Agina these were just guess most of these pepole don’t even have names yet and I would net be surprised if more hero’s die in the hospital.
Alright my money on this is kaminari mother. I mean come on she looks like she has an electric quirk and she has dark color hair with highlights witch could be blonde and black. There eye shape looks similar as well!

So almost everyone has regained consciousness and have signs of wakeing up soon. But only Midoriya doesn’t have any signs of waiting up. Witch means some of the other characters are still unconscious. (Or dead)
If Shigaraki is able to get Kurogiri out of Tartarus and away from AFO, then they can warp Toga back to the league so she’s not running around on her own. They can also warp Mr. Compress away from the hospital once he’s all healed. Crossing my fingers for this to manifest!
