A/n: I am crazy about this guy okay. And idc There just arent enough fics about him so I'll fix that😭 (Y/n is a member of a group called Enigma, with Leader Aera, Nix, Flora and Soojin. They're under ✨KQ✨)
Summary: Yibo, the legendary actor from the Chinese drama The Untamed had finally been cast in a Korean Drama. What happens when he meets this recently debuted Idol, and finds them interesting. Will he act on his interest?

Even before your trainee and pre-debut days you've wanted to become an idol plus actor so when your manager brought you an acting gig you jumped into action. Since then it's been a progressive journey, with your group's performances and comebacks you barely managed, but it made you happy.
"Y/n! Come on, leave the script alone, please just practice one last time before you leave. You can rehearse it more on the way anyway!" You leader Aera called out. You huffed and kept it inside your bag.
"I really need to get this gig okay!" You said and jumped into position for the practice of the b-side track of your next comeback.
Sweaty and out of breath you collapsed on the ground. "Y/nie?" Nix you other group members asked.
"Yes?" You asked to support the upper-half of your body on your elbows.
"Why are you so desperate for this one?" She asked
"I bet one of her favourite actors is in it? Who is it?" Flora asked. You shook your head and said "I really want it okay, One, it's a good role and two it has good screen time".
Well, lets say the auditions wasn't really difficult.

"Y/N UNNIE!!!! Y/N UNNIE?!" Soojin came running to you, "The Turn Tables! That's your drama right?!! You made the lead supporting?! There's Wang Yibo!" She huffed and spoke, excited and out of breath.
"What?! How did you know?!" You asked.
"Uh, Soompi" she said "Why didn't you tell us!" She groaned. "I wanted to surprise you guys!" You said
"Wait what?" Flora, who was chilling on her side of the bed asked "Aren't you excited?"
"Excited! I feel like I'd throw up not gonna lie" you said.
"Why? Why would you throw up?" A familiar voice said from the door behind Soojin.
"No what are you two menaces doing here?" Flora asked
"Hey I was invited" Yunho protested
"How did you even imagine to do this without me?" Wooyoung said wiggling his eye brows.
The two took a seat on your bed as Soojin walked out and Flora put on some headphones and said "Don't mind me, I'm gonna nap".
You had called Yunho as he's done romantic roles before and this was your first time. So, Wooyoung helped you run the lines as Yunho guided you better.
"Make your eyes a bit big as you say that" he told you and you nodded your head.
All of you were actually trainees together, specially you Wooyoung, Yeosang and Flora were together even before joining KQ at Bighits. From there, being KQ trainees and then KQ Chicás, you all have come a long way.

And here you were standing infront the elevator in the TV station trying to calm your nerves, when your manager said "Y/n, Look sharp"
You looked up to find Wang Yibo and whom you assume to be his manager walking straight towards you. Your primary trance broke as they stood infront of you both and the two managers greeted eachother.
"Hello sunbaenim, I'm Y/n from Enigma" you bowed and said.
"Hello, I'm Wang Yibo" he bowed back and smiled.
"You're doing the role a Yerin? Right?" The manager asked you. You nodded.
"You have many scenes together, get along well okay" he told you both as Yibo passed a small smile.
"Um, I don't know much people around, how's the Director?" He asked
"Ah, she's very nice and chill, as long as you remember your lines" you said and smiled.
"That's good to know. Lets work well" he said bringing up a fist and said "HWAITING!"
To say you were flustered was an understatement, being in front of Yibo itself short circuited your brain plus the conversation, damn. His smile was so much cuter in reality. You felt your heart melting and that wasn't good for you.
This was the start of a budding friendship between you and Yibo, and you looked forward to the schedules. Because it was a crime and action series it took more time to shoot, as you had fights and chases but you liked them.
The day of your 1st fight scene a few of your members and friends came to cheer you. Hence you found a worried Nix and Aera and a very excited Yeosang and Wooyoung.
"Beat some!" Wooyoung cheered as Aera glared at him. After your scene, Nix, Yeosang and Aera went as they had schedules, but Wooyoung decided to stay back as it was an indoor shoot anyway. Yibo and you had a joint fighting scene which led to you both saving the main female protagonist who was taken by the villains you were "fighting".
"Ackh" you fell to the ground as the charecter fake pushed you and you were thrown on Yibo. And the director shouted "cut". But that moment that Yibo held you and your eyes connected, your heart almost jumped out of your chest.
"I saw that" Wooyoung teased
"What?" You asked as your makeup artist ran up to you to touch up and the fx make up artist came to touch up your fake cuts and bruises.
"You know" he said wiggling his eyebrows "Introduce me? Please"
"No!" You said blushing and looking away
"I swear if you don't, I'll post that picture of yours that I took yesterday while you were eating!" He said laughing
"That's blackmail you bitch" you snickered and motioned him to follow you.
"Sunbaenim" you went up to him.
Wooyoung could see from afar how his eyes almost lit up at your sight.
"Yes, Y/n ssi?" He answered
"My friend here wanted to meet you" You said shyly.
"Hello, I'm Wooyoung from Ateez. It's nice to meet you" Woo said bowing.
"Hello, I'm Wang Yibo." He said and they shook hands.
"Huge fan, of your music and acting" he said
"Ah, trust me I also love your music, KQ really has very good artists and music" he complimented and You knew it was meant for you as well and you smiled.
And even though Wooyoung was a catalyst, after that moment you and Yibo spoke more often and in between shoots y'all were generally found chatting. You even introduced your other members to him. The whole cast along with the main female lead Solbin were all sweet to you and you all were like friends. Wooyoung often visited the site and he had quite the friendship with Yibo considering they both were filled with Gremlin energy. The three of you have also been to grab coffees and had lunches together, with Solbin tagging along too at times.
Yibo genuinely enjoyed your company, and your personality made you easier to talk to. You? You loved talking and joking around with him. Currently you were laughing at how he brought out the handkerchief from his coat pocket and was "cleaning" his fake gun. Just what goes on inside his head?

