Bts Jungkook Au - Tumblr Posts
Saudade || Chapter 1: Seoul Rain
Summary: A man of plan. Jungkook didn't live a life he didn't design. But when fate decides to take control will he take it back or he will lose his way, like he did when he was 15?
Or
Mafia AU where OC helps her coworker runaway from her mafia fiance and get caught on the process by his men. But when Jungkook finally sees you, anger is not what he feels.
⚜️ Pairing: Mafia Jungkook x Reader
⚜️ Rating: M
⚜️Genre: Mafia, angst, Lil fluff later on, slow-burn, childhood friends to lovers, slow burn.
⚠️ Warnings: Swearing, name-calling, violence, physical abuse, domestic violence, illegal drug dealing, childhood trauma, attempted sexual abuse (I'll ad them as I write, feel free to remind me if I forget something as well)
First thing first, as originally planned, this is not going to be a one shot. I'm sorry (am I?)
And since it's not a oneshot, I am really really not sure when the next part is gonna drop. Again, I'm sorry.
One of the reasons this not being a oneshot is the character development of both Jungkook, mostly the OC. Since it's going to be officially my full blown fic, I really want to play around with her character and I may have quite a few idea. So again I apologize for the delay.
Another thing is that I really don't proofread what I write so it's pretty much the first draft I wrote. So for obvious reasons there will be tons of tons mistakes. So basically how it goes is when I get the chance to re-read the entire thing, I correct the mistake as I go. And English is my second language so if you are looking for finesse, I must warn you, you will be disappointed 😞.

Funny how change of perspective changes the reality of things. He always felt like his apartment building wasted a lot of space for open parking now staring at it from the 38th floor of his apartment building, the space looks impossibly small. Insignificant even. Like his childhood.
Jungkook is staring at his image on the window. He can count the changes in his body that took place through out the years. He can't see the scrawny, malnourished 14 years old boy reflect back at him anymore. Instead he is looking at someone well-built, not buff yet farm, well postured man staring back at him.
A man.
He's not surprised with his transition, far from it. He worked for them, to the point that he's almost proud. He calculated every single change that took place in his life, measured and laid out by him, with precision, patience, and control- impeccable control.
His thoughts are interrupted by a phone call. Looking at the window now, it's starting to fogg up, a tale tale sign of untimely Seoul rain, he can't see his shadow anymore. He reluctantly takes the call, almost dreading it. Although he has been anticipating this call the entire morning, something tells him he's not gonna like what he'll hear and how things roll from there.
"Minho"
"We found her"
"Tae-hee? She is in Korea!?"
"No, but we got a lead. Found the whore who caused this whole riot in the first place. Tae-hee doesn't have the gall to . . . "
"I know what she is capable of and what not, I didn't ask for her resume Minho. Now would you get to the fucking point, what do we know. You are wasting time?" Jungkook cuts him off annoyingly.
"We've been trying to coax stuff out off her since last night, the bitch here won't budge"
"Hold on..." Jungkook can feel the headache forming already. "Are you trying to tell me we had a lead since last night and I am being informed now? In the dead-fucking morning? When I clearly remember giving clear instructions to notify me the instance we have some sort of lead on her whereabouts?"
Minho noticably gulp over the phone, " Bos-ss . . .we were just trying to give you something solid before we pass on the information of having a lead. Thought. . .'
"It would impress me? Well you thought wrong because I can think of at least 10 reasons why I should put a bullet between your eyes. Not working so well for charming the big boss, is it Minho?"
" I-I . . . We'll get you s-something valuable . . ."
"Oh I know you will! If you want live pass to see the next day that is. I'm coming to the camp myself, ping the location to my driver. And Minho?"
"Yes, boss"
"It's Miss Song to you, you disrespectful bastard." Jungkook all but lowly hisses over the phone, calm and collected. But Minho on the other side, nearly soils his pressed slacks, that's the affect he has over the man that works for him. If given the option, they'll probably slit their own throat than facing a pissed of Jungkook and bear the consequences. He's a rational man but he could be very devil when he wants to be.
