Finally had the motivation to sit down and started working on my OC. It's going to be one hell of a ride, but at least, the cover is done. I have a lot of ground to cover, but I'm doing my best.

This dude has been brewing in my brain for MONTHS already. I have about... 1/2 of a rough draft (read: EXTREMELY ROUGH) finished for the fanfiction I'm writing, and finally got to drawing his face. I gotta say, I really outdid myself with this one. (This is me saying I'm proud of myself without outright saying it because, pfft, what? Being nice to myself? I barely know her!)

This dude is honestly the epitome of 'Texan Boah'. He's born and raised in some fuckass, middle-of-nowhere town in the fuckass, middle-of-nowhere Texas, lived on a ranch with his parents and two sisters (one of which is his twin), before becoming a Marine at the age of sixteen because of financial problems plaguing his family. Through the Marines he came in contact with a certain Phillip Graves, who'd become his closest friend, and eventually Cal would be the second face of Shadow Company (obviously a lot of bullcrap happens between moment A and B, but I'm not gonna write all of that here.)

I really like how it turned out. I have more plans with these drawings but I already love how it looks together.

The quality became quite bad due to the troubles I had saving the video and I might repost it, once I get it to work like I want it to, but for now I am quite proud of this. It's my first edit of this kind.

The drawing was inspired by the audio I used (which I first saw/heard on tiktok).

I should be working on the next chapter soon after this unplanned hiatus.

Yeah, so I saw the new CoD MW3 ending, and I'll just say

I'll drag canon into the backyard and shoot it like Shepherd shot Ghost in 2009.

Good thing I am writing a fanfiction that sees canon as guidline and not law :)
