35 DAYS OF FASTING

So I’ll be doing 35 days of fasting starting on24 January, Ive fasted before plus I have self control, I will be posting what workouts i did and body checks, if anyone would like to join me, feel free to message me (if u are planning to fast please please drink LOTS of water,,, as for me, I drink 3 litres a day)

Got away with only eating blueberries for dinner again and my family keeps on buying and cooking my favorite food! But I managed to resist, although,, it would’ve been better if I could workout but I got exams to focus for now

So I sort of made up this diet and I plan to eat 70 cals of blueberries per day

Disclaimer; I’m just sharing what I am personally doing for myself and please please do listen to your body and please stay safe 💓🤠

SW : 54 kg

Goal by the end of this diet : 33 kg

💙 - I succeeded

🖤 - I binged/ ate something besides blueberries

I’m so happy! My weight went down to 49.7 kg! My mom ate ramen and ramen is my biggest weakness but I resisted and I took my dinner which was pasta to my room and threw it