It has started to rain meanwhile. The rain was a much needed relief to the summer heat in Seoul. Still, Jungkook doesn't like the rain. It reminds him of the uncertainty, things or situations he cannot control. And he absolutely hates it.
Jungkook is also a prideful man, rising from the streets to become the king of underworld and he doesn't like when other people meddle in his business. He hustled the life of a ring fighter, it was his own kind of school for all the illegal business he runs. He learned how to stay invisible even he's standing in front of his opponent. How to make himself small enough to the point they dismiss him till he can take a leap and devour them.
From his fighting days if one thing that he has hold on to till this day is his disciplines. He has a certain rhythm set for things and he prefers to stay attune to them, he likes his control like that. So whenever someone or something tends to disturb it, he's rather ruthless taking care of it. Bloods are shed. Again, he's not unnecessarily violent. Even his violence are measured, calculated. He thinks it gives out the message more effectively.
He's now on his way to meet the intruder that recently caused the disharmony in his otherwise disciplined life. He doesn't even know the name of the person yet. You see Jungkook lays his plans out where he can see them clear as a vision, like scenes unfolding in opera. He designs the prologue himself. Knows how the next scene unfolds, where to draw the climax in and when to drop the curtains. So when did Song Ta-hee become part of that vision? When Jungkook drew and laid out the outline for his next victory.
Jungkook met Tae-hee at a strip club named Tokyo, formerly owned by the Ha-Jongs, given out to Bangtan as a token of appreciation later, more like a courting gift to show that they are willingly to give out part of their territory because they want somewhat of a more permanent alliance.
Song Tae-hee was one of many illegitimate offsprings of the Lord, Ha-Jongs gnarly and ruthless leader Yi Kang-Hwan. Now Ha-Jongs were very proud of their roots, traditional even. Although Tae-hee and her mother never got the legal recognition nor legitimacy through marriage, because it was against their tradition to take more than one wife legally. Kang-hwan still wanted to acknowledge them by making them take the family name. It wasn't an option for discussion, it was a decision. And Yis' don't take so kindly to rejections. It goes beyond saying what it would implicate if one of them to actually reject that decision, it's an direct insult to the Yis' and by default, to the Ha-jongs.
So Tae-hee being the perfect bull-headed daughter of Kang-hwan did the first only thing she could to piss her father off. She declined to take up the family name and ran off to Seoul to become a stripper. As ruthless as the Ha-Jongs were, they weren't uncouth. They were very traditional the way they carried their family, legitimate or not. Everyone associated with the YI's are to abide by their family tradition where woman stays within certain boundaries.
So when Kang-hwan decided to break her mother's heart, she decided to strike back the way she knee, she could.
Jungkook needed to have access to Samcheok port to smuggle his supplies in uninterrupted without constantly thinking of anomalies. The only alternative to that was the northern part of the regime but that's under military supervision.
It's more hustle than he would like handle, not to mention taxing to his resources. Samcheok port falls heavily under the area controlled by the Ha-Jongs, they were the farm believers of, if you control the sea, you control the country. So there's no way to bypass them without brewing unnecessary wars. So Jungkook got creative and decided to write his own verse to the family drama.
And the curtain rises.
"You look seemingly lost with a touch of pissed, Miss" Jungkook lazily drawls, inspecting his surroundings. The club could use a makeover and set of new sound system. His head is pounding. This gets her attention.
"And you look like you got no business being here. What, your stripper dumped your goody two shoes ass for someone more loaded?" Hye-Jin doesn't back down when it comes to snide remarks. Jungkook smiles at that.
"How did you guess? Don't you look like the sympathetic one? What got you in this part of the town? Daddy issues?"
That wipes all the smugness off Hye-Jin's face. Now all she feels is anger brewing in the pit of her stomach.
"Are you one of his dogs? Did my pathetic excuse of a father send you sniffing around me? Well you can go ahead tell him he can't do shit in this side of the town and he can fuck himself. Bangtan pulls all the shit here now."
