『モルコヴニツェ（キャロットケーキ🥕✨）』という、ウクライナ🇺🇦の伝統菓子を焼きました。ウクライナ支援（ケーキの売り上げを寄付）で積極的に出しているカフェが増えましたので、私は趣味ですが作ってみました。
Морковн まで入力すると、自動変換されましたのでウクライナでは有名な郷土菓子なのでしょう。
たっぷりのにんじんのすりおろし、シナモン、ナツメグ、クローブなどのスパイス、ラムレーズンとひまわりやかぼちゃの種なども刻んで入れています。ナッツはクルミを入れるのがウクライナの伝統のようですが、ウクライナですから映画『ひまわり🌻』にちなんで、ひまわりの種を入れました😊
