Day 21 of #inktober2022 is #baddog Title: “ Exorcist a Bad Dog” This silly artwork is about me and my sisters exorcise my sister dog(ghost) to get the demon out of them. By crossing my fingers to form a cross since me and sister found out crossing our fingers calm her down when she’s too aggressive and biting us so that’s why I use the scene from the exorcist to use with the theme. As well if anyone didn’t know the possessed crown on top of ghost head is from the cult of the lamb. A game I like. Here was my first drawing of COTL back in July. This is my first tumblr post. I hope everyone likes it. More drawings are coming soon and I’m working on a little comic.

I was working on the cloak that you get at the end of the game and how it works so in my little world it has three pieces: an over cloak which is a short piece that goes over the arms, the main piece which is a long sleeve cloak which can have the sleeves folded into the main body, and the under gown which as you can see is like a tight fitting gown. The lamb only wears the under gown in private and even then very rarely. Berith upgraded the fleece the mystic seller gave the lamb. Originally the fleece was way too big for the lamb, as it was Narinders before, and Berith was shocked by how “outdated” and “ancient” it is and was proud that the lamb asked them to change the size to fit the lamb. The lamb told them to keep the original design and just change the size. Berith kept the main idea but added a “fabulous gown” underneath.

The lamb tends to wear the garb to the seasonal rituals, where they grieve those that have fallen to the old faith, and it ends with another ritual where new life is brought with a harvest ritual. they shear once a year after the beginning one of these rituals specifically the one grieving the death of the lambs. This is also the ritual that hits the lamb the hardest. The drawing shows the lamb after going through this ritual several times and has reached godhood. Narinder rarely leaves the side of the lamb during this ritual, mostly to find ways to distract the lamb from the pain of their past.

Also the bottom left corner is during a completely different time. Definitely not during a morning period.

Leshy and Nurit (the yellow cat) both work in the gardens of the cult. Where they mostly work on the flowers and herbs needed for the medicine bay. Leshy is only seen close by Nurit or one of his siblings(the former bishops), Leshy also stays away from the other members of the cult and when near them causes fights or mild inconveniences to bother them but never outright harms them unless they harm him first. Leshy and Nurit live together in a hut close by the fields.

So this is the lamb in the gateway after the execution and a little of the lamb moments before the said execution and after being crowned, but mostly the former.

Note: Also a change in last name from the lamb, it used to be Gil, which means “ small goat”, I didn't think their would be a goat character, forgive me. I changed it to Oona which means one, universal, and lamb. I might change it again but I don't know. Also still working on the design.

Anyway to the story part.

The lamb's captivity is a story in itself, to sum it down the prison the lamb and others were locked in was a day or two walks away from the execution grounds, that is without sleep, at a fast pace, with no stopping and no food or even water. Not to mention the malnutrition and constant beating that occurred at the prison before hand, the slightest decrease on the walk was met with a hit and a push forward. Finally, when they reached the grounds they pulled him by their chains all the way to the alter before slamming their head on the alter and walking to the side before bowing to the four figures in front of them all. They say exactly what they say in-game, which you probably already heard times before if not you can find it online, the lamb sits crying on the alter before the bishops tears fall from their wooled-covered eyes. They shook in fear as the bishops spoke, the lamb not really knowing the weight of their words, even if they understood the words they said unlike the words said by the bishops followers, which they never could understand as it was another language entirely. But they could hear the bishops well even with their ears covered in wool but they couldn't listen rather they focused on the life they once had before this, they remembered the words of their mother so far away now, the silent hope that maybe their pain as stopped, maybe they can see her again, their hopeful mother, their loving father, their two sisters, twins, the older intelligent, the younger strong-willed. He remembered how those two would join forces to steal the pastries and treats Lambert made, they remembered when their father would come home after fortifying the flock to keep them hidden, they remembered their mother hopeing that he would return in her life time to bring peace to her and her family. Her hope stayed even when the old faith found their flock when she begged the cruel laughing cultist before her to spare the flock, it even stayed when they killed her in front of the entire flock. Silence filled the air as the bishops stopped talking. The lamb tensed as they heard footsteps approaching them, the lamb hoped that maybe they could see their family once more as the axe was raised.

Darkness surrounded them when the axe chopped the lamb's head off. They opened their eyes finding darkness around them, “ Come closer.” the lamb realised the wool was in their face and moved their hands to lift up the wool over their eyes and look before them at a giant ass three-eyed car in front of them.

Also another note the lamb is extremely matted so they can't move well.

Also if you are wondering why I use traditional art, I suck at digital, if you have any tips for that please leave them in the comments it is extremely appreciated.
