TW: Spiking punch (but making sure everyone knows it’s spiked immediately so nobody gets hurt

ACME, VILE, and Team Red have a “Christmas truce” where they all go to a party

Less then five minutes in, and when Player’s the only person having been daring enough to touch the food and drink (nobody trusts it without a poison check) he announces that he’s pretty sure somebody spiked the punch with alcohol.

The rest of the party dissolved into a detective game of trying to figure out who did it.

Near the end of the party, Player approaches Chase and casually strikes up a conversation, halfway through, Player stops and goes “It’s a good thing I realized the punch was spiked before anybody drank it, huh? Gin can be pretty strong if you don’t drink.”

Chase pauses, because nobody found out exactly what it was in the punch, just that it was alcohol.

But Player knows.

Chase: why- why are you telling me this?

Player: because no one will ever believe you

AU where everything’s the same but Chase gets introduced to Player and it goes like:

Chase: LE FEMME ROUGE! What are you doing near this school!? Are you trying to rob it of-

Player: *Runs out of the school and jumps into Carmen’s arms*

Chase: ...

Carmen, holding Player: He needed a ride home!
