Aside from paying for materials, I don't have to pay for healthcare... but I do know the gnomes that run the apothecary I go to, so I get discounts :D

But yeah, Boobrie Dude should get training. We have million and millions of lusters, we should use them better.

Edit: I think I should specify that this is an in character question, not asking if you have to pay for healthcare in real life.

The Council in their infinite wisdom seem to consider that Keefe is not in need of adoption. Elvin law has adoption processes for children/youth who are orphaned by death or banishment/exile only.

Though, they had to invent a new adoption law for Sophie, since her parents are just unknown rather than dead or exiled (we assume). The new law still doesn’t help Keefe’s circumstances, but at least it sets a precedent that new adoption laws can be generated - and at fairly short notice, even.

Let’s all start a petition for Council to institute a new adoption law: Elwin can adopt whomever he deems to require adoption.
