1: What do you identify as and what are your pronouns?
I identify as Nonbinary, and use they/them. Some part of me low-key wants to play around with neopronouns but?? I figure I’ll keep that on the low-key unless people ask, y’know? I’m pretty relaxed with it, though, and I don’t exactly mind being referred to by old names and pronouns- Though that could easily be because my parents don’t want to use them! : ^ )
I’m also demi, and that’s that. It’s the most accurate label honestly.
2: How did you discover your sexuality, tell your story?
Well, when I was in Middle School, I started hanging out with a group of people, all happening to be exploring and coming out in those years. I settled there as the ace friend for a really, really long time, until around 8th grade hit and I started getting feelings. For one particular friend.
This cycle’s kinda repeated, only that it’s never anywhere as major. Though I struggled to even recognize it, I’ve ever only felt that way towards those close to me, and only ever considered agreeing to dating in the same situations. I’m happy where I’m at now, but again- It was the same situation.
Demi is the closest label to how I feel, and that’s just that.
8: Describe the style of clothing you most often wear.
Honestly I just throw stuff on-- I have a few things that are a light-colored flow-y aesthetic, which is kinda what I want to shoot for, but I also have a giant hoard of flannels and sweaters and stuff--
Also, jeans. I have too many jeans. God-forsaken jeans. Even in the summer. I have negative shorts and 1000000 jeans. Help. I am drowning in the jeans.
26: What identity advice would you give your younger self?
Really? I would just tell them to keep going as they were. I mean, I didn’t feel too bad because of my stumbling identity, and I didn’t ever feel like it was something burdening me or bothering me too bad. If anything, I’d simply tell them to be more assured in themselves. That way maybe I’d be just as proud sooner.

This Father’s Day makes my 26th Father’s Day with my dad not being here on earth so we can celebrate with him. This day is an amazing day for all the fathers that are here and are present, and I love seeing all the pictures and post of the families celebrating the fathers and men in their lives, but at the same time I am always a little on edge because I’m some what jealous or envious that my dad isn’t here for me to celebrate with him, but it gets easier with time right?
I’ve come to realize that, that saying isn’t true at all, it doesn’t get easier with time… you just simply learn to live on without that person being present physically in your life on a daily basis. As I said this is my 26th Father’s Day without my dad and I’m still like a lost little girl when this holiday comes around.! So as my post says, hug your dad tight, because I surely miss mine. 💔
