If you have an intrusive thought type dream, he would comfort you.
He would lay next to you, tracing your palms, while explaining that scientifically dreams aren’t explainable but usually don’t mean much about the person who dreamed them.
He would say he knows you aren’t like that, and you should know that too.
You would protest, but Law wouldn’t have it.
He would hold you, you as the little spoon so that he could smell your hair, and he would whisper into your head that you aren’t like that. His hands would trace shapes in your waist (especially if you have a tummy) and he would run his fingers along the soft skin of your torso.
He would normally still be drifting to sleep, eyes slowly closing and Law fading in and out of consciousness while he held your hand. If not your hand there would be at least one physical connection between the two of you. (Maybe he is back to back with you or your legs are crossed)
That day? He was wide awake. Battling every silly thought that would pop into your head with his own knowledge of the human brain and you.
Eventually, you forget why you were so adamant on talking about dreams. You look at him, apologize, then nuzzle into his chest.
He’s confused but, while he questions about why you gave up, he holds you.
In his own way, law comforts you when you have bad dreams.

“Finally,” You mumble as you take off your apron, rolling out your stiff shoulders.
Exhaustion has been clinging to your body for a while now, and it’s hard to shake it off when you feel like you’re being stretched thin from all sides. It’s a constant cycle of worrying about university, money and him. There’s never room for you to rest, and you’re just so damn tired.
You exit the tiny break room; breathing in the strong scents of coffee and vanilla that’s drifting through the air as you slip on your coat. You watch as Yebin wipes down the tables with practiced ease, the pastel surfaces prepped and ready for the students that are bound to begin trickling in at any moment. You know the shop will be filled to the brim soon enough with people wanting their caffeine kick before their long study sessions or commutes home, and you’re so glad you can clock out before all of that today.
You mirror the salute Junseo gives you from behind the counter, making sure your voice carries over the upbeat idol song filling the café as you say, ”I’m off! See you guys in a few days!”
Yebin yells out her own goodbye as you push open the door, and you give her a wave over you shoulder as you hurry out of the shop.
Your co-workers are great, but there’s no way you’re staying there for a minute longer if you can help it. Your boss has a bad habit of turning up to ‘check in’ on the café when it’s time to change shifts, and you’ve been talked into working extra hours a few too many times. That’s not happening today though – you have a date with your bed that you simply can’t cancel.
You fish out your phone from your pocket as you begin your walk home; eyebrows lifting in surprise as you open the new message Jungkook sent you earlier in the day. He’s already written a rough draft of the entire paper, your portion included, and it’s good.

Ghost is trans. He was in the closet for years due to the self-hate his father instilled into him. He was terrified to come out and never talked about being trans to anyone. He had just started trying to think of how to tell his brother when everything happened. When he crawled out of that grave, when he discovered his brother dead alongside his family, he was done being scared.
He always tells himself that who he once was died a long time ago.
Ghost was always told he had a pretty face so he started wearing a mask. He had gotten a binder and started T as soon as possible. Ghost has a soft voice that just doesn’t match the image in his head. So he uses a deep voice. He never speaks in his actual voice even though he doesn’t hate it. No one treats him the same when he uses it versus when he uses Ghost’s voice.
He absorbed himself into masculine stereotypes, trying to embody the ideal macho man.
Price knows. Of course he does. Ghost expected some form of judgement from him but instead he got respect and support. The only other person that knows is Laswell. Gaz doesn’t know and Ghost wants to keep it that way.
When Soap came along, Ghost found himself looking at a man who is so casually masculine, just the embodiment of manliness, and Ghost couldn’t help but feel a seed of jealousy, hate, and envy take root deep inside him. He pushed Soap away, finding every reason to snap at him and keep him at arm’s length. Price quickly figured out what was up and tried to have a personal conversation with him.
Ghost insisted nothing was wrong and ignores any more of Price trying to talk to him.
Anyone could see that Ghost didn’t want Soap around him. Except Soap. The man found every opportunity to get close to Ghost and Ghost was beyond pissed about this. Everything Soap did felt like mockery towards him. Everything the man said just rubbed him the wrong way. Ghost was certain that Soap knew about him being trans and was trying to get under his skin.
He was blind to the fact that Soap was flirting and taking every opportunity to show off in order to impress Ghost. Soap was smitten the moment he saw the Ghost in action on the field. He desperately wanted to get to know Ghost, wanted see the man under the mask. Every time Ghost pulled away, Soap pushed forward. Price could see disaster brewing and he wasn’t sure if he would be able to stop it.
Deep down we all want to bite someone hard as shit. Jaw power on 100% for like 5 to 8 seconds. Just once.
