This combo is not strong but is rather hilarious
First be a centaur ranger of 8th lv then take the athlete feat
As an athlete you now have a climbing speed equal to your walking speed
As an 8th lv ranger you are not impeded by nonmagical difficult terrain
When climbing the ceiling or just being upside down is difficult terrain....

You can now dash to GALLOP ACROSS THE CEILING 100FT UPSIDE DOWN !!! I can't get that image out of my head of a centaur running across the ceiling
Since you 8th lv you could also take the mobile feat for more shenanigans and higher speeds
