Vegas: Yes, who wouldn't want 150,000?

Pete: Vegas, no

Tankhun: Kim, are you ignoring Chay?

Kim: I'm playing hard to get

Tankhun: Why would you do that? You're already hard to want

Porsche: If you had to choose between Kim and how much money I have in my pocket , what would you choose?

Chay: depends . How much money are we talking about?

Khun : Yesterday Chay told me that he didn't like you very much.

Kim : *voice breaking* Oh, he did?

*A rare family dinner where everyone is gathered even Kim after the Kimchay breakup , minus Korn*

Chay notices Kim looking in his direction with a strange look : Kim why do you look so constipated?

Kim : so WHAT now?

Chay : You look constipated, do you need a laxative or something?

Kim : I'm NOT constipated

Chay : you sure?

Vegas trying and failing to hold back his laugh: That's true cousin you do look a bit constipated

Khun giggling : he does look constipated doesn't he Porsche?

Porsche wheezing :Y-you-re s-so right

Kim : I'M NOT *he got interrupted by loud laughter from the people at the table. The bodyguards who were in that room were trying and failing miserably not to laugh. Macau who was laughing so hard at this point, lost his balance and fell from his chair*

So my secret dream is that Kinn and Vegas both pick up a ton of non-mafia hobbies down the line.

Now, Kinn is a shit cook. He plucks a trigger much more steadily than he’ll ever pluck Kim’s guitar. His clumsy attempts at painting draw a rare smile to Porsche’s mother’s lips. Kinn knits the lumpiest, most uneven scarf in a climate where nobody will ever want to wear it.

Kinn is bad at his hobbies.

And it is so freeing, to enjoy something and to be bad at it. For Kinn, who has always had to be the best—for Kinn, whose father’s money made him the best even when he wasn’t—what a tremendous relief, to love something and to do it poorly.

Meanwhile—Vegas is an excellent cook. His hands are just as dexterous on the pliers whether he is extracting the movement from a clock or the bones from a man’s ear. His bird’s eye chili plants thrive on the balcony.

Vegas is good at his hobbies.

And it is so satiating, to enjoy something and to be good at it. For Vegas, who has never been the best—for Vegas, whose father’s goalposts moved every time he thought he might be good enough—what a tremendous relief, to love something and to do it well.

Privately (and sometimes not so privately), they laugh at each other. Privately (always privately), they are so much happier.

(And neither of them plays chess. <3)

I love Porche but I also love Kinn and I am really getting annoyed with only Kinn taking a bashing for the bathroom scene so here goes. What Kinn said and did in that bathroom pre sexy times with Porche was wrong. I understand his motivation 100% but it is still wrong. What Porche said about Tawan was JUST as wrong. He does not know what really happened. He is basing his total opinion on this situation off of a statement by one person: Vegas, the guy who literally just tried to assault him and who was making Porche uncomfortable in the bar. He tried to hurt Kinn because he was hurting and he hit a bullseye and Kinn lashed out. Did Kinn deserve the slap? Yep especially because he was being a hypocritical jerk who was not letting Porche explain the situation. But Kinn had every right to get mad at Porche because he was ALSO being a hypocritical jerk who did not wait for Kinn's explanation. They are both flawed characters but I am getting annoyed with the Fandom taking away Porche's agency in the mess he creates. Neither one of them deserved to hear what they heard and BOTH should have apologized. Kinn did and yet Kinn is the one getting the most crap. Frustrating!

REACTION TO NEWS OF KORN'S DEATH : The Theerapayankul Brothers.

Ok so I did notice it during the show, but now @summersoldier-barnes is responsible for making me overthink Kim here. Anyways let's go.

So the primary two reactions of the Theerapayankul brothers to Korn's death were : Kinn & Kim being seemingly calm about it while Tankhun brought is all the feelings and crying.

TANKHUN

He has the most normal reaction of all. He showed how a child usually reacts to the news of their parent's seath - crying, howling, breaking down.

KINN

Even though kinn seemed essentially calm about the news. He was actually very moved. He had to take a moment to get himself on track and remind himself of the role he's going to take over. He basically had to get his mask up and be strong even though he was breaking inside.

KIM

Kim's reaction, though projecting calmness as well, is different from Kinn. He takes more time in consoling Tankhun and making sure Kinn is ok (even if that's just by a look). His bigger priorities here are his brothers. He knows how emotional tankhun is and he knows what responsibility is falling on Kinn.

However Kim, when it comes to him, he seems more unfazed by the news. His expression before and after the news didn't necessarily change much. You could say it's because he masks his feelings better. And yes that could be it, but I'll throw in my not so normal thoughts here.

He is upset, yes I get that. But again we know Korn faked his death and it's very clear that Kim knows a lot more about Korn than anyone else. It's highly possible that Kim anticipated this move by Korn. Going back to the fact that Korn had called in Kim when he last came to the main house and we still don't know what they talked about.

Another thing is that if anyone knew about Korn's plan about faking his death, it would be Chan.

And this look cannot not mean anything. Kim looks at him knowingly. He looked at him with questions which he probably also had some answers for.

In conclusion, Kim knows a lot that we aren't getting to know and I need S2 asap for that.

Kinn’s lucky gun.

Kinn states that he always has it with him for important meetings. Here are three main times that we have seen Kinn use his lucky gun so far.

Be my bodyguard or be fish’s food.

When Kinn goes to collect Porsche to be his bodyguard, Kinn subconsciously knows this is an important event for him. Hence why he brings the lucky gun.

Return it and yourself to Me.

Kinn knows Vegas and Porsche’s mission is important in several ways. If VP are successful then it’s going to be Kinn look bad, it will bring VP closer together, and it will show the that VP work well together and make a force to be fearful of. Even with this negative results, Kinn holds Porsche’s life as more important and provides him with the only thing that Kinn can give without causing too many questions.

Do you see the ring on my finger?

Well, everyone sees the ring but does everyone recognize the lucky gun? Protecting Porsche from Vegas is important to Kinn. No matter how upset and “raging” Kinn is, this is important to show he is protective and possessive of Porche. He wants to make sure this correction of both the minor family and Porsche is loud and clear.

The lucky gun had now been shows as a play of power, a token of blessing (love possibly), and stance of ownership in regards to Porsche from Kinn.

Porsche takes a deep breath and then lets it and his scent out, his pheromones swirling through the unknown alphas, soothing ruffled instincts. This is part of what makes Porsche so good at his job. His scent is like metaphorical catnip to other alphas, a quirk that had not been the most enjoyable in high school.

The growls and hisses in the room quiet down, and Porsche wonders if the situation is really as bad as he was told.

A loud bang has him jumping back, putting his back to the far wall as his heart thumps wildly. A snarl follows it, making all the hairs on Porsche’s arms stand up. Oh fuck. He fights down the terror that the noise fills him with and forces his legs to move, backing down the hall.

His guide is still there, staring at him with eyes wide with shock.

“Okay, that’s a really bad case,” Porsche admits.

“I can’t tell if you’re a moron or the bravest person I’ve ever met.”

Porsche turns to the other man and smiles, “Bit of both if I’m honest.”
