Mumza (the goddess of death) sees how badly tommys being treated and when dream kills him, he goes to the passerine world instead of the afterlife cortsey of mumza. Now either Tommy and Mumza appear at the castle and mumza tells passerine will, techno and Phil to look after him and that hes not thier tommy but another version of him or something along the lines of that or he appears in a forest and makes his way into the kingdom were a palace guard finds hin and brings him to the Royal family.
Passerine will, phil and technoblade discovers Tommy's trauma and try and help him with it all while Tommy denies the fact he's traumatised and hides it.
