My favorite form of redemption arc is “I hate that I have morals now”
I was thinking about S5 and the fate of the Chimera Pack, and I guess if Deucalion hadn't convinced Theo that Belasko's Talons were useless, and then messed with his head and convinced him to kill Josh, wich eventually also led to him killing Tracy, it's likely Theo would have succeded in taking the Beast's power.
If he had used Belasko's Talons, and had Josh and Tracy there to back him up, I think the outcome would be very different what actually happened.
I'm not saying this would be a good thing, but it could be an interesting plot point for the beginning of S6. And maybe Theo's redemption arc, assuming he would have one, could have a lot more depth, starting with him getting all the power he wanted but realising it didn't actually gave him what he needed. Maybe. Just an idea.
Also, what happened to Belasko's Talons? Were they stored in one of the Hale Vault's? Did Malia lost them? Did they "kind of forgot" the Talons existed? Why was this never adressed!?
Y'all always talk about how obsessed Theo is with Stiles, (which is 100% true), but lets not forget that Stiles broke into the administration office to get his documents, printed out a picture of Theo to pin it to his crime board (and instinctively knew he was in cahoots with the Dread Doctors), annoyed his dad long enough that Parrish had to make a background check on Theo and his family, let everyone know that he remembers Theo well enough that he can tell something is wrong, stalked him for 3+ hours and willingly spent his Saturday with him in a car (instead of going with his friends who were putting themselves in danger because of a plan he must've known would backfire).

If only Allison had found out at some point all the creepy things Scott said and thought about her, all he hid from her and what he did to "get her" and "stay close to her"...
