They spent ONE YEAR searching for Cha Yeonwoon's actor, that's almost unheard of in any sort of media, least of all in the BL genre, development blocks tend to kill any show/film chances of getting made. That dedication got us Cha Joowan.
Taevin went for it, he was looking for a BL role after having his queer storyline scrapped in The Penthouse, so he made a mission to get the role of Tae Myungha.
Love For Love's Sake really is that show.
The literal message of Love for Love's Sake is that letting people love and support you can be the best way to show someone how much you love them and that you cannot make people happy by loving them without letting them be there for you as well.
Love yourself and let yourself be loved because if the only way you know how to love is by giving and never receiving you will hurt yourself and the people who love you.
It's the way Love for Love's Sake says 'you love your flaws in other people yet hate yourself for having them' and then shows all the love that he has for the people who struggle the way he does and then says 'can you learn to love yourself through them?' and the only answer is yes.

Wait, the video didn't get attached to my previous post about Love for Love's Sake Game Credit scene
So I'll copy it here^^
I was a bit dramatic, it's not technically the last ever scene in the show, it's the last scene in the Game during Game credits (seriously, listing every NPC in the "game" inside the show is so clever) :D All of the notifications are both acting like a in-universe game notifications and communicating with the viewers.
The quiet dialogue goes like this:
M: "Cha Yeowoon, I love you."
(Yeowoon breaks the hug and says some promise about future, if anyone with better Korean hearing can hear the exact words, please help %)
M: "Really?"
Y: "Yeah"
(hug)
Y: "Let's go." (takes hand and leads them out of the screen)
