this word here will solve all your manifestation problems i kid you not the moment you get some discipline with your mental diet, your affs, your routine is when you start seeing a change, you change your affirmations every 2-3 days without persisting and just say "meh ill do it later " when will that later come? when will you take your manifestation seriously? you have two choices here either you can sit on you bed and affirm and persist while watching netflix or you can cry about the things you don't have but want. No one is coming to save you but you. work on your sc and get the life of your dreams or stay in the slump

seriously if you have problems such as

"Oh but i get tired of affirming for xyz"

I'm sorry you get tired of thinking? you're affirming the actual opposite and ffs stop saying I'll do it later, you're avoiding good things just for a moment of pleasure that will literally make you feel like shit after a few hours

STOP THIS CYCLE

it will ruin you, you going to say I will affirming tomorrow and thag tomorrow isn't gonna come so please PLEASE PLEASE push yourself for your own sake and growth

if you have so much problem try revising your sc

just affirm you've always had the perfect self concept and boom watch your life change

the law is always working 24/7 whether you like it or not, if you assume "oh the law doesn't work for me" guess what? the law will make sure that it doesn't work for you BUT if you affirm the opposite that it works for me, the law WILL make sure that it works for you

The law is making sure you will, Simply affirm the opposite that no matter what you affirmations always work and the law is always in your favor and watch your life change and if that little voice says " Is it working tho? remember when we were kids like 6-7 and we used to get hurt while playing? and our moms used to console us politely, like they used to say "it's okay baby, it won't hurt after a few minutes" ( my mom used to do this love you mama) you are the mother of your body, mind and subconscious

whenever you get a doubt/negative thought/limiting belief take 2-3 deep breaths and gently affirm the opposite of it for example

"why aren't my affirmations working? my mindset is so bad "

PAUSE then say

"no baby my mindset is top teir and my affirmations give me instant manifestations"

maybe use the word "you" instead of "my"

Example-

"my mindset isn't good :("

say

" no baby your minded is perfect "

you can also imagine your comfort character telling you this <3

some reassurance

the moment you desire something its yours so why would you worry about time Or anything else? the 3D and time are illusions they are completely malleable and YOU decide how things work, you're the CEO bestie please take care of yourself and have fun <33333

i am sorry did you just entertain a thought that claims you don't have you desire? please stop, whenever you get a negative thought that says you don't have your desire recognize what it's about, is it about the law not working? affirm the law is always working. is it about you not getting your desires? Affirm I always get what I want.

youre mind is a kingdom and you're the king/queen, the negative thoughts are spies from another kingdom (state of lack) only YOU can banish them or destroy them, or simply let them consume you and destroy you. Would you rather have a lavish rich and thriving kingdom or a lacking poor and negative one?

i highly encourage you to invest in yourself just for a month, drink water religiously, put on face masks, deactivate your socials, don't reply to snaps/texts/dms,take long warm showers, simply focusing on yourself, you don't need to justify anyone where you have been, what you have been doing, go for a walk, pet a dog/cat, take pictures of the sunset, wear a cute outfit, put on makeup even if you are not going anywhere, shave your legs, exfoliate, moisturize, take pictures of yourself and above all put yourself first. on days when the weight of the world is on your chest take a break, know that you can change it whenever you want it to, on bad days stay in bed if you want to, eat whatever you want to,talk to a friend/blog if it feels overwhelming or you need someone to talk to, listen to music, cry your heart out if you want to.

be gentle on yourself, it's okay, affirm/assume and persist, you cannot and will never fail you are god.

tips for people who struggle with adhd like me

meditate- ik ik meditation boo who wants to do that but sit in silence for 5 minutes calm yourself down and then affirm/visualize and remind yourself you're god

go for a walk - sometimes staying inside for long periods of time might overwhelm you so i suggest going for a walk and spending some time in the nature to calm yourself down

deep breaths- this goes hand in hand with meditation but if you don't want to meditate take a few deep breaths and then gently affirm there's no need to rush

I love being a master manifestor, there’s no such thing as β€˜limiting beliefs’ it’s just a myth like why do you keep convincing yourself that you do have limiting beliefs?? Stop making people have an impact on you because in the end you are living your life, not them, so stop it.

If you lay flat on the ground and let people walk over you they’re still going to complain about how you’re not flat enough, people will people, nothing will ever be to their liking so stop trying to please people.

Please & spoil yourself, you only live once, try to make the most of it since when you die you’ll question yourself β€œwas all the grief, worrying, sadness, hatred, jealousy, etc worth it?” It wasn’t.

How to win this month…

Speaking life into yourself daily, no more judging yourself because you didn’t go for a run, or wake up at 5am. Choosing to love yourself unconditionally. Choosing to write those affirmations and stick them on the bathroom mirror, choosing to infuse your mind with loving, kindness, gratitude and all that yummy stuff on an hourly basis.

Focus on move the needle tasks. You want to write that book, loose 100 lbs, compete in the Olympics - whatever is your PRIMARY goal in life (and choose the primary one only), focus 100% on that task. Creating momentum around this one thing each and every day. Your primary goal should be your only focus. Secondary goals, are irrelevant. Nothing comes above your PRIMARY GOAL, and doing small little tasks each day to support this is how you make progress.

Organised days. As much as the feminine loves, flow, ease, loose unstructured days this truly does not bag you the life of your dreams. Break your day into 4 hour blocks, setting tasks in each block from when you wake up to the evening. This allows organised, focused, and productive days.

Using your resources wisely, if you’re still recovering financially from xmas, or on some kind of budget, ensure you spend wisely. Choosing health over aesthetic, choosing the Pilates membership over the designer trainers. The intolerance test over the sculpting facial. Investing in the inside before the outside is a priority. Making smarter financial decisions from a place of inner love.

Main character energy. Putting yourself first on a whole new level. No more thinking about the guy who you’re not even dating, no more putting mental energy into anything other than becoming your very best self. Period. If it’s taking mental energy from your purpose , from those move the need tasks, from your organised days, from spending wisely. RE-ALIGN, create space and re-centre and get back on the track. We're winning the race this year.
