body dysmorphia?!?

i don’t know if it’s just me but some days i feel sooo hideous, like the ugliest girl in the world. it’s crazy i barely post on social media anymore cause every time i try to take pictures i absolutely HATE them! and don’t get me started on other people taking my pictures, i get the WORSE ANXIETY ever and the pictures always come out terrible. uhhh i’ve been feeling this way for months and have terrible anxiety about my looks. i really need help lol but had to vent before bed haha