You were sleeping as you still had time for the next shot, the comeback and shooting was getting to you. But you had to do it, you felt something warm being draped over you. You open your eyes lightly to see Yibo, draping his coat over your sleeping form. His heart dropped seeing you so tired but he knew this is your dream and you've gotta keep going on. He wished he could be beside you for all those times to come. He loved talking to you, he loved the way your eyes lit up when you talk about your passions and your friends.
You were woken up later for your scene, you found Yibo's jacket drapped over you which brought a smile on your face. It smelt like him, his manly smell and cologne. You were informed of the next scene and you winced, it was the scene where your charecter Yerin sees Yibo and the female protagonist kiss and finally decides to move on. You had go watch him kiss. Well even though its acting even the thought pulls your heart strings, after all your celebrity crush is now your actual crush, and who would like to watch there crush kiss someone else.
"Action" the director yelled and the scene rolled, you walked down the corridor and were about to call Suho (Yibo's charecter) but stopped to find them kissing, you knew all this wasn't real, you knew this was acting but you couldn't stop the tears stinging your eyes threatening to fall. The director gave counts "three, two, one" and you kept stepping back with every count and "run" you ran away from there.
"And Cut!" The director shouted. "Very good Y/n!" He said as you lightly wiped your tears.
"You're okay?" you heard Yibo's voice
You nodded your head.
"Ah our poor Y/nie must be so tired" Solbin said "You did good"
"Thank you" you said bowing not being able to meet anybody's eye. But you could not ponder on that thought for long.
Soon the stylist walked up to you with a huge spray bottle and you went "Wow! Whats that for?" You asked.
"this is your last scene for today, the rain scene remember?" She said and you nodded. Yes, today was the day you'd meet the actor who would be Yerim's love interest. You couldn't remember who it was, well guess you'll meet him in the shoot it self.
Once the artificial rain was on, the director started rolling "POSITIONS, ACTION!"
You ran out and walked off looking downwatds as the script said suddenly you collided with someone, "Oh sorry" he said as you looked up to find Cha EunWoo. You kept following the script, and kept looking into his eyes and he looked at yours, the counts were given before the scene proceeded, with his charector Woosik, seemingly helped you get a cab. As soon as the camera got cut you went to greet Eunwoo. "Oppa! Hi" you called.
"Hi Y/nie! You were good" he said
"You aced it too" you said.
You stood there for some time talking to him, about your current activities. Unknown to you both Yibo's eyes were glued at the two of you, watching closely at the way the two of you were talking to each other. He rushed after you as soon as he watch the two of you bid farewell.
The shoot was over for the day, you were about to leave when, you heard "Y/n! Y/n! You have promotions right?"
"Yess Op- gege" you told him. You've always called him after je asked you not to call him 'sunbae'
"Can i come with you?" He asked
"Umm... Ok. It's in this building anyway" you said.
"Yes. And Y/n call me Oppa instead" he said with a smirk. You were left with a flustered face.