"Now that's no way to talk about your own father, is it Princess?" she scoffs at the nickname.
"You don't know shit about him so if you wanna go lick his boots, go kill some mutts for him or fondle one of his whores so she can put on some good words for you." At this point Jungkook has seemingly grown bored of the conversation. Same old, same old. She's wasting time.
"Look,I get the anger, really. Mine was a bastard too. So what if I tell you I have a plan that will do a lot more than pissing of "Pathetic excuse of a father" of yours and doesn't involve getting strangers tongue getting shoved down your throat and flashing your assets to sweaty, deprived old man every night."
Hye-Jin contemplates the offer for a second before dismissing him, "As much charming as you are, I don't trust you. For all I know, you could be a trap and I don't plan to get fucked both ways soon. So unless you want a lap dance, I suggest you haul ass. Therapy's over, you are wasting business hours."
Jungkook looks down and chuckles at this," You know, for a girl who looks this elegant, you sure have a foul mouth. When I first heard you were in ballet and this close to become a Prima Ballerina, I thought there must be a strong reason as to why you decided to throw that away and chose to live the life that you are living. Now that I've met you I know why." Hye-Jin's mouth hangs open at that. Who exactly was he? Even her father didn't know that.
"And what is that? Not that I care about your opinion." She tries to wash down her nervousness with feint arrogance.
"Because you are outright stupid, Hye-Jin, is why. Anyway, now that you have wasted my time, I will see myself out. If that dead brain of yours miraculously starts working and you change your mind, give me a call. As you said, we are losing business hours." Jungkook carelessly threw his business card on the bar and walked away. Hye-Jin looks perplexed for a minute and contemplates her options. The pay was generous and she didn't have todo anything that was forced but this isn't remotely the life she wanted for herself. "Fuck it!" She groans and picks up the card and her eyes shot open. "Jeon Jungkook . . ." The new owner off Tokyo, the one who took over this club shortly after she become a stripper here. Intrigued is a understatement, she needs to know what is going on.
So when Jungkook's phone went of that night and he saw her number, he already knew he won. From there, the announcement, the engagement went pretty fast. What Hye-Jin was getting out of this? The satisfaction to watch the Ha-Jongs and her father come crumbling down as Jungkook laid out his plan to dismantle them from the inside out. What irked her though the plan required her to play the good daughter and a perfect fiance to Jeon Jungkook.
The later part was a lot bearable though. Jungkook was not ill-spoken like her father, in fact they barely talked. But he made sure she was well taken care off, respected and safe. She didn't mind the occasional intimacy as well in fact it was better than what she had in the past. He was a gentle lover, complied with her needs and at the same time could be rough when she wanted him to. He let her take the charge of her pleasure and he took care of her after they were done. Cleaning her, tucking her under the sheets, making sure she gets a warm bath drawn the next day and the breakfast delivered to her bed. She rarely met someone who cared about such small details without being explicit about it. And that led her to make her first mistake.
She became emotionally drawn to Jungkook. She started to crave more. But when she started to understand this strictly business for Jungkook and this is as far as she gets, it broke her.
She retorted her old ways to get the attention she craved from him. So when she declared she is going to work as a barista to the cafe she was recently frequenting just to spite him and he just nodded, not paying her attention she decided to deliver her final blow.
"I want to call off the engagement"
At this, Jungkook throws her a brief, almost a bored look. He dives back to his paperwork, "Back being a brat, aren't we?" Jungkook chuckles, sipping his coffee, "It's amusing how you think it's up to you to decide what you can bring to this arrangement we have and what not"
He puts down his mug and throws her one final look, "So, no Princess, you are not calling off the engagement. Your car will be ready in 15 min to take you to the cafe. Wouldn't wanna be late in your first day of work, would we?" At this Jungkook walks out of the study the close the door behind him.
