Uh Hello Beautiful Person ^~^ Could You Please Do A One Shot With Well Peter,Buck,Steve, Tony, Wanda

You thought it would be hard to leave the Avengers for a while to be a mother because life as an Avenger was interesting and you assumed you would get very bored, very soon.

You weren’t entirely wrong; it was hard but for different reasons. It was somehow much more physically and mentally draining to be a mother than it was to be an Avenger. Luckily you had help.

Life was still interesting. That’s what happens when you have a superhuman for a baby. She inherited a version of your powers that helped her create illusions; Of course being a baby meant mostly bright colors and sparkles but it could get pretty bad when she was throwing a tantrum.

This is where the help started. Bruce and Tony (without much convincing) created an inhibitor in the form of a bracelet to help. Of course it didn’t just stop there. Your big fluffy Avengers family was always ready to help whether it be for scientific purposes or simply babysitting. After spending so much time with your baby, it was no surprise they became so invested in her.

First drawing~

When (D/n) was about two years old, Steve bought her a set of kid safe crayons. You weren’t sure if you could give her those because you didn’t want her eating them (which of course she tried) but you ended up letting her use them only when you were sitting down with her and could pay full attention to her.

Often during times like those you would remove her inhibitor and she would match the crayon colors to her illusions, entrapped in its beauty. She was a smart kid, that was for sure.

A few weeks later you thought you started seeing forms in her illusions but they disappeared so quickly that you weren’t really sure. You tried to pay more attention to it but you constantly got distracted by so many other things.

Every time you went to look at what you thought were her scribbles, she covered the sheet with her pudgy hands and most of her face, shaking her head and saying, “No!” Then she would proceed to say, “Shhhhh,” and giggle.

On her third birthday, all the Avengers were present. Even Natasha, who was almost always out on some mission or the other, didn't miss it. There were lots of games and fun party favors to keep your newly three year old and her friends entertained.

Of course since there were a couple of other parents and kids, the Avengers were undercover along with you and (D/n). It was early evening when it was finally just the Avengers. Everybody was mentally preparing themselves to clean up (by everybody I mean mostly just Steve, Bruce, Bucky, Peter, Vision and you because we all know everybody else is just gonna laze around) when (D/n) came out of the room all excited waving a paper in her hand.

She ran up to Tony, her favorite uncle to sit on his lap while she presented her paper. “I dwew this!” She held up the paper with both hands so everyone could see. Tony gently takes the paper in his hand to look at it properly. He squinted a bit as Peter leaned over the sofa from behind Tony to get a proper look at it.

All of a sudden, something happened that nobody expected….. Tony teared up a bit. “This is so good!” He exclaimed hugging (D/n) to cover up his reaction. Peter was grinning widely at the drawing. “It’s adorable!”

“Hey! I wanna see,” Natasha said, getting up from her place and grabbing the paper. Everyone else crowded around her to get a better look. “Haha this is very cute. She will become a fine artist.” Thor said proudly.

You entered the room as everybody started cooing and fussing over (D/n) wondering what the commotion is all about. Looking at the confusion on your face, Bucky handed you the drawing and said, “Look what she drew!”

You took the drawing and after looking at it for a while, you smiled realizing what it was. It was a family portrait of the Avengers. You let out a soft laugh remembering how that was what she was keeping a surprise. You felt a tug on your clothes and

looked down at (D/n) showing you her inhibitor, asking you to remove it

You removed her inhibitor a little taken aback at this sudden request. As soon as you removed the inhibitor, colors slowly started appearing. (D/n) scrunched her face up in concentration and clenched her fists. The colors slowly started taking shape when you realized what she was doing.

She was getting better at controlling her powers when you two were practicing but you did not know how good she had gotten. Soon you all realized that she had made an illusion of all of you resembling the drawing except the shapes were a bit clearer. Her illusions were still like holograms since she was only a toddler but all of you were still surprised.

Suffice to say, this family of hers was overjoyed. Although you had to admit that it was the appropriate reaction as you were overjoyed yourself.

‡*****************************‡

First date~

You had a pretty good relationship with your daughter but there were still things that surprised you. Raising her in an environment with many, at times protective superheroes and spies, you expected her to keep a lot of secrets from you and you were ready to accept that fate, always giving her privacy when she needed it.