"What's he doing with you?!" Aera asked
"He is not WITH me! He's just here" you debated as the others shook their heads. The crew of the show took over and provided him with a seat, he was with a mask and cap so it wasn't much of a hassle in any way when he entered with your managers and took a seat behind the cameras.
Soon the show started and Yibo's eyes went wide to see the MC. Damn he's everywhere, Yibo thought. To say he was amazed to watch you dance, sing and rap was an understatement. He really loved the hip-hop style your team used instead of general bubble-pop. He actually followed your songs and progresses since before debut but seeing you up close, his bias was something else. And now that he knows you in person he's almost proud of you. However, the way he tightened his fist every time you and Eunwoo interacted, be it during the interview or side glaces and smiles was visible to anyone who was looking and in this case someone was looking. It was true seeing you even look at Eunwoo pulled at his heartstrings, he hated the way Eunwoo looked at you.
"Oppa, Yibo Oppa" You called out as you found him leaving. Yibo stopped in his tracks at the name you called him, his heartbeating fast.
"Can you do a tiktok with me? Our dance challenge?" You asked when turned to look at you. He nodded. The two of you came to the place where most idols shoot their tiktoks. Only for Yibo to find Eunwoo wait there, probably for you. At least you're not doing it alone with Eunwoo. You showed them the steps of your song as your Manager stood there to record it when asked. You showed them the steps as the two followed and after practicing it twice, you shot it. Thanking the two, all three of you went to you're own ways.
The next day you met a chirpy Yibo who told you "I liked dancing with you, can we do it again like hangout and dance and we could grab a coffee. If you're free sometime" he said
"You will have to teach me your Swalla routine then" you said.
"Deal" he said with his signature smirk.
So, you were waiting at the KQ dance studio, you were wearing some loose cargo with a loose top and a cap. Messing with your phone and decided to post a selfie for your fans, putting a cute caption you did that and as if on queue Yibo entered.
"Hey!" He said and sat beside you on the floor.
"Nobody stopped you right?" You asked
"Nope, but your manager said, I'm welcome here" he said and ruffled your hair.
"Ah Hanguang Jun!" You whine
"Oh god! No!" He laughed
"Oh yes!" You said and stood up, followed by Yibo.
He taught you step by step and you caught on to them fast because you're a fast learner and you've watched the video a million times.
"You're good Lady L/n" he said with a smirk and your heart skipped a beat. After an hour of messing around you filmed the end result dance with Yibo.
That was when an idea struck you and you said "Do you remember the choreo to Falling in love?"
"Yeah somewhat" Yibo nodded
"Let's do it" you said propping him up.
You both took a video reference from youtube to recall the steps and practiced the choreo a good few times. When done the two of you popped on the floor, laughing and exhausted.
Watching you dance made him feel some type of way, you looked so adorable in the baggy dress and so beautiful without make up. He felt himself falling for you more and more. He doesn't know what to do? He has not felt this in a long time, this pull and longing, he can't not act on it.
"I love doing this with you" he side glanced at you and said.
"Me too, it's good to dance with someone else other than my members and Ateez. I'm glad it's you" you said and smiled.
That was when Yibo said he had a video choreo he wanted to try.
"Would you be comfortable?" He asked.
"Yeah I am" you said with flushed cheeks. Who wouldn't want to be close to their crush when the said crush wants it himself.
And you obliged, it was your first time with that kind of dance, but the thrill was killing.
You tried to copy, step by step, memorising them and synchronising your moves. You could swear your heart almost leaped out of his chest each time he drew near.
It was the same with Yibo, looking into your eyes for permission, he held you. Somehow, you, right there in his arms felt so good to him, it felt so right. You lost count of how many times you both got lost into each other's eyes and missed beats. But ultimately, you made it.
After filming that and sharing contacts you both decided to get coffee as you were met by a smirking Yeosang and Yunho on the way.
Soojin knew you had an awesome day the moment she found you at the door smiling ear to ear. You told her everything, starting from how you openly fangirled on his acting as Lan Zhan and his pair with Xiao Zhan which made him blush so red. To how you had a moment when dancing so close. How, even having his hands on your waist was so comfortable for you. What she noticed was how you were falling more and more for Wang Yibo.

