Pictured is a skewer of grilled pork neck and shrimp, paired with a @bandedpeak_brewing Chinook Saison. Coconut lime #sorbet x Passionfruit Thai Basil #icecream from @madebymarcus. Last time I saw Marcus, I was @chefjdelcorro's first apprentice @eatsofasia, working @hawkersmarket #YYC.
