Borra x human! Fem! Reader.
(Requested by @multifandom--imagine)
[Reader is Auroras personal servant and best friend. She requested some light smut, so I'll do the best I can!)
(Y/N) (L/N), the servant and personal maid to Queen Aurora, also known as the shy servant girl, but what many people don't know is how she's been hiding a secret recently recently.

"I knew it! I knew it, I knew it, I knew it!"
"Keep your voice down, Aurora!" She pleaded, her cheeks becoming flared.
"I just knew that you liked Borra-! Mm!" (Y/N) quickly covered Auroras' mouth with her hand, knowing that Borra was head guard of the armies Ulstead and patrolled both the Moores and Ulstead nonstop.
And he was currently in the castle.
"You cannot tell him."
"What? Why?" Aurora asked softly as her best friend sat on the bed.
"I'm a human, Aurora. He's a Dark Fey, and was once their leader before Maleficent was discovered. I'm weak, shy, I can barely ever talk to him, and he's just so amazing. He's cunning, brave, strong and the most handsome man I've ever met, but. . .he's also caring and has a soft side to him," She frowned as she remembered why she could never be with him.
"And he hates humans."
"The war is over, (Y/N). He-"
"A marraige doesn't just make all that hatred go away, Aurora," Her voice cracked.
"He could never love me. . .not when I'm so weak and fragile. . .especially not when I'm a human," Tears rolled down her cheeks, hating how that was the truth she had to live with. Loving a Fey who will never love you back? It's true heartache.
But as Aurora cradled her friend in her arms, neither of them realized that Borra was standing outside the door and heard everything. He felt his heart break at the fact that (Y/N) thought she would never be cared for, nor loved by him, because he did love her. She may not be the bravest, but each time she gives him her adoring smile, it warms his heart and he couldn't wait for the day to come when he could hold her in his arms and kiss her sweet lips.
And with a smirk, he concocted a plan and decided that (Y/N) should pay a visit to the Moores this evening.

"Borra?" (Y/N) called out quietly, having gotten his note from earlier to meet him at his nest in the Moores. Or as (Y/N) called it, a work of art.
"May I come in?" She asked, peeking in to see him looking quite content and staring at the servant girl with a smile upon his features.
A rare sight.
"Sit down. . .please," She was quite shocked by him actually saying please, but listened nonetheless and sat across from him.
"I know how you feel about me, (Y/N)."
And there it goes.
She felt her whole world collapsing down in that very moment, hating how recklessly she talked about her feelings in the castle and hating how they can never have a true friendship with him, knowing that he-
"And as tradition goes. . ." He grabbed her small hands in his, loving how soft they felt against his rough and calloussed palms.
". . .If one feels the same, then they will ask to mate."
She looked up in shock, her cheeks turning bright red as he asked her this question while maintaining eye contact with his beautiful fiery irises.
"Will you, (Y/N) (L/N), become my mate?"
And she felt tears streaming down her cheeks, hiccuping and Borra wiped them away while simultaneously bringing forth his wings and closing them around them both to shield them.
"Y-Yes, a million times yes, Borra!" She smiled, letting her hearts desires come forth and wrapping her arms around his neck and kissed him.
His eyes widened at how suddenly bold she became, but didn't mind and smiled into the kiss, but then quickly pulled back.
"I-I'm so sorry, Borra-"
"No, it isn't you, my love. It is. . .after our chosen mate says yes, then we must mark eachother to show that we have found our mates," Borra explained.
"Like. . .you have to scratch me?"
"I have to place my lips on your neck. . ." He whispered lowly, his voice growing hoarse as he leaned closer towards her ear and his hands pulled her in closer to him.
"And suck and bite," He nipped at her ear, causing her to gasp and he already felt himself getting excited.
"To show the world that you're mine, and I'm yours. . .but, you have to say yes," He knew he was teasing her, loving how he could make her feel so excited just by a few suggestive words.
"Y-yes." He chuckled.
"Yes. . .what?"
"Mark me as yours."
And just like that, he gave into his animalistic desire and kissed her with a low growl emitting from his throat. She kissed him back, so happy to finally be with the Fey she loves, but also feeling a bit. . .excited.
He wanted more, he needed more, and he slowly pulled on her bottom lip and she gasped. He took that opportunity to slip his tongue into her mouth, and (Y/N) let out a small moan that made him smirk against her lips. Oh how he wanted her to make more sounds, and oh how happy he was that it was him causing it.
"B-Borra-" She gasped out, trying to catch her breath, but he dove in once more and she tugged on his hair as she wrapped her legs around his waist to get closer to him. She wanted to their bodies to be pressed together, she wanted to give into this excitement.
To give into him.
He pulled away and immediately started trailing kisses down her neck, stopping when he found her sweet spot and beginning to suck on it, playfully nipping at it just to get a reaction out of her.
"Mmph. . .Borra, they. . .they'll hear," (Y/N) mumbled out, attempting to stop her embarrassing noises from escaping.
"Let them."
"I-I. . .it's embarrassing," She turned red, still biting her lip and Borra saw.
"No, please," He begged.
Borra. Begged.
"I want to hear how I make you feel. I want all of the Moores and Ulstead to know the type of noises I can get out of you," He breathed out, coming back up to make eye contact with his beloved.
"But only if you'll let me."
[30 VOTES AND I'LL MAKE A PART 2 ABOUT THEIR FAMILY AND MAYBE SOME MORE SPICY STUFF]

Hot actor Ed Skrein! So freakin handsome!

MIDWAY (Dir: Roland Emmerich, 2019).
The events of this true life WWII campaign were previously filmed as the similarly titled Midway aka Battle of Midway (Jack Smight, 1976). Not having seen the earlier account, I will not make comparisons between the two movies.
Midway begins with the events surrounding the attack on Pearl Harbor and chronicle the subsequent naval battle of the Pacific. Best known for directing big budget sci-fi blockbusters Stargate (1994) and Independence Day (1996), Roland Emmerich may seem an unlikely choice to helm a serious wartime drama. Midway, however, was pet project for Emmerich, one that he has fought to bring to the screen for many years.
Thankfully he tells the story straight. Certainly the special effects spectacle one expects from Emmerich is here to, as are the breathtaking action sequences. Yet these scenes are broken by the necessary detailing of the campaign. This pacing allows the action to breath and helps the movie be more than just an exercise in visual effects.
A fairly star-studded line-up was assembled for the movie, including Ed Skrein, Patrick Wilson, Luke Evans, Nick Jonas, Woody Harrelson, Dennis Quaid and Mandy Moore. As is often the case with these kind of movies, the actors are somewhat overshadowed by the spectacle. Although in fairness, the quality cast give solid performances throughout.
Midway is a decent movie, although one that, perhaps, brings nothing new to the war movie genre. A sense of the familiar is not necessarily a bad thing in a period movie but it’s underperformance at the box office suggests that old fashioned WWII features are a difficult sell to modern moviegoers, even with the presence of a Jonas Brother! That said, I did enjoy it. It is a worthy story, told in an impressively mounted and entertaining manner. If you want to watch it, it is worth catching it on the big screen where its spectacle can be fully appreciated.