Hye-Jin doesn't know what made the first drop of tear rolled down her cheeks, was it the frustration of being denied what she longed for or the anger towards the man she held some sort of adoration who didn't even take a minute to reduce her down to nothing. No, she didn't love Jungkook, but she could, she wanted to. Now she can't seem to even breathe around him.
Hye-Jin slowly came to terms with her situation, accepting it even. She would daily remind herself why was she here. There was no point in hiding, running, this was her life now. That Jungkook won once again, how his plans were flawless. Everything was on track, just how he painted.
Funny how sometimes a small shift can throw a wrench to a perfectly engineered plan and everything comes toppling down due to that one measley change. Jeon Jungkook's designed his plan to be precise, flawless and infallible but he did not plan for one thing.
You.

BTS SCENARIO: STUDENT 2 (JEON JUNGKOOK)
Other Parts: Part 1
Your whimpers and soft sobs were the only thing that could be heard. The night was deadly silent and your fears were creeping in. You didn’t even know if your parents would wonder why you weren’t home, for all you knew they could be thinking you were spending the night studying in the library like you had did before for many other tests.
The cold seeped through the thin fabric of your uniform, the tiny skirt doing no justice to cover your legs entirely.
Your stomach growled making you realize how you hadn’t eaten anything at all since morning, you had spent lunch going through all the chemical equations you needed to memorize for tomorrow’s test.
Your lashes were still moist from all the tears you had let out but you didn’t care to wipe them. Your eyes were so adjusted to the dark that you didn’t even realize when they closed and you drooped off to sleep.
“Ahn Mina?”
“Present.” Mina’s monotonous reply came from the backseat and Jungkook nodded moving towards the next name in the list.
“Y/F/N?”
No reply.
“Y/F/N?” Jungkook called again, this time looking up from the attendance register to search for you. Your seat was left empty.
Jungkook’s brows knitted in confusion.
Murmurs erupted in the classroom making Jungkook snap out of his reverie.
“Why are you guys being so loud all of a sudden?” He questioned.
Everybody instantly quietened down.
“Saem, it’s just that Y/N has never skipped a quiz even and today is a really important chemistry test.” It was Boram who replied and worry instantly settled in Jungkook’s features recalling yesterday’s incidents and remembering just how badly you were bruised.
Jungkook didn’t say anything regarding the topic as he continued to mark the attendance but his mind was still stuck on you.
“Why don’t you guys revise your test? I’ll be leaving now.” He quickly spoke as soon as he finished marking the attendance.
“Saem!” Ra Jin called out in a high pitched voice as she raised her hand.
“Yes, Ra Jin?” Jungkook asked feeling uncomfortable with the inviting glances she was throwing his way.
“The class would be too loud without a teacher, won’t you stay here? I really don’t want to fail.” She said slightly forming her lips into a fake pout.
Jungkook nodded in understanding making Ra Jin smile victoriously but her happiness was short lived as he spoke.
“I’ll send Mr. Im to watch over, OK? Good luck guys.”
With that said, Jungkook left the classroom in a hurry.
“Mr. Jeon, why are you so interested in that girl. She probably didn’t want to take the test and took the day off, I’ll give her demerit points for that, why are you so hyped up?” The principal let out frustrated with Jungkook’s persistence to call your home and check on you.
“Y/N is a top student of the whole school, Sir, she would never take the day off to skip an important test.” Jungkook reasoned.
The principal groaned in annoyance.
“Please, Sir. Just let me call her home.” Jungkook pleaded.
“Fine.. do whatever you want.” The principal said defeated and Jungkook sighed in relief as he headed towards the staff room to check the school registry to attain your contact information.
“What? She didn’t come home?” Jungkook couldn’t believe his ears.
“The last time I saw her was yesterday morning, she barely took breakfast and left. I - I thought she was studying in the library - seonsaengnim, is something wrong? Is my Y/N hurt?” Your mother sounded extremely worried on the phone and Jungkook didn’t want to worry her more.
“Ah, no, Mrs. (Y/L/N), I think we made a mistake. Thank you for your time. Goodbye.” Jungkook lied fervently and hung up.
