Plate 4 @eatforeign: Vietnamese coffee parfait. Like a tiramisu but even better. Strong coffee and chocolate flavours, with a bit of sweetness, just like how a ca phe sua da should be (although I do take my Viet coffee on the sweeter side). Plate 5 @eatforeign: ...when you can have another dessert? Passion fruit pavlova, coconut tapioca pudding. Compared to the coffee parfait I think I like this one better. I've always had a weakness for cold coconut tapioca soup for dessert. This just makes it even better.
