Yes, Ghost passes his psych evals. He NEEDS to be mentally stable in order to be part of the SAS, otherwise he'd be pulled out no matter how much Price likes him. There are no indications in the game or voice lines that show otherwise, he's able to hold his own weight and is likely on therapy and medication to help with his trauma and nightmares.

Iāve been reading a fic with Ghost and Riley and my Kƶnig obsessed brain is like āgive him a wolf, do itā. So I am:
Her name is Kƶnigin, Queen in German. (I used Google translate, let me know if thereās a more proper name)
Kƶnig found her when she was a puppy and he was 15. It was during the winter when he was on break at his Grandmaās place
She lives in rural mountain village and took in the puppy with no issue
Kƶnig took care of her the whole time and took her home with him (his mother was reluctant but relented)
Kƶnig has a sister who loves Koenigin but doesnāt have as strong of a bond since she lives with their grandma
She is very protective of Kƶnig and his sister but prefers Kƶnig
When Koenig joined the military, he submitted paper work to have her trained for personal protection, search and rescue, and bomb detection. (Donāt really care if this isnāt possible, let it love my dream)
She did amazing and was able join Koenig in the field.
She memorizes people by their smell rather than sight, so she recognizes Koenig whether he wears the hood or not
She is massive and loves to snuggle and lick people, but will listen to Koenig no matter what without having to repeat commands
She can do basic stuff, but also bite, growl, crawl, and jump. (Pulling things out of my ass rn. My grandparents have a dog and I love her but omg I canāt think of shit rn.)
She only does this with Koenig, and sometimes with his family. But will 100% listen to Kƶnig ever time the first time.
When Koenig joined KorTac, she had to be left with his family in the mountains. Koenig was very sad but he held out.
Whenever Koenig comes home to her, sheāll freeze and snap her head in his direction, totally still. Once she sees him and Koenig acknowledges her, she will run and jump on him.
Horangi loves her and she likes him almost as much as Koenig, but he still holds first place.

Kƶnig: *puts him down and runs away*
Ghost, to the camera: I pick people up to assert dominance

Price: *too stunned to speak*

My brain is dead bc school started. But itās also pumping hard on the procrastination train using COD
so, itās training for the recruits and Ghost and Soap are in charge of it. Itās hot so the morning meeting is in a hanger instead of outside.
Itās going to be drills today but stopping at 10:30 and restarting again at 4:00, keeping the them out of the blistering heat in full gear to avoid heatstroke.
Ghost is wearing a short sleeve compression shirt today, a rarity for sure. So rare, Soap has never seen just that, always a jacket over and half way zipped.
And Soap is staring.
Directly at Ghosts chest.
Itās a beautiful chest and Soap just wants to lay his head on it. Ghostās pecks are well sculpted and stand out just like the rest of his chest.
Ghost stops mid sentence and yells at soap, āyou gonna share with the class or keep drooling on the floor.ā
This earns a chuckle or two. Ghost smirks expecting heās just embarrassed Soap.

Soap quickly scrambles out of the hanger to anywhere. Hopefully he finds Price to save him, but the man could only do so much. Gaz would help him escape at least, the good man that he was. But heād laugh at him first.
Back in the hanger, Ghost is left standing there in shock.
āIf you lot can keep him safe from me until 10:30, approximately 2 hours, I will give everyone the week off.ā
Ghost had never seen so many soldiers run so fast and so in tune with each other.