One of his student was missing, what kind of teacher was he? He felt utterly useless and pathetic. How was he supposed to find you? You could be anywhere.
His heart drowned thinking of endless possibilities until the idea of checking the CCTV footage crossed his head.
Would he find answers? He hoped so as he strode towards the security room.

“Good morning, pumpkin. Are you awake?”
You slowly open your eyes, blinking to adjust to the brightness of sunray from your apartment window. Yet, the only thing you can see now is Jungkook’s beautiful doe eyes, the creases on its corner that are palpable whenever he is smiling, peering closely to your own. A soft smile is painted on his lips, as his slim fingers reach out to a few strands of hair that hinder the beautiful view of a girl he can finally call his girlfriend—you. You answer with a low hum, clearing out your throat and sending him a warm smile as well.
Yesterday, right after Jungkook finished his team group homework, he pleaded to come and stay in your apartment for the night. You were thinking Jungkook was going to go to a party—since it’s Friday Night and Jungkook always goes to party every Friday Night. Even with a committed relationship with him, you don’t want to assume everything is going to change, and you don’t really want it to. But since Lia always goes back to her home every Friday, you did hope at least you could see Jungkook today even for a short while. So when he wanted to stay at your place for the night, you couldn’t be more happy. He did mention Taehyung wanting to choke on him for bailing on their party, but Jungkook mentioned that it's not an issue as Taehyung just needed to suck it.
And you were in a way, nervous. There were just the two of you in the apartment, so you actually expected Jungkook to be a horndog he actually is the second he entered the door, but he was surprisingly very civil throughout the night—satisfied with only holding you close with occasional kisses while watching movies and eating takeouts. You should be happy that Jungkook was thoughtful and kind, but you can’t deny that you were having mixed feelings too. Is it possible that he just didn’t want to do it with you?
But it’s an unfound thoughts and sounded very idiotic even in your head, so you quickly shrug the thought away and focus on the man in front of you right now.
“Jungkook, what are you doing today?” You whispers, caressing the side of his cheeks. Jungkook gives your hand a scarce kiss before answering.
“I don’t know, maybe there will be a practice today. And I think I need to go back home after that. Mom is already asking where his son went.” Jungkook smiles, still unable to keep his good hands off of you. “What about you? Anything you need to do for today?”
Your lips pursed, and Jungkook can’t help but to pay a large amount of attention to such simple action. “Hmm.. I have a taekwondo practice today. There's a competition coming up and I was appointed to join, so there’s this extensive training nearing the competition day that we need to do.” You smile, yet it doesn’t reach Jungkook’s eyes. Literally twenty seconds long silence before Jungkook opens his mouth.
“Will Seokjin be there?”
You sigh, rolling your eyes while shifting your body away from him. “Jungkook—“
Jungkook grins, holding you against scooting further away from him. “I am just asking, love. It’s not an issue.” He defends, suddenly launching a kiss on the tip of your nose, halting whatever irritation that you might feel. “Can I visit you, though? I just want to see you practice though. Are you really that good? If you suck can I boo you from the bleachers?”
You scoff at his teasing, but still greatly enjoying the light banter with him. “Of course! And then you would definitely see your girlfriend rooting for the opposite team in your next competition, baby.”
Jungkook chuckles, before moving to send light kisses to all around your face, his finger skillfully tickling both sides of your body until you erupt to a loud laughter. “We just don’t want it, do we?”
Another ten minutes laying next to each other, Jungkook silently holds you close, humming to your hair when he settles on the crook of your neck. “I am so happy you are here, Y/N.” You nod while stroking his arms, enjoying the familiar warmth whenever your best friend slash boyfriend holds you close.
“I didn’t get to say this before, but mom really wants to meet you again.” He whispers to your ear, and you suddenly feel a little bit nervous as you know how important it is to him. “I told her. We got together and everything.”
As hard as it might be to believe, Jungkook is a 100% family man—even borderline a mama's boy, as you have always mocked him before. He always wants his girlfriend to meet his mother first. His ex-girlfriend refused, and frankly it could be the only time you can understand that bitch. It of course could be a lot to take in to meet the family with such an early stage of a relationship.