"Really? 7 times?" Yibo asked in shock
"Yea. I just love the whole series. You're chemistry and acting was so on point" you said
"Hey hey!" You heard Wooyoung's voice in a sing song.
"Don't you have schedules?" You asked
"Nope, I'm free today, so I came to cheer you" he said making fists.
"I told nobody to come. It's embarrassing!" You whinned
"It's ok Y/n-ah. You'll do great" Yibo said.
"Were you talking about your unhealthy obsession with Untamed?" Wooyoung asked.
"Shut it" you said. Soon Solbin came to join y'all as you were called for a scene. It's the scene you've been dreading, the scene in Woosik's office, the kiss scene.
"Wah not just Eunwoo sunbae even Y/n is so good in acting" Solbin said and got up to get inside when Wooyoung spoke up.
"Acting isn't as difficult for Eunwoo hyung, that's the natural way he looks at Y/n" Wooyoung said, only to find Yibo with gritted teeth.
On the other hand, Eunwoo stood up and pinned Y/n against his desk and they got close, closer too close. And right then Eunwoo closes the gap.
"Y/n, stay stiff" the director kept saying "Soft, soft and hold" and you held Eunwoo's collar pulling him in closer. Tears formed into Yibo's eyes, he knew this was acting but hell, did it hurt. Wooyoung notices his gritted teeth and tightened fist, just as last day.
"Hyung you should tell her" Wooyoung finally said. And Yibo just looked at him confused, but Wooyoung's expression clearly said Yibo's secret crush on you, wasn't a secret at all to him.
"Are you crazy?!" Yibo said,
"So you want someone else to take her away? When you clearly like each other?!" Wooyoung said
"But her career? Media?! Com-" Yibo was rambling at this point
"Hyung we don't have a dating ban. And the rest can slowly be managed" Wooyoung said "I saw how you get upset whenever she's near Eunwoo hyung. But trust me, it's only on his side, Y/n had eyes for you even before she met you, but now, all the way more"
Yibo went silent, he did like you. After a long time he found someone who genuinely made him laugh and he found himself getting drawn to you like a moth to light. He felt this attraction since the very first day the two of you spoke. He needs to try, what if Wooyoung is right? He can't let you go.
He was in the middle of his thoughts, when he heard cheers and your voice thanking everyone. Followed by Wooyoung cat calling and the two of you bickering, which brought a smile to his face.
"Y/n, we need to talk after shoot" he said
You were shocked but nodded.
However, he had to rush to someplace after the shoot and he couldn't tell you. So you two decided to meet in the studio the following free day you had (yes he made his manager change and shift schedules accordingly).
This time you found Yibo waiting for you in your dance studio as soon as you entered he played the song you both practiced last day and he took position. So you did the same without a word and when he pulled you close by the end he said "I like you".
"What" you went into shock.
"I really do, I think I might have even fallen for you in these past months. Watching you near Eunwoo kills me. I love talking to you and knowing your point of view and opinion and stuff. I love how passionate you are and I would love to stand by you as you move forward" he said. You felt tears in the corner of your eyes and you acted on impulse and pulled Yibo by his neck and placed your lips on his. He immediately held your hips tighter and pulled you closer. You parted, in the need of air, as Yibo connected your foreheads and said. "I take that as a yes"
As he pulls you in for more, this time in a deeper kiss as he pull you closer holding you tight against his body. You're his.
"What did you mean by bringing up Eunwoo oppa? You were jealous?" You asked playfully.
"Wouldn't you be?" He asked.
"Oh I was. When you were kissing Solbin, my expressions were real" you said pouting.
"Aww" he cooed kissing your cheek. Gosh, he loved doing that.
Things were easy from then on, but you had each other, your members and Ateez cheered so loud when you told them. It was your plan to gather them saying you wanted to show them something. Yibo and you, performed your routine and ended it with a kiss and Never has anyone heard Wooyoung cheer louder.
The company didn't have a problem if things weren't public. When the drama aired you had fun promoting it with your boyfriend, with solbo, YiY/n, EunY/n even Y/nbin (you and Solbin lol) trending. But it was fun and you both knew that this was the end game.

The truth is yes, Lan Zhan Wangji is very cold indeed, but he has different sides of himself and he filters how much he shows to whom. There's the Wangji that his friends see and there's the Wangji that only Wuxian and Y/n have seen.
He feels free around them, he doesn't feel the need to put up a front and hence he's much more geniune in expressions with them.

You walked into the Library Pavillion to see your childhood best friend in meditation. A smirk grew on your face as you hovered in front of him "Lan Zhan!" "Zhan Zhan" "Wanji" "Xiao Wanji" (little Wanji) you whispered.
When he didn't make any moves, not even his pupils are moving beneath his eye lead. So you picked up the brush from the ink pot and put it to use, yes you drew whiskers on his cheeks. You smiled to yourself and put it down. He looked kinda cute you thought and smiled to yourself. You walked away skipping as you met Nie Huisang on the way and went to enjoy the rest of the day beside the pond.
You were walking around the pond when you felt the hair on your neck stand and as expected, Wangji suddenly appeared holding your hand and twisting it the moment you tried to run. "Ah ah Lan Zhan, Brawling is not allowed in Gusu!" You said as Nie Huisang hid behind a nearby stone. Almost instantly Wei Wuxian walked in behind and started coaxing him "Aye Lan Zhan she's a Gunia what are you-" he looked at hin with a sharp look and then said "Not brawling" and started walking off with you.
He was angry, because Lan Qiren had almost walked in on him while he was wiping his cheeks and when asked he said it accidentally happened. "4 hours, waterfall" Lan Zhan told you and you started whining "why?! 4 hours!! Isn't it too long!! Lan Zhan~!". He made sure you meditated for 4 hours under the waterfall as he sat on the bank playing a new tune he practiced on his guqin.

