Remember when Toga fought Ochako and Tsu in the forest in that one episode, and Toga charged at Ochako with a knife?
Ochako kept that knife and keeps it in a little box under her bed to remind her of Toga. Often she'll find herself just staring into the knife, thinking about her and wishing they could be together