Even with the rejection, his mother took it upon herself to meet his son’s girlfriend. Jungkook’s mother is probably the kindest, yet the strictest mother you have ever known, and it was not a secret that she disliked her. The ex girlfriend even went home crying because of his mother’s clear dislike of her attitude during that dinner. You vividly remembered Jungkook stressing over his mother asking him to break up with her the moment she went out of the door.
Jungkook can feel the circles you form on his chest clothed in white t-shirt. A trait he recognizes will appear whenever you are nervous. “I’m scared, Jungkook. Will she hate me?”
Jungkook scoffs, letting go of the hug just so he can see you right on the eye. “Is that even a question, Y/N? Of course not! She likes you very much. If she doesn’t like the girl who basically helped her nerd-ass bulliable son less suicidal then he already was, I don’t know who she’ll like. If she’s disappointed, I think it would be the fact that it took too long for us to finally be together.”
You can’t help but to smile at his comforting words. You are doubtful it is true, but you appreciate the kind gesture. “I’d love to. And somehow, I do miss meeting your family.” Jungkook can’t hold a wide smile at that. You know how important his family is to him, and you are happy if it makes him happy.
But you’re not done as the mushy feeling between you is already too long to stay. “Been too long hanging out with your snob ass, I start to lose faith. I probably need to see your family roast you again.” You unexpectedly tease, booping his cute button nose.
Jungkook frowns, folding his arms on his chest. “You’re a meanie! Well, probably I should just drop the plan of making you my very, very special and delicious pancakes for breakfast today.” He huffs, jokingly fake irritation. Well, one thing you could not deny is Jungkook is a slightly better cook than you, and he makes the best pancake ever—or maybe it’s just you since everyone you know has tried hated them.
You chuckle devilishly, and then move to trap his body between your legs, settling right to cradle on his hips—ignoring the hard-on pushing your lower stomach. You can easily detect how Jungkook froze, breath hitched and his pupil dilating at your sudden provocative movement. You smirk, somehow satisfied that he is greatly affected by such small action. So you instead give him a short smooch, moving your other leg to let your foot touch the floor and exiting your bedroom like nothing happened.
Jungkook hisses like he is in a deep pain. God, this is morning, and he actually packs more than he is proud of. What was he thinking?! You are such a tease! Yet he knows that he doesn’t actually mind. He loves it, actually—since nearly everything you do entices him.
“I—I'll make the pancakes!” He quickly scurries, following your steps out of the room.

Summary:Everyone seems to be so eager to see the cute barista, including Jungkook, but luck doesn’t seem to be on his side. So, what if he creepily followed him on his break?
~~~~~~~
It seemed to be a regular day for Jungkook. He woke up, got ready and started his day. On his way though, he noticed something different. A new coffee shop had opened and there seemed to be a huge line, people wanting to support the new place. He wasn't planning to actually go, especially because he hated waiting in line for that long. However there was something that caught his attention.
Whispers were heard coming from girls, about how cute the male barista was. He was now really curious to see how cute that barista could be to impress that many people. So he waited. And waited. Until it was finally the time to order.
To his dismay he was met with the face of a girl, the other barista nowhere to be seen. He tried to hide his frown as he ordered a coffee and left as quickly as he could, disappointed.
Jungkook moved on with his day, occupying himself with other stuff as he tried not to think about what happened earlier today. But of course, Jungkook can’t let something like that slide.
He decided to visit the same coffee shop the next day. Again, had to wait in a really long line, but this time he overheard something from the people in front of him that made him want to stomp his foot like a child.
"I came yesterday and there was a cute guy, the barista I was talking about. But I heard that today he has a day off, which is really unfortunate." She said to the group and a bunch of "aw man" and "That’s too bad" were heard from her friends.
Jungkook thought it would be too weird if he randomly left after waiting for so long, so he stayed and ordered, again leaving disappointed.