Wei Ying were exceptionally good artists. So you two decided on a prank. You know you would get punished but Qiren's probable expression would be worth it. He was drawing an Old rat (a/n: like Shifu from Kung fu Panda) and slowly passed it to Huisang who passed it to you. As Qiren passed from beside you you used your special flying talisman to attach the drawing on his back. A few of the students, even Jiang Cheng giggled earning a glare from Lan Zhan who immediately pulled the talisman and sketch away and crumbled it, silently.
He was literally glaring daggers at you and Wei Ying and you thought you were done for but strangely the rest of the day went quiet. Did Wangji not report you two?

"Thank you for your assistance in the class Ln Guniya, everyone speaks so highly of your musical skills, but I got to see it for myself and I can say it's really inspiring. You don't miss a note and play all the sharp one exactly the way they are supposed to be." Zewu Jun and you were walking through the corridors of Cloud Recess, after you helped him take a musical lesson for the instrument using cultivation students. He was now walking you to your quarter. "Zewu Jun is just very kind," you said, smiling.
What you didn't notice was Lan Wangji walking by another parallel corridor, who was headed towards you two and heard two juniors discussing "Zewu Jun and Ln Guniya look so good together" one said. "Look at the way they smile at each other, what a cute pair". Wangji gritted his teeth as his palm tightened around Bichen.
"Zewu Jun, Shifu is calling you urgently," Wangji said. "Well, I was walking Ln Guniya back to her chambers-" Zewu Jun tried to speak, but was interrupted by Wangji "I'll do it" he said. A look at Wangji made you blush, you couldn't help but ogle as he spoke, his perfectly well carved face, his broad shoulders, his hair tied perfectly with his forehead ribbon. You were so lost you didn't notice when they were done talking and only realised when he had already walked away.
"Let's go" Wangji said calmly and walked away, in long strides, it was only when he noticed your struggle to keep up that he slowed down. "Wangji Xiong, did you get you read that book I gave you the last time I came?" You asked as you matched pace. "Mn" he said, "I heard you enjoy reading poems, so I got that one for you" you said smiling to be able to spend time with him. But, he didn't reply, you found it strange and stopped. Generally, Lan Zhan tries his best to always converse with you by saying a word or two here and there, especially when you two speak about books. Suddenly a thought hits you. "Wangji Xiong?" You called and followed behind him again but he didn't stop, "Oi, Wangji"you called again and he didn't stop. "Lan Zhan!" You finally called him and he stopped. You mentally thanked the heavens that there was nobody around. He looked straight at you and you asked "Are you angry with me?". "Mn" he said, turning to restart walking, now it's your turn to get angry so you do the best thought that comes to your mind, you use your brother's binding talisman and catch his left wrist, stopping him in his tracks. "Lan Wangji, you can't just say Mn and walk away. That's not how things work, why are you even angry? I arrived yesterday and was in a class with Zewu Jun the whole morning" you said. "Reason" he simply said, "What? Because I was with Zenu Jun?" You repeated and he looked away and said "Mn" he responded. "You're really testing my patience here. Wangji, why would you be angry because I was with Zewu Jun, he is your brother" he said. "Can't stay close to Zewu Jun" he said, and it seriously frustrated you. Why would he say that? He has never reacted to your romantical advances. He always retracted his hand if you placed yours even a little close to his, he has never invited you to meals or even tea, he never even sits beside you during meals, he has made it clear that he isn't romantically interested in you so why? It's not like you were hitting on Zewu Jun. "You really frustrate me Lan Wangji" you said and walked away.
"How can he be so insensitive like this?'' You spoke to yourself as you paraded inside the room. "Uh" you said, finally being done and feeling suffocated and left your room, walking start towards the forest shortcut you found the last time you came that led to a lake just outside the periphery of Cloud Recess, it wasn't that far, but you could easily return before curfew. You made the walk for it, you reached the lake and took off your shoes and dipped your feet in the water, you lied back down to watch the pretty sky. The cold water was relaxing after the whole day.
What you underestimated was your fatigue and before you realised you dozed off to sleep and how quick warm afternoons in Gusu can change to cold evenings.

Inside Cloud Recess
"Zewu Jun! Zewu Jun! Ln Guniya is not in her room, when I went to call her for dinner, her pipa was left in her room. We searched around the premises, she wasn't here".. as soon as Zewu Jun and Wangji heard, they stood up. "Never late" Wangji informed Zewu Jun "something must have happened" Zewu Jun said and summoned some disciples to immediately go look for you.
"Brother, I'll go" Wangji said and went off, he quickly asked your attendant to bring your Pipa. He got out a tracking talisman and used it in the Pipa.

