Sbi headcanon anyone?
So techno and wilbur are canonically twins right? But techno is a pig and wilbur is/was a human. So what if their mother (or someone in the family tree) was a shape shifter and and three of the boys had that gene passed down to them and the sbi boys just tapped into their shape shifter abilities at different times. Techno first obviously, maybe saw the piglins in the nether and that's why he's a pig. Maybe wilbur never wanted to shapeshift or just never knew he could. And then tommy is now a fucking racoon boy cuz he's fucking tommy. Maybe what they shapeshift into depends on their personalities. Like My Little Pony and their cutiemarks lol.

It’s raining. A light drizzle, nothing too hard. Philza Minecraft with very big wings walking down a forest path with Tommy, Techno, and Wilbur.
They weren’t ready for rain, so no umbrellas or coats were brought.
Philza notices this and instinctively unfolds his wings and lets them hover over his boys, shielding them from the precipitation.
The boys smile at Phil and they continue their venture back home together.
I personally enjoy this one much more than... well....

Neglectful Villain SBI + Villain/Hero Tommy AU
Honestly, one of the most popular AUs that I've seen in the Superhero universe is stuff where there's neglectful SBI, or more specifically, Phil, Wilbur, and Techno. What I see most often is that SBI are a pair of heroes who never have time for Tommy and just flat out ignore him despite his hard work, so then Tommy turns to villainy.
The concepts somewhat starting to get a little overused, and while it's changed sometimes from whether Tommy becomes a vigilante or a villain, but I've never seen a fic where SBI is a villain, and Tommy turns into a villain due to it [of course without him knowing] or being a hero.
Basically, my idea is that the SBI tend to have a sort of fixation with villains, having an odd sort of interest with them. Tommy of course, wanting his family's attention desperately turns into a villain himself, and then things spiral from there.
But now that I think about it, he COULD turn into a hero and face off against his own family without knowing. I'm unsure if I've actually seen it before or if I have, but I have seen Neglectful Villain SBI + Vigilante Tommy so that's why it's not really mentioned.
If anyone ends up seeing this and does their own thing with it, OR have seen a fic that's done this, please let me know!
DSMP DCW AU
Tommy and Wilbur had known each other for ages, sticking together and helping the other survive on the streets rather join than the sick games played, or specifically, Survival of the Fittest for cash. One day, they happen to come across an opportunity from a certain agency asking for help.
The agency, more like a pseudo-government of New Earth welcomed them in, and there they trained. There, Tommy met Tubbo, the two quickly becoming best of buds.
Now came the day where they were finally called in to do research on a new planet they discovered- Eden-227. A snowy wasteland with unknown origins.
Of course, they were a trio, so they'd need two more members as the agency usually had sent them in groups of 5, so in came Phil and Technoblade. Of course, the trio never met the duo, but they'd have to make up for it due to a lack of agents.

He switched to Vagabond. Ranboo:
Ranboo, trapped on Eden-227, to eventually come across the group of 5 and join.
Of course, the agency are strict on their rules.. They may not be able to bring them all back.

..okay. so. story had a lot of flaws. aka it was awful at world building, kinda just went in head first instead of doing much else, and uhh...... a little too much lmao?? i didnt really have much plan besides the fact that i kinda wanted wilbur and tommy to encounter the hanged demon, or as my notes say,
'Wilbur and Tommy encounters the Hanged Demon. Tommy encounters it first, screaming and backing up, which Wilbur is alerted, though not seeing it. "Toms?" Then he sees it, breath hitching, and suddenly thoughts invaded his head. It felt unfamiliar. It wasn't his, but he couldn't help the sudden urge. [insert.. uhh.. urge to die thoughts here] Tommy is uselessly trying to shake Wilbur out of it as Wilbur shakily holds the knife up. Tubbo notices, alerting Techno that the duo might be in trouble. Techno steps in and takes it out.'
and then possibly around night 5 or so they encounter ranboo? maybe. i dont really know anymore and its all.. really awkward and im not actually sure how to make the dialogue go lol.
I just kinda had this wheel full of DCW items [and then another for demons]. uhh.. theres over 100 items and i had to double what it had in empty so there's somewhat of a fair 50/50 randomized chance of what characters find?? it was kinda hard lol. Of course though for the items, there are SOME things that are not there, mainly just I believe the Stims [personally they were always a struggle to remember what what did with their pretty complex names and it was gonna be hard to keep track of it all as the nights go on, and so it was kinda just hard.]
ALSO. DCW lasts for a total of 10 nights, kinda like a wave sort of thing with a period to go and scavenge for things. the enemies, or SKAVs that come along the way grow stronger with each night, and by the third night once they deem you as a bigger threat will come in with guns.
there's also the infection that spreads through your body throughout the game you have to manage and keep low or you die, but uhh.. thats.. also hard, and even harder when the randomizer might never even get the stuff you need to be able to decrease its progress?--- so yeah.
also heres the trello with my notes that i tried to manage with lmao- i just have so much stuff its quite literally a mess. though if anyone picks this up, i suggest learning to play the game [its easier with someone to teach you because there isnt a tutorial as far as im aware]
also we're pretending Last Stranded, the latest and last expansion to the game is not canon [actually zero idea if it is canon but still].

I know I said I wasn't going to talk about hero fics and shit but like.. I kinda like this one aghauhedsuihf
It. So. Wilbur, the eldest son of the Minecrafts, which is a hero family (Phil, Techno, Tommy), is a rescue hero called Magpie (unless somehow i remembered this wrong????). I think it was a thing in the Minecrafts to name themselves after their type of bird.
Wilbur has been overshadowed all his life by his brother who's better at fighting, who's more famous then him, but Wilbur tries his hardest, overworking himself and doing so many things to help people only to never be noticed.
Quackity, a former vigilante and current villain called Ace (again, unless I somehow got the names wrong), finds an interest in Wilbur-
[spoilers aAaaaa] and proceeds to claim him as a Nemesis, which villains can do to a hero in which said hero will get EVERYTHING that that villain has done for any clues as it basically means that Quackity is Wilbur's responsibility now.

it makes so much fucking sense, with things that I probably normally wouldn't think about and I just

It's written smartly, with a lot of thought and effort put into it and it shows, because you can really tell that it all kinda flows really nicely with each other. I might be wrong, but I feel like it just matches still regardless? I dunno, I've been reading this while it's been in WIP and it has just finished with its last chapter.
But still I really like it.
The hero system is always abusive as fuck, but I also don't hear that much of others speaking up about their own bad experiences, other villains, children, heroes in training, vigilantes, even just heroes speaking about their experiences.
And this fic? I think, although it doesn't explicitly state of the association's crumble, they are really breaking. Wilbur broadcasting everything and how the hero association is a fucking dick and did shit to CHILDREN, and just- I'll refrain from speaking too much about their wrongs as it's.. kinda triggering :')))
And then there are villain sympathizers who wear a shade of blue the same as Wilbur's wings as a sign