This couldn't be happening. It was so annoying. He just wanted to see his dumb face and go. At first it was just out of curiosity but now that he kept missing the chance to see him, he felt determined. He will eventually get to see him, he can’t be that unlucky.
The next days were really busy for him meaning that he couldn't visit the coffee shop and it really bumped him. He couldn't focus on any task. His only thought was the barista that he had yet to meet. It was obvious to everyone else that something was on his mind. Jungkook was determined to see him.
So the next day he woke up earlier than usual. Trying to avoid the line but to also avoid the barista's break like the first time.
There was still a long line but not compared to the previous days. So he waited. As he reached closer and closer, he tried to take a look at the barista. Lucky for him he saw him there. But he was still far. He did seem really attractive though.
Jungkook panicked when he saw someone come from the back and motion him to take a break just as it was his turn to order. He said his order to the other barista as quickly as possible and paid, rushing to go to the back to find the barista.
He has to admit, he didn’t think much about it before going, the only time he let himself act impulsively. He was met with a sight he wasn’t expecting.
The barista had sat on an old chair, smoking a cigarette, letting his head fall back as he let the smoke out. Jungkook could swear his heart skipped a beat at the sight. The barista noticed him first and gave an awkward smile.
"Can I help you?" He asked and Jungkook shuddered after hearing his voice. "I..." Jungkook trailed off not knowing what to say.
"I'm (y/n)" he said and let out his hand for Jungkook to shake. "Jungkook" he relpied and shook his hand.
The barista's palm was so soft, it made Jungkook hold it for quite a little longer. He felt so awkward. He didn’t know what to say.
"I'm really sorry, but my break is coming to an end so I have to go back." (Y/n) threw the cigarette away and Jungkook nodded.
"I don’t have a programme yet, but I guess I’ll work in the mornings and my break will be around this hour. So if you would like, you can come again tomorrow at this time so we could talk." He continued and Jungkook nodded again as the man smiled and went back inside leaving Jungkook alone.
How could he come back tomorrow after this embarrassing interaction?
Jungkook pondered over what to wear for a little too long, but he was just in time, as he saw the barista pull out a chair. (Y/n) waved at him and brought a second chair for Jungkook to sit.
"Good morning. I made you coffee, it's on the house" (y/n) said and Jungkook blushed.
"You didn’t have to" he softly let out and the barista laughed a little.
"It’s okay, I wanted to do it anyway. Do you mind if I smoke?" He asked and Jungkook shook his head 'no'.
He wasn’t prepared to see the hot sight of him smoking again but he knew he couldn’t avoid it.
"So, Jungkook, tell me, how come you followed me back here yesterday?" He confidently asked and Jungkook gulped.
"To be honest, I don’t know what came over me. I acted impulsively and didn’t think of what to do next. I'm sorry if I creeped you out. I had just heard people talk about you and was really curious to see you. Then every time I came here, for a random reason I didn’t see you and it made me determined. So when I saw you leaving for your break when I was about to order I panicked." He rambled and (y/n) just nodded along and let out a small laugh again.
"I see. Well, I don’t mean to sound cocky but I did notice those people staring at me and talking about me. I'm glad that you were the only one out of them that was confident to talk to me. It seemed as if they were afraid to say anything after ordering. It was weird. I'm just a simple person. Not some celebrity or something. So I'm glad you practically saw me as a normal person and came up to me." (Y/n) admitted and Jungkook could just nod, at loss of words.
Silence followed and (y/n) took another drag of his cigarette, letting the smoke out in the same way as the first time Jungkook saw him and Jungkook’s heart had the same reaction as then.
Soon, his break was again coming to an end and he apologised, Jungkook shaking his head.
"It’s okay, I understand, this is work." He said and got up. The barista took out a paper from his pocket.
"Here is my number, we can meet again and this time for longer, so that we actually get to talk." (Y/n) said and Jungkook opened his hand to take it.
"I hope you text me soon" he said and walked inside leaving Jungkook a blushing mess.