When you opened your eyes, you sat straight up, you legs were numb from the water that was now freezing cold. "Gods!" You exclaimed, as you had to physically pull your legs out. You tried to get up but could not, your legs needed time. Suddenly you heard some weird sounds from a close by bush. When you looked you noticed motion, that looked like 3 walking corpses. You were done for, you can't run because you have hills on two sides and the now closed protective walls of Cloud Recess and the only exit was were they are arriving from. You looked around and realised you didn't even bring you pipa when you left your chamber.
Is this how you'll die? You won't even be able to see Wangji one last time before you pass! Would it hurt? Will you vecome one of them? You hoped Wangji killed you before you hurt someone else or-
Your chain of thoughts was interrupted by a sharp sound. A sound you've heard so many times when you joined Wangji and your brother on Night Hunts. A wisp of white came flying and stood between you and the walking corpses. One more strike of the guqin and they were down dead (well, more dead than they previously were)
"Are you okay?" Wangji looked at you on the ground and pulled you up. You felt glad to see him for a moment, only to remember what he'd down back then. You removed your hand from his and went off on him. "Why are you here? It's not like you care about me? Why are you here?! And why did you sav-" you were yet again interrupted by more sounds of grunts and you both look to see the 3 corpses up again and 3 more arriving. "No time, poisonous corpse" Wangji said and in one fast move he literally swept you off your feet and picked you up bridal style and ran. You tried to resist but none of that effected Wangji. He entered a cave with you in his arms and placed you down on the cave ground. He then put a few protective talisman, to guard the gate.
"I refuse to stay here a minute with you" you said and stood up. In a blink of your eye Wangji was infront you and he pushed you aginst the cold wall of the cave towering infront of your short shape, you craned your neck to look at him.
"Zha- Lah-Lan Zhan! What are you doing?" You asked.
Wangji looked at you and you felt like you'd melt right then and there. "Show Y/n my love" he said and crashed his lips onto yours. This was a foreign feeling to you. The way he devoured your lips and you reciprocated felt like sparks. You felt a fire in the pits of your stomach or below. He asked you "trust me?" Looking deep into your eyes, and all you could do was shake your head. He slowly slid your outer robe and you did the same for him. Slowly all the layers came off, you found yourself tracing his chest with your hands, it was more toned that you imagined.
As the layers were now off, he slowly sat down on the cave floor and pulled you on his lap. You loved how your small body fit with his. "So pretty" he said as he kissed your neck and sucked on the skin, making you moan. "Mine" he said before he went further south but holding you up by your ass. "Lan Zhan~" you moaned as his mouth took your hard nipple into his mouth. If there was heaven on earth, it was here right now for you. "Y/n was with Zewu Jun, Juniors said you both looked good" he said pouting. You wanted to squish his cheeks "Was Lan Zhan jealous?" You asked, only to get a "Mn" in response that melted your heart. "I'm yours, I can't be or even think about anyone else" you said.
Wangji suddenly turned and started kissing you hugrily, but you pushed him away and strandled him and started kissing him. He pulled you on his lap and this time made you ride him until the two of you came and lied down with you on top of him, in his arms and the two of you fell asleep. Tiredness took over you as you both found comfort in each other.

"First Ln Guniya was missing now even Wangji is mossing with her" Zewu Jun said pacing around, he hoped Wangji atleast found you before any harm could happen to either of you. That was when they saw Wangji riding in on Bichen with Y/n on his back. You attendants rushed to you as soon as they sae you. You explained how you went for a walk and then fell asleep and how later Wangji saved you. Wangji told them how you two had to spend the night in a cave as the Corpse were poisonous.
"I'm happy you both are safe, please refrain from going on walks around the gate closing time. Even for two people who are supposed to be bethrowed, they shouldn't spend nights together before wedlock" Zewu Jun said.
"Bethrowed?" You repeated. "Yes, you and Wangji are to be bethrowed soon, I proposed the offer and your brother said you accept" he said and you just nodded and said "sorry I'm just tired" and thus Zewu Jun asked you to go rest. You turned to your attendants and said "He was serious about that question. I thought when Wuxian asked about the marriage, he was joking! I'll kill that-" you were interrupted yet again by the love of your life, who came to back hug you one last time before you both part. Before releasing you he mumbled one word into you ears, "MINE".

