My special interests rotate so I’m back on a Homestuck kick
Have some horrible doodles of my designs for Gamzee and Karkat for an AU thing I made up.
Also I ship gamkar SO HARD (platonically and romantically, they are my favorite).

They’ve been besties since the beginning. You can’t tell me any different, I’ll refuse to believe you.
In doodling for the song Training Wheels and I have a cute scenario I like.
Gamzee and Karkat meeting when they’re young, little Gamzee hurt with a scarped knee and Karkat out and about for some reason or another wondering why this young Purpleblood is even out here or crying at all. What a sad and pitiful sight. He comes back and instantly begins tending to Gamzees little scratches, the poor little guy. Karkat is obviously saying he’s silly for crying over a little scratch, you must be so clumsy how have you survived this long-
They had recently learned about quadrants in their schoolfeeding. Gamzee is insantly enthralled with this shouty little boy, who has such a harsh tongue and yet is treating him so tenderly, is obviously full of too many sharp little edges for someone young as them and wants to smooth them out. Karkat instantly feels a gut reaction, that this poor purpleblood boy lost in the woods, with sad eyes and ragged clothes, needs someone who can take care of him. A pale crush forms and they are so new to learning of quadrants and they tiptoe around eachother then for sweeps until finally they obviously become moirails.
BAM!!! Childhood Friends to Lovers trope. I really hope that makes sense, that feels like it was everywhere and idk if I’m getting my idea across 🥲

I made Karkat and Gamzee in the sims 4 and i made them get married and gave them a big castle with a butler.
I have suddenly made a whole Gamkar and Grand Highblood x Signless Hadestown AU

Oooo yes I can! I assume it’s the Hadestown AU lol. Although I’m still trying to flesh out the details of it. It’s pretty much just your run of the mill Hadestown AU lol!
Gamzee is Orpheus and Karkat is Eurydice, I just think it’s a nice and sort of fitting thing for them. In songs like “All I’ve Ever Known” I feel, hear, and see a lot of Karkat in it. It felt fitting.
Then comes the Signless x GHB! AH! I love working with this pairing, so tragic and poetic. GHB is Hades and Signless is Persephone and it’s perfect to mirror Gamzee and Karkat. They are what GHB and Signless could have been, had their roles not gotten in the way.
Again I don’t have a lot of it fully fleshed out it’s so new to my brain, but I’m so open for suggestions if you or anyone has any thoughts on it too!! Thank you for your ask I really appreciate it!!!!
