Love is doing the unnecessary, with diligence, love doesn’t make the misfortune go away, it makes it bearable, it laces it with joy.
It was around 3 AM on what was officially Sunday morning when his phone rang.
Sonic jumped, nearly falling off the little bench at Crazy Carl’s kitchenette table. They’d been sitting together quietly. Carl had shown Sonic a few of the letters from his time in Vietnam before going and answering his own phone calls from Wade with sorry, haven’t seen him.
And so when Sonic’s phone lit up, his mom’s name and picture on the screen, Sonic didn’t know what to do.
“What if they’re mad at me?” He curled his legs up. “I was a jerk to them before I left. And I was worse to Tails and Knuckles.”
“Probably are spittin’ mad at you,” Carl said with a shrug. “Ain’t everyday their baby runs out with a pack’a portal rings. Be surprised if they weren’t.”
“They probably hate me.”
Carl laughed. “If that’s what you wanna think.”
Sonic gnawed at his lip, looking down. “Do I… answer it?”
“Up to you. Like I said, ain’t my job.”

This fanfic is one of my absolute favorites! I’ve been wanting to make fanart for it for a while now but I’ve been busy with my job/ other projects. But I’m glad I finally had the time to make this. I really liked the interactions of Sonic and Carl and it’s now my head cannon that Sonic visits Carl every time he’s stressed.
Thank you @humanityinahandbag and @samthefrank for all of the love and work you put into your Sonic fanfics. Keep up the great work!
I’m so upset why am i watching this season
This I actually feel a lot attract to it because I often hurt people’s feelings by accident or have mainly the top half symptoms and some of the bottom. I thought I was being a freak by doing these but I guess it’s normal. This really make me feel like I’m not the only one with ‘mess up’ stuff and thoughts.
Like this person said. Don’t actually harm people on purpose. If you ever need help with anything, just know that you’re not alone.
Shoutout to this person because this mother flipping human just makes my heart melts and make my night.

the ones who:
-say dark things without realizing
-talk to themselves
-have homicidal thoughts
-get really, really angry
-make others uncomfortable on accident
-don't tolerate bullshit
-can't/won't mask
-have dark interests
-have genuinely hurt others before
-have been in a psych ward before
-obsess over people
-have intrusive thoughts about hurting people
-have sexual intrusive thoughts
-don't really care about others much
-always choose themselves first
-have low/no empathy
-are seen as creepy or scary by others
this goes out to my folks with autism that isn't "uwu cute". personality disorder havers. schizospec people. ocders. odd and ied havers. and anyone and everyone else.
this post does not support intentionally hurting people. but people who have hurt others in the past and have changed or are trying to change/in the process of changing are more than welcome here.
