Made true on my promise here's some other characters in marcilles dm dress

My inability to draw chil the same way twice is baffling

I drew this long before I found out the original dress has a tail

before I actually watched dunmeshi I saw a lot of fanart and what I had gathered and thought to be true was

marcille was some kind of blond witch (totally missed her ears), also that her and her relationship w falin was the center of the story (I knew this was wishful thinking)

falin was a shy butch who had the power to turn into a large goose lady whenever she wanted (was very shocked when she was like dead the whole time)

laios was like bee keeping age and the stoic wise older guy type

chilchuck was gay and in a relationship w senshi

however I did not know senshi existed or that this had anything to do with food

namari was a huge character and I was certain she was not that gay in the actual show (I was right, she's somehow gayer)

Laios: He is not your favorite, he is your comfort character. This man is autism with a dad bod, and you’ve never related harder to a fictional character than you have to Laios and his monster cooking hyperfixation

Marcille: You have a very particular set of skills. Do they come in handy? Are they useful in your day to day life? Not really. Ok, they are, but only under very specific circumstances

Chilchuck: You always get mistaken for way younger than you are, and you hate it. You will get asked for your ID whenever you buy alcohol well into your thirties

Senshi: You don’t want a daddy, you want a father. You want a man who will make you a home cooked dinner every night, take you fishing or camping in the summer, and tell you to wear a sweater when it gets cold outside. You want a man who will do all of the things that your dad never did for you

Falin: You’re a girl who doesn’t know how hot she is. You think that you’re average when there are lesbians who would commit heinous crimes for you, and straight men who would throw themselves in front of a dragon for you

Laios: He can't say it, but he says it because someone told him that it was a rare monster species and now he proudly tells people that he wants to eat faggots

Falin: She's an autistic lesbian, she can say it, but never would

Marcille: She has a soul-wrenching crush on Falin, she can say it

Senshi: Can say it, but refuses to, even though a lot of the people thirsty for him are either straight girls with a daddy kink or gay guys with daddy issues

Chilchuck: He cannot say it, and if he caught his daughters saying it he'd ground them for a week

Kabru: There's no way that this guy isn't a little bit fruity, he can say it

Namari: There are so many lesbians who would let her break them in half, she can say it

Daya: Again, she has a devout following of lesbians who want her to break them in half, she can say it

Kuro: No way he can say it. I'm not sensing any fruitiness from this guy whatsoever

Toshiro/Shuro: Cannot say it, will not say it, will probably tattle on you to the lord of the island if you say it

Maizuru: Nope. No way. She cannot say it and her tongue would be cut out if she tried to say it

Izutsumi: No one knows if she can say it or not, but she does, and people are too afraid to question her/stop her

Dungeon Meshi - Marcilles Army (Translation note under the cut)

Gotta say I have no idea how to translate the wordplay joke in the bottom panel so I won't even try. From what I understand Laios is saying とにかく(tonikaku/anyway), but Shuro repeats it as 兎に角 which can also be read as 'tonikaku/anyways' but is using the word for both rabbit 兎 and horn 角 instead. At least I THINK that's the joke, who knows, feel free to message me corrections if you like.
