Yes I went to the cinema to see Wish in cinemas and yeah (dare I say it) the overall plot was good, I liked the idea of it but it was missing so much potential. I've seen people saying the concept art was better and I agree. Honestly idk if anyone else can see this but Wish kinda reminded me of Encanto (sorry if someone's already said this and I haven't seen it) For example, Star and the miracle, the theme of magic and saving what matters most. The difference was that Encanto was, for lack of a better word, "organised" as the plot was clear and made sense. Wish, however, was all over the place. It could've easily been another of the best movies this year...if it was clearer and every character served a purpose. Asha's friends were just sorta...there you know what I mean?
