So, the Doctor married River, making the Doctor Amy’s son-in-law. Basic info. We all know this.
In Power of Three, it was said that Amy married King Henry VIII. Since the Doctor married Queen Elizabeth I in Day of the Doctor, and Elizabeth I is the daughter of Henry VIII, that would make the Doctor Amy’s son-in-law again. I’m sure you’ve seen this in various other posts and whatnot.
Fun additional fact: The Doctor and River both married Cleopatra, making the Doctor Amy’s daughter-in-law’s husband (very technically, this makes the Doctor Amy’s son-in-law a third time).
I raise you one more: The Doctor accidentally married Marilyn Monroe in A Christmas Carol. In the short story A Hundred Worlds From A Civil War (regarded as canon by TARDIS Wiki so we’re rolling with it), Marilyn Monroe married King Henry VIII. So that would mean that the Doctor is Amy’s husband’s wife’s husband.

I’m A whovian girl In a Whovian world. We have fanfics, and it’s FANTASTIC Girls with poofy hair, daleks everywhere (not in song: alternatively, “time lords nowhere) Regeneration,life is your creation!
I do get annoyed with myself. I wish I was more focused and pushy as an actress. I suppose I should be out there more saying, “I want to do this role” or “Get me seen by this person.” But that’s just not me.
Don't mind me, just over here torturing myself with a rewatch of "The Angels Take Manhattan" because I can't sleep.
River lost her parents in that moment, but yet she kept her eyes open so the Doctor could grieve.
I want a love story like Amy and Rory.
I am so normal. I don’t think about how Amy Pond met her daughter in her first run in with the Weeping Angels and said goodbye to her again when faced with the same threat.
I realise a lot of girl’s Gay Awakenings was kiera knightly or kristen stewart which is cool phenomena tbh but I’m rlly interested in other Gay Awakenings like for example mine was morena baccarin in firefly and also gemma artenton in st trinians. literally always thinking about this deleted scene with naked river from the impossible astronaut. like… it was apparently so naughty that it was not only deleted from the episode and never released on physical media, but steven moffat himself actually said that it was “too naughty” and “didn’t know what he was thinking” when writing it?? i’m so perplexed as to how this scene, ESPECIALLY given the standard of the matt smith era, could be so risqué that it was never released publicly and completely neglected by the person who wrote it out of embarrassment 💀