Unfortunately, due to the people she was raised around, she had to keep her identity and family a secret from most people, which meant she had only one proper friend her age that she could talk to about everything so she told you a lot of things as well.

A couple months into her teens, she runs up to you excitedly to tell you that she, (D/n), was asked out on a date! It was going to be her first one! You of course thought this was adorable and asked her who she was going out with, offering to drop and pick her up yourself (like you would actually let a 13 year old girl go out on a date alone).

She blushed slightly and grinned telling you all about the cute kid from her class, talking very animatedly. Your heart clenched as you realized that your little baby was growing up so fast but you also mentally face palmed as you recognized the name and description she gave. You couldn’t believe that you didn’t pay attention to the fact that she had a crush on someone. You had always assumed they were a friend.

You were happy nonetheless because you had met the kid she was going out with and you knew they were nice. But of course you couldn’t anticipate the reaction of the rest of the Avengers.

That evening Wanda, Vision and Natasha came home for dinner. (D/n), who was still excited about her upcoming date couldn’t help but spill the tea at the first chance she got. Her luck had it that Peter and Tony would walk in at that exact same moment.

Tony, being the overprotective uncle that he is, had to bombard her with questions. “What’s their name?”

“No, no their full name”

“I’m gonna meet him and his parents before the date”

“Maybe I should ask FRIDAY to run a background check on them..”

“TONY!” Wanda laughs. “She’s just going on a date with another kid, relax!” Tony frowns slightly, “but with our luck, anything’s possible”

“Maybe but positive thoughts attract positive outcomes, right?” Peter defends. “Scientifically opposites attract” Vision states unemotionally. “And who’s side are you on?” Wanda questions.

“Oh no one’s, I’m staying out of this now!” “Good”

“Guys stop, that’s enough,” you want to laugh but you keep a straight face. As cute as Tony’s concern was, she was gonna go on a date eventually and this was just a kid thing. Being thirteen there was not much the both of them could do inappropriately with supervision. Besides, you raised your daughter right.

“She’s going on the date, and there will be supervision. Don’t worry too much, it’s gonna be alright. Can we go eat now please?” You conclude that conversation and move on.

****Time skip brought to you by Steve’s virginity****

During the date you and (D/n)’s date’s mom hung out a little distance from them talking about small things and parenting. Thankfully she didn’t pry too much about your life and you managed to skirt around any red flags.

Tony had insisted on dropping and picking the both of you up. You had agreed, provided he made himself scarce. If someone was gonna date your daughter it was because she’s a good kid, not because her uncle is Tony Stark. He had complied of course and Steve had tagged along to pick you up because why not.

Once (D/n) entered the car she was immediately bombarded with questions. To your surprise she didn’t mind. She was equally excited about how well her date went that she replied to each question as quickly as they were asked.

After a couple of minutes of them going back and forth and they started to settle down, you asked, “Are we going to stay in this parking lot forever?” After a quick and soft, “Oh Sh– Sorry..” from Tony as he pulled out of the lot, you laugh softly to yourself when they start again.

Tony, Steve and (D/n) were still talking about her first date….. well (D/n) was gushing and the other two were listening so intently. You could tell that they were really interested and not just pretending.

To the world they might have just been “The Avengers– Earth’s mightiest heroes” but in (D/n)’s world they were just another family and you were grateful they never did anything to disregard that. They knew where to draw the line between Avenging and family and they were just as protective of her as you were.

They loved her just as much as any family would. You knew you would never change a single thing of your past because it all led right to this moment and you wouldn’t trade this moment for the world.

This was your world and this is where you always belonged. You would always be thankful to them for being there.

Where’s the essay OP

Peter Parker, also known as the popular hero ‘Spider-Man’, is roughly 16-17 years old (in the timeline I’m using), meaning he was born in either 2001 or 2002. Contrary to popular belief, this places him firmly in the ‘Gen Z’ category, rather than in the millennial category than many place him in. By extrapolating this information, we can conclude that Peter Parker not only knows what a furry is, but has to constantly grapple with the fact that his spider-centric identity is, in fact, his fursona. In this essay I will—
