleep.

And imagine pulling on Lucifer's mark late at night, almost like a bird's angry tug at his clothes and demand him to get some rest.

Pulling on Mammon's mark in the middle of a class, almost like a small 'psst' in the back of his mind.

Pulling on Levi's mark at random times of the day, like a daily check up, just to tell him that, no matter the distance, they will still think of him.

Pulling on Satan's mark in the middle of a counsil meeting, where he and MC have full conversations, and possibly debates, through feelings alone.

Pulling on Asmo's mark, even when the both him and MC are already impossibly close and hugging, just because MC needs him to know how much he makes them happy.

Pulling on Beel's mark when he is having a nightmare, making sure he knows they are there for him.

Pulling on Belphie's mark and magically waking him up from deep slumber, awaken by the stroke of energy MC has sent his way alone.

Just,

Holding Hands With the Demon Brothers

Lucifer

Lucifer holds your hand with a soft yet firm grip, comforting and gives you a sense of security, his thumb caressing your knuckles.

He likes holding hands with you. He’s not too much into PDA, but hand holding is an appropriate and tasteful way to show others that you’re his.

His hands are calloused and really warm. However, it’s not often that you get to hold hands without his gloves on.

Lucifer is one of the taller brothers so holding hands while walking together can be a bit awkward if you’re quite shorter than him. That’s why he usually opts for putting his hand on your back or offering his arm to you.

Mammon

He goes for your hand slowly, a bit shy and hesitant, giving you enough time to move away if you want.

If you hold hands often enough, he’ll get more comfortable over time and hand holding will be something both of you do all the time.

He’ll make puppy eyes at you if you let go of your hands just for a minute.

Really likes to swing your hands together when holding hands.

Leviathan

His hands are very cold because his normal body temperature is really, really low. Sometimes it can be too cold for you to properly hold hands with him. But, hey, on the bright side, no sweaty palms!

Levi is shy about any kind of PDA so hand holding with him is better done when there’s not a lot of people around.

You’re almost always going to be the one that initiate the hand holding because he just can’t get himself to do it. He keeps overthinking things :(

He likes the kind of hand holding where the two of you interlock your pinkies together.

Satan

When you hold hands with him, he always wants to intertwine your fingers together. He just wants to be as close as he can with you. Also, he thinks it’s more romantic.

You have this thing where he gently squeezes your hand three times as a silent “I love you”. He always blushes a little when you squeeze back three times but he can’t stop the smile that spreads on his face.

Holding hands with you calms him down. Just do the squeeze when he’s in the middle of losing his temper and he’ll just stop, mind processing your action, before his shoulders relaxed and he squeezes back.

Now and then when his hands are intertwined with yours, he’ll bring both your hands up and give a soft kiss on your wrist or on the back of your hand.

Asmodeus

He really loves it when you two hold hands. It’s an intimate gesture that doesn’t necessarily have to be sexual.

His hands feel soft. Like, you know his hands are soft before, you’ve seen him use hand creams and all sorts of beauty products, but when you touch him, it feels much much softer than you thought it would be.

The way he holds your hand varies. Sometimes it’s just a loose grip, sometimes he wants your fingers to interlock, sometimes he takes your hand in both of his.

He’s playful and a bit teasing, running a finger down your arm first before finally clasping your hand.

Beelzebub

His hands are warm, the warmest out of all his brothers.

Beel’s grip on your hand is loose, he’s a bit worried that he might hurt you from holding you too tightly.

He has pretty big hands and likes to feel the way his hand cups your smaller ones.

He’s a tall guy, so the height difference between you and him might make holding hands when walking together a bit difficult to do comfortably, so he prefers linking arms with you instead. That way he can also hold his food to share with you.

Belphegor

Hand holding with him is very relaxed, your hands on top of each others, his finger rubbing circles on your palm.

If you’re the one that’s rubbing circles on his palm, he’ll fall asleep really quickly. It’s very calming.

You usually hold hands while cuddling and laying in bed together. He likes playing with your fingers until both of you fall asleep.

Now and then, he’ll gently squeeze your hand in his sleep to make sure you’re still there next to him.
