Watching miraculous ladybug episodes is always a treat. Yeah i realise that the reverse love square is comparable to a tv soap at this point, but who's not a sucker for some good cat noir appreciation? He's finally getting the attention he deserves from her (and i don't mean just romantically). Season 4 really did a number on our boy.

the gabriel/nathalie dynamic this season is so so funny (and also a little heartbreaking) when you consider that like,, adrien is fully under the impression that his father and nathalie are in love. to his best knowledge nathalie is wearing emilie's ring because gabriel proposed. he has accepted nathalie as his stepmom and a permanent and integral member of his family. meanwhile nathalie reciprocates those same familial and maternal feelings toward adrien BUT she's also ready and willing to call gabe a bitch to his face at every possible opportunity and would curb stomp him if he even THINKS about laying a hand on her golden retriever stepson

Look at the way Adrien smiles because his crush/soulmate is making him nervous is so adorable 😊🥰