A/N: What is promised is debt! Here you have some WangXian x Reader~ I want to apologize though... I feel a little angsty, you guys. So this came out as a hurt/comfort for one of my favorite angsty tropes! I hope you enjoy it regardless~

He feels a little uneasy.
He tries to ignore the uncomfortable feeling gnawing at the corners of his heart, but as the hours pass and the night sky gets darker and darker, he can't help but feel a bit of anxiety swirling around his chest.
The JingShi suddenly seems bigger and quieter and Lan WangJi's feet itch to get up from where he's revising notes and go bring back his most precious treasures, but he waits, trying to calm his heart.
Wei WuXian and A-[Name] had left around two hours ago to night hunt with the disciples; Lan WangJi knows they're okay, at least one disciple, (and he hoped it'd be A-Yuan), would've come back to him to let him know if something had happened, but no one had knocked on his door, and so, he tries to convince himself that this feeling eating at his heart, is just some kind of intruding thought trying to mess with him.
So he waits and waits and waits for what feels like days until he hears the door of the JingShi opening. His heart stops for a second and he tenses until he sees Wei WuXian's figure entering with loud steps.
"Welcome back," he greets gently, but frowns when Wei WuXian's answer is nothing but a grunt. "Is everything alright? Where is A-[Name]?"
Wei WuXian clicks his tongue and Lan WangJi gets up on his feet, he's still wearing his daily clothes, not wanting to enjoy the pleasure of sleeping clothes without his lovers; he takes a step toward the big doors, but just as he's about to take another one, your form sneaks into the JingShi and Lan WangJi feels his heart dropping to his feet.
He quickly makes his way to you. Your face is stained with dirt and dried blood and he can see two clean lines going from your eyes and getting lost under your chin: you're crying.
"Are you hurt?" He asks, concern dripping from his voice as he cups your face between his fair hands to check you up. You're not hurt physically, so you shake your head softly, biting your lower lip to hold back a sob, and Lan WangJi worries even more, if you're not hurt, then why are you crying? "Talk to me. What happened?"
"I'll tell you what happened," Wei WuXian's loud voice suddenly fills the whole room and Lan WangJi flinches a little, surprised by the sudden outburst. He takes a clean handkerchief from within his sleeve and gently cleans your face as he sends a look to Wei WuXian, urging him to continue.
"A-[Name] was so, so stupid tonight, I thought she was possessed by a stupid, stupid demon!"
Lan WangJi frowns deeply at hearing Wei WuXian's words. Why is he talking to you like that? Just what on Earth happened in that night hunt?
He looks back at you when he hears you sobbing, more warm tears escaping your eyes. He holds your face gently, trying to catch all of your tears with his handkerchief, but you're crying a lot and it pains him to see that pained expression on your face.
"I do not understand. What happened? What did A-[Name] do?"
"I- I... wanted to save A-Ying," you sob, trying to look at Lan WangJi's eyes through your tears. "He was in dan-
"Don't call me that! Stupid [Name]! I don't need anyone to save me! You could've died, can't you see?!"
Lan WangJi freezes. Wei WuXian is really angry, he can tell by the blush covering his cheeks and the fire in his eyes. He looks like he could beat up anyone that crossed his path and Lan WangJi worries because the three of you don't fight, you talk things out and find a solution, but right now, Lan WangJi feels like there won't be a proper solution to this problem.
You gently pull Lan WangJi's hands away from your face before turning to look at Wei WuXian, pointing a finger at him.
"It's not like I want to die!" You explode, warm tears falling non stop. "I don't wish to die, but I'm willing to sacrifice myself if that means I can save you both!" You say and Lan WangJi wants to hold you when he sees you start to shake.
"I reacted on instinct. I was trying to protect one of the two people I love the most in this world, so I don't care if you're angry at me!" Lan WangJi's eyes move to look at you and then at Wei WuXian and he wants to say something, but he knows it's not the time and he also doesn't have the words. "I don't care, because you're alive and I know I did what I could to keep you safe, and I'm relieved and happy with my decision, so if you don't have anything else to say besides calling me stupid, then please don't say anything!"
Wei WuXian looks at you with wide and wild eyes before he opens his mouth, showing his fangs in an annoyed gesture. "Uughh, honestly! It was better when it was only Lan Zhan and me!"
"Wei Ying!" Lan WangJi gasps, he cannot stay quiet anymore, that was far too rude to say to you, but before he can say something else, he hears more sobs and your broken words.
"How can you say that?!" You cry and it breaks Lan WangJi's heart to see the hurt in your eyes. "You're so angry at me that you even say something like that? I did it-" Lan WangJi's breath hitches in his throat when he sees the sudden change in your expression: there's still hurt in your eyes, but you look calm, tired even as you nod softly.
"... Fine, I'll just borrow the bath quickly and then I'll leave," you say and Lan WangJi gasps, his hand reaching out to you, but you move away, bowing your head before running to the bathroom.
