Encounter the Lady - (Little Travelers Illustration)
Realized I haven't made some Little Nightmares Content in a while so decided to showcase more illustrations for my LN AU: Little Travelers with Six and Seven encountering the Lady. Hope y'all like it.

LN Channel Change AU Sequel: "Seven" {here} {2} {3} {4}
Mono and Seven take a short reprieve from hell. But their survival skills are still required if they want to enjoy their vacation.Â
Note: Mono's memory is still fuzzy. He only knows he's been betrayed by someone in a yellow raincoat he thought as his friend before. Seven often reminded him of said friend, but he feels more at ease now on this island. Mono knows he has some strange powers and can travel through TVs, but that's the extent of it. So he's testing out those powers of telekinesis to try and open canned goods (water chestnuts) with his powers instead of a rock. It is a bit draining though at first, but he's practicing it more and more as their day goes on.
So cute it's like little nightmares meets pixie hollow or something
Little Nightmares characters as Tinkerbell Fairy Talents!Â
After speaking over it with @ciipher-arts (who knows more about the Tinkerbell movies than I do) With her advisement, I decided to assign talents via colorscheme instead of any other truer association with their darker original powers.Â
I caught COVID this past week and sketched these out while I was sick in bed. It was therapeutic.Â
*Mono's color scheme is a fight between olive green and brown depending on the lighting, so here I decided he'll represent brown. Â *Noone, the last character, is from the Sounds of Little Nightmares. We don't know what she looks like outside of having a dress and a head silhouette. (And the silhouette has a purple background) So It's likely this depiction is inaccurate, but there were no other orange-schemed characters that fit the "animal" talent. Plus, Noone always loved moths as a child, so it may as well be her. (I'll make an official design page for her at some point, but I heavily based her design off of Jane from Peter Pan 2)Â

however though, I donât quite agree with your statement that âboth of them are morally greyâ
Primarily because a lot of what Mono does that could be considered morally darker was out of self defense (this applies to Six as well! But you already talked enough about Six!) Killing the doctor, killing the porcelain children, killing the hunter, those were all things that had to be done or the two kids wouldâve died. Itâs also important to remember that those entities arenât really people, not anymore at least. Theyâre basically creatures- monsters, designed to attack and be hostile towards any kid they come in contact with. I donât really think their deaths should be put on the same moral high ground as the death of a kid. And I donât think itâd be fair to say those two are morally grey just for trying to defend themselves. Mono has consistently been portrayed as helpful and kind. He went out of his way to free Six from the hunter, he went through the school to save Six from the porcelain children, and greeted her rather gently when she woke up. And ofc he freed Six from her corrupted form in the signal tower. I agree with your point on the double standards between the two. People forget the way Six pulled Mono out of the TVs consistently, the way she pulled Mono out of the ruble when that building fell upon them, or overall the way she continually chose to help Mono through out the game, the fact she even stuck around.
I can pull more examples for the two, but I want to try to remain within just LN2 for clarityâs sake.

Mono and Six are only about nine years old, thatâs incredibly young. Iâm no expert in child development, but from my previous research, proper decision making skills, and emotional/social skills are only beginning to mature at that age. Mono and Six arenât clueless of course, they understand what is happening but they wouldnât understand the why of it all. They of course wouldnât be able to process it emotionally either.
and thatâs completely disregarding the effects long lasting trauma has on children and theyâre development.
it doesnât feel fair to expect these nine year olds to make morally sound decisions. Especially highly traumatized ones.
and Iâm not saying your saying or trying to imply a lot of this! But I wanted to add these in as a response to the âtheyâre both morally greyâ statement. I see a lot of misconceptions and misunderstandings that come from that perspective as well. So I wanted to clear the air a little
I got really frustrated in a debate about Little Nightmares with someone so Iâm drawing a whole comic for getting my feelings out.

I kinda wanted to use this comic to set the motivations for their journey :D
So, they are equally lost (But Ren is less lost than Goro) but they have each other and the goal of reaching Ren's home (á´ÍËŹá´Í)ę¤.ďž
I am super insecure about the way I write dialogue but I battled the cringe demon and won and that's how I stopped overthinking and just posted it XD

Soooo...I didnât intend for six to look all beat up but I made a few mistakes and tried to cover those up. Then I reasoned that see probably should have cuts and bruises and blood and grime on her. Sheâs bare foot and going around a frankly disgusting ship, and taking risks to escape. Weâve seen her survive falls, she earned those bruises.
I enjoyed making this though. My first time trying to draw ghosts too, I think I like them.
It's always the ones who can't read. They survive the longest đĽ˛
