Based on these three posts, he has dark grayish eyes that appear either blue or green in different lighting. And they definitely change color a bit depending on his mood. Love it.
Also damn they look horribly red and dry. Love, I can suggest some good eye drops to relieve the irritation or get some sleep already... I desperately want to give you the comfort and care that you are sorely lacking ;;

Sounds hilarious until you start thinking about WHY he dyes his hair.
Apparently, he's covering his gray hair. But he is too young to be graying naturally. So he probably started graying back in House of Hope and later, given all the horror he had to endure.
Gortash is graying because of constant stress and improper diet and disrupted sleep patterns.
I like the detail that Gortash's hair has this blue undertone, which happens with unnatural black hair dyes. My headcanon now is that it is not intentional, but he won't accept any "lighter" blacks or other undertones. It has to be the darkest tone there is.