Lan WangJi looks at you disappearing in the darkness of the JingShi and the bath room and he blinks a couple of times, not catching up on what is happening.
"Wei Ying..." he mumbles, turning to look at his lover, who has the heels of his hands pressed over his eyes.
"I know! Ack, Lan Zhan, I know!" He says and Lan WangJi can hear the tears in his voice as well. "I'm the stupid one! How could I say something like that to her?!"
Lan WangJi is quick to wrap him between his arms. He wants to hold you both so close to him, to assure you that everything is alright, but right now he only has Wei WuXian in his embrace and yet, he's thankful.
"If Wei Ying knows he did wrong," Lan WangJi starts, gently patting his lover's back. "He should go and talk to A-[Name]"
Wei WuXian shakes his head, holding desperately onto Lan WangJi. "She won't forgive me! I did it again, Lan Zhan! I'm pushing the people I love away!"
His painful sobs make Lan WangJi's lip tremble slightly. His two lovers are suffering, but he can only do so much for them. He clears his throat before talking again:
"Mn. A-[Name] always says that many conflicts can be resolved by speaking like civilized people," Lan WangJi whispers, kissing the top of Wei WuXian's head. "That is why… I think she will be up to hear what Wei Ying has to say."
Wei WuXian sobs softly, letting Lan WangJi's words set into his mind before nodding his head and gently pulling away from Lan WangJi. "I'll go talk to her."
"I will go too."
Lan WangJi feels his heart drumming against his chest as he grabs some candles on their way to you. He hopes everything can be solved, but he's also aware that Wei WuXian's words were not the kindest to say to the person you love.
Wei WuXian knocks on the door and he waits for you to say something, but when he doesn't hear your voice, he speaks first:
"May I come in?" No answer. "La-Lan Zhan is with me too."
"Then you may," you answer and Lan WangJi sees Wei WuXian grimacing at your words. It pains him, but you're in your right.
They find you in the dark of the bathroom, and Lan WangJi is quick to light up the candles as they find your figure soaking in cold water.
"You can get sick," he tells you gently, kneeling beside the tub.
You let out a breath through your nose, a humorless chuckle. "I'll be alright, don't worry about me."
"I worry," he says as he rubs soap against a cloth.
At his statement, you do let out a soft chuckle, reaching out to gently touch his cheeks. "That's why I lov-
Say it. Say it. Say it. Lan WangJi tries to swallow the knot in his throat when you didn't finish your sentence.
"A-[Name]," Wei WuXian says and he flinches slightly when you turn to look at him. "I am… I am so sorry for what I said."
Your lips tremble as Lan WangJi gently takes your arm and rubs the cloth against your skin.
"If you said it, it's because you do feel like that. You really don't want me anymore and-
"I do!" Wei WuXian falls on his knees, holding your other hand and pressing the back of it to his forehead. "Dammit, I do love you so much! I didn't mean what I said at all!" He says, scrunching his eyes tightly. "I think… what I tried to say… is that, when it was only Lan WangJi and me, your life wasn't in so much danger, now you come with us to night hunts and I know how capable you are, but I'm scared.
And I know exactly that, due to my mistakes, I almost caused you to get hurt tonight, but I so desperately wanted to blame it on you because I'm selfish and I don't want to go through the pain of losing you or Lan Zhan, I wouldn't bear it!
You both are ready to give your life for me, but I-"
"It's because we're selfish too! We rather die saving the ones we love instead of suffering their death! I would rather die to save you and A-Zhan instead of living in a world where you are not around. I don't want to lose any of you!"
Lan WangJi melts when he feels your damp hand cupping his cheek, his heart fluttering when he sees you're also cupping Wei WuXian's as you gently pull them close to you, your forehead touching theirs.
"I love you both so so much," you say as tears fall from your eyes again. "I also apologize for being reckless, I'm just… ready to give everything for you both. You both are my only reason to live."
Lan WangJi nuzzles the side of your head with his nose, feeling his heart clenching in his chest at your sincere words and he leans in to steal a kiss from your lips before letting a soft chuckle through his nose as Wei WuXian wraps his arms around your neck, holding you close to him as he cries like a kid.
"Now, now," you whisper, gently rubbing his back. "I'm still a little sad, but I do forgive you, A-Ying, so join me because A-Zhan wouldn't want two dirty people lying with him."
Wei WuXian nods, cleaning his tears and knowing that he still needs to win that bit of trust he lost with his harsh words.
"You both are troublemakers."
You and Wei WuXian let out teary giggles as he gets undressed and inside the tub, shivering at the contact of the water.
Lan WangJi looks at you both with fond eyes before catching your own looking at him just as fondly.
"Thank you for being here with us," you say, taking his hand and kissing his palm gently.
"Lan Zhan always fixes the problems," Wei WuXian says, being a little bolder and kissing the corner of Lan WangJi's mouth.
Lan WangJi smiles at you both and he enjoys the way you both melt at the rare sight.
"No, the three of us fix our problems. Together."
After all, he's learned through the years that the only way to fix a misunderstanding is talking out.
