Character Desgin - Tumblr Posts
Once again, I’m working on yet another character design! :)
I was pretty heavily inspired by Cicero from Skyrim, and @slocotion‘s dolls, with a little bit of Lovecraft sprinkled in there for some extra eyeballs.
Before this attempt at sketching him, I did a few in my sketchbook, trying to figure out the basic theme of the character, and fit in some anatomy practice. His anatomy in this is a bit messy, but I like the eye details on his hat and collar, and plan to carry that theme into the jewelry I will eventually add. The tail probably won’t make it to the final design, but I wanted to consider making him a demon or at least something other than human.

I'm getting ready for Artfight, and have finished up the references for the characters I'm going to have up.
This guy is my Minecraft skin/character, and the closest thing I have to any kind of fursona. He's up on my profile, alongside Morgan. Any other characters I'll add will likely either be Aust, or one of my Bethesda OCs.

WIP of a new character I’m playing. He’s an executioner turned gladiator and pit fighter, who has turned a bit crazy with blood lust. Brought back from the dead through some Frankenstein like crack experiment, he continues beheading monsters and men alike while under the control of a mad scientist. I made him a Simic Hybrid cuz I never played it and it fits. Also made him a Zealot because I like the idea of him being able to rise from the dead consistently like some horror movie slasher.

Playing around with character design and color swatches. Said swatches come from a book called “Color Inspirations” by Darius A Monsef, and each color set has a name. The one for PunkBoy is called “Good Boys” and the one for PunkGirl is “Gaelic Swans”. I had fun putting the design together, and I’m interested in seeing what ideas others have about the possibly personalities or stories for these characters. So have at it. I’d love to see what people come up with, so please be sure to tag me!
