100% agree.
Most things I read I enjoy, but sometimes I do have specific ideas that I want to see done in a certain way, so in that case I either commission another writer or, I write it myself. XD
Do you read your own stories after you've written them?
Yeah I do! Part of why I write the stories I do, besides having fun, is because I write what I want to read. Even my older stories. I might see the flaws in them a lot more clearly, but I still enjoy reading them.
Let me pass this question on! š

Oh absolutely! It made me tear up too. The way you tackled that angst was absolutely flawless. š š
I definitely prefer Omi just casually being immortal too. š
Thank you! I still don't know where it came from, because literally the words The End popped into my head and the story just kind of slotted into place.
On one hand I like to imagine that Omi will go the good!Chase route and just casually persist forever so that's my headcanon. But now that you mention it, I wonder how Chase would react to Omi dying someday.
Ooh I like that headcanon a lot!
Well, if you donāt mind a shameless plug, I did write a variation of that idea in chapter five of my Xiaolin Showdown Short Stories, but I would very much recommend this story:
Itās by @grasshopperdoingdogpaddle and it is Amazing. Absolutely excellent and so delightfully sad!
Something in the water by Carrie Underwood. Just listened to it last night it made me cry and I adore it. So now I have it. XD
If I ask nicely who will rb this telling me what is the last song u listened to š„ŗ
Glad to hear it! š
Sorry my last ask wasn't completed. Hi! How are you?
Very good, thank you!
If you like mashed potatoes, put in the tags 1.) whether you prefer it mashed with the skin and 2.) what brand/restaurant/person makes the best.
Why? Your work is amazing!
.: No, theyāre not. :.

.: Iām not gonna pretend and say that my art or hell, my writing, is really great when in reality that isnāt true. :.
.: I know itās a very bad thing for an artist to not have confidenceĀ in their work butā¦itās very difficult for me to stop thinkingĀ āsomething is offā and after I try fixing it think āGreat, now I made it worse.ā :.
.: I constantly keep comparing myself to other artists and acknowledgeĀ time and time again that I canāt be as good as them. :.
.: I donāt like having this kind of mentality because I know itās not healthy, but after my past experiences, itās been very hard for me to get out of it. Iāve always been very hard on myself, especiallyĀ on my work, and I canāt help it. After all, you are your own harsh critic. I always worry about the quality of my work that I keep over thinking on little āinsignificantā details and stress myself out for probably no reason. :.
.: Yeah, I have gotten better over the years and I will admit it and I am happy about it too, but even now, I still donāt see my artwork all that impressive like some people do. :.
.: Itās why, rather than getting likes or reblogs, all I wanted is feedbacks; hear other peoples opinions on my work because⦠I donāt trust my own judgment. :.

.: Itās upsetting really. I USED to be confident in my work. I used to think positively about them and create them without too much worry. But⦠After some personal events that happened to me, itās no longer the case anymore. I donāt want to go into any details, but letās just say that those events had taken their toll on my creative side. :.
.: Now, I still do appreciate all the likes, complements, and, less often, reblogs. I always will, but I refuse to view my work as anything but average or justā¦decent, I guess. :.

.: If you want to see some really amazing artists, I highly recommend the likes of @i-junketsu, @destinyblue, @kyleehenke, and @alexysgh just to name a few from off top of my head. :.
.: They are totally worth your time and I love almost every piece of work theyāve made thus far. :.
.: Thatās all I have to say. Sorry for rambling. :.
*Poke Poke. Excuse me , But. When it comes to your blog and how you are as an rper. You have characters that are amazingly written with amazing art accompanying that as well and you , as a mun are an amazing person. So, can I just say, what's the betting that they will be happy and quite willing to rp with you if you ask? And after all, you cant know for sure unless you ask and I bet they'll say yes.

.: Heh⦠Thanks for the kind words, but to be honest⦠Iām not all that amazing. I can beā¦quite annoying to others. Iām overly emotional to the point that I can easily get upset over the smallest of things. Alsoā¦in the past, Iāve said some things that are just horrible. So really, Iām not an amazing person. :.
.: As for approaching them and see if theyāll want to, I always have these thoughts that they wouldnāt be interested, I always back away and let them do their own thing. Itās been like that for as long as I could remember. Iām the kind of person who hates to bother someone and I usually keep things to myself. I want to talk to them. I want to spend some time with them and maybe become friends with them, but⦠Iām just too nervous, shy, scared, or all the above. :.
.: Itās why I prefer to have people approach me rather than the other way around. Itās lessā¦stressful. :.Ā
We all reach that moment with our artwork where we get stuck and itās difficult to keep on going because we focus so much on the errors that we detected in our final piece or during the progress.
That is common, weāve all done it and so have I, but thatās not a sign for you to stop drawing and give up that youāll always be at that level that you are. I should let you know that the styles I used to draw heavily from were Arina Tanemura (Full Moon Manga), Testuya Numora (Final Fantasy/Kingdom Hearts), Kishimoto (Naruto), and the past four-year Trigger (Kill la Kill). Itās at those moments you should old take time to step back and look back on the artwork that has pushed you this whole time. Try something different, do follow a tutorial and draw your characters on a different pose or with another expression.
Iām glad however youāre asking for criticism for your work despite how youāre feeling.
My best advice is needing to go back to the basics with tutorials, itās helped me so much the past 4 years when I started to pay attention more to body proportions and poses, currently, Iām studying colors. Iāll be honest with you the only art class Iāve taken was an art history class in college about 4 years ago! There are a lot of tutorials without the need to use skill share or Patreon, a lot of good illustrators share their work in YouTube and I recommend for you to take time to search what you need to help you.
Even though Iāve used watercolors since middle school Iām still learning new techniques, testing our papers and watercolor brands because I still want to get better. Itās not bad to try out a different media too, for a long while I would also just paper sketch characters, scan then color them digitally without adding line art. Thereās was never that āonly one thingā that Iād do for my art and thatās helped a lot bit to feel stuck.
Youāre doing great, but if youāre feeling this stuck then take the time to look back at whatās motivated you and donāt be afraid of the basics.
You can do it!!
i-junketsu

.: I⦠I never expected this. This is really nice to wake up to and Iām glad Iām not alone with that awfulĀ mentality. Thank you so much for this @i-junketsu and yeah⦠Iāll continue doing my best. You keep up the great work too. :.
My pal @miramizar tagged me and any others who wish to do so in a bias check~ a while back and I've finally gotten around to doing it ^^;

Hello! I really really love your Kaminari Medic AU, it's absolutely amazing and I would just like to ask if you are thinking of ever continuing it? No pressure and take your time, you obviously come first, but I was just curious, because I would be really happy about it! <3
