Christmas.
The two of you are cuddling with each other, meawhile outside your shared home, it is snowing. Making the room temperature quite cold for you two to start your activities yet, you instead cuddled even closer to your lover. Seeking for his warmth.
"Babe.." He called out, you can feel his fingers running through your hairlocks. "Wake up, we have things to do today. Didn't we plan what we're going to do, hm?" He kissed the top of your head, he scooter away to see your face. "Come on babe, wake up" His hand went up to your cheek, his thumb grazing along the lines of your cheek.
He waited for you to open your eyes, the moment you do, you see him smiling at you. "Good morning" he greeted you and chukled softly at your little pout, "Why did I decide to do this early.." you regretted your choice to make plans in early hour.
"Well it's your choice, not me, I told you already but you won't listen" He pointed out, and he is right, he had told you about making morning plans that you would probably regret later on, and you did. You sighed as you gesture him to get closer to you, it's getting cold again.
"Cold.." You whispered, he then scooted closer to you, letting you hug his figure. "It's, my first ever Christmas" he started as he ran his fingers through your hairlocks again, "I'm glad I could spend my Christmas with you, seriously." He added and he chuckled once more before planting a kiss on top of your head.
"Spending time with your loved ones in Christmas, are nice" You spat out, your hand find their way to his back. Drawing shapes. Both of your legs tangled with his, the two of you ended up staying in bed longer than anticipated. But you two are not complaining about it, I mean you guys still have all day to celebrate Christmas, right?

"We can do it later, it's too cold."

It's 25th December ! Merry Christmas everyone !! Finna ask Santa to get me fictional men as my presents
hey guys the sonny brisko brainrot is hitting again.
the type of mf to pass by the bathroom and hear through the door that you’re showering. look. he’s not some kinda freak that’ll just walk in for the sake of walking in even if you’re close to him.
but also like, it’s been a busy few days and neither of you know when it’ll calm down. it’s gotten so hectic that you only find time to shower in the evenings once you’re home and able to relax.
the sound of the water drowns out the sound of the door. he returns ten minutes later and you’re none the wiser.
once you step out of the hot water, you shiver as the air chills you. and when you reach for your towel, you’re pleasantly surprised that it’s just as warm. you sink into it as you finish your routine and get dressed. even so, you hold the towel close, fluffy and toasty and freshly thrown in the dryer to get that perfect comfy feeling.
there’s only one person in the household that could’ve dried it and snuck it back into the bathroom before you got out. he doesn’t even act prideful about it when you ask. “it’s whatever,” he says, cutting up some veggies for dinner while one of his shows plays softly on the tv. “it’s just nice sometimes, it’s not a big deal.”
but it is! you want to yell. it was sweet and i love how attentive you are and you’re so caring to me and quit being humble dammit!!
you just lean over his shoulder instead. let your body rest over his. a hug without hands, half of a nuzzle. comfortable contact.
the silent appreciation is what makes him do it again a few weeks later.
he makes a habit of this, often enough that you can tell he likes seeing you happy but not often enough that you can predict it.
however there’s also a 25% chance that when he takes the towel while you’re showering he’ll say “nice ass” and leave before he can hear you rip him a new one even though he really wasn’t looking. shithead

You were sitting on your own, it is cold, so you have a blanket drapped over your shoulders. Holding a cup of hot drink/cocoa, you blew on them as you gaze out your window. Your phone next to you, it suddenly buzzes.
Your eyes went over to your phone screen, a notification from a man you have been waiting for a week, he hadn't talk to you at all, suddenly disappearing. Out of reach whenever you tried to call him, you were genuinely worried about him for suddenly disappearing on you.
When you see his name on your phone screen, you immediately put down your drink and grabbed your phone. You quickly read his message, you two were having a Long Distance Relationship. It's quite rough for the two of you on early days, but everything worked out in the end.
Both of you shared locations, often sending gifts to each other. It's very sweet of him not gonna lie, you fell harder for him each day. Not a day goes without doing a video call at least once, sharing stories of how each other's day went.
But the past week, he hasn't really been talking to you much, saying he's 'busy' and he didn't really tell you on what made him that busy. You were completely out of touch for a week, and now he suddenly messaged you telling you to get out of your apartment.
No way.
You kept repeating that in your head, you fumbled out from your chair. Your blanket fell off your shoulders as you rush out from your apartment, leaving your door open, holding your phone. You constantly keep checking your phone as you also look around, looking for the familiar glimpse of your lover.
No way. No way.
You kept chanting the words, and then you stopped running. You're not standing before a man, his back facing you. You stuttered out his name, quite hesitant. But when you see him turning around, holding a bouquet of flowers.
Your vision start to blur, seeing crystals. You see how his face changed, worry is now plastered on his face. "Love? What's wrong—" You can hear the worry in his voice as he approached you, the scent of the flowers he bought strokes your nostrils.
You then felt his hand brushed against your cheeks, then your vision clears. He wipe your tears away, you can see the worry on his face much more clearly now. "Is this—" He stopped halfway, "Is this a bad timing??—"
"No!—" You immediately replied, making him quite surprised. But then you heard a chuckle from him, he leaned closer to you, his other hand holding a bouquet while the other pulling you close by the waist. He planted a kiss on your temple, you can feel him smiling as he planted a kiss.
"I'm sorry for not contacting you the past week, I was preparing a surprise to see you at new years eve." He explained himself, he then press his forehead against you. "Did I really surprise you by my appearance here? In front of you?" He smiled softly, "That it made you cry?"
You couldn't say anything and immediately hugged him, you felt how his body went stiff for a moment. But then your body is engulfed in his warmth, oh how you've been waiting for this moment.

After awhile both of you finally inside the apartment, he hung his coat on the coat hanger by the door. He's now by sitting next to you, cuddling together with you. The bouquet of flowers are placed in a vase, you two are by the window, the window have a small couch on them for you to sit alone. But now, you're not alone.
Your lover is now right in front of you, hugging you close. While the two of you gaze out the window, looking up at the night sky. Waiting for the new year, and welcoming them.
You felt him poking the back of your neck, trying to get your attention. You look up at him, who' still looking out the window.
Ah, it seems like he did it unconsciously.
You smiled and planted a kiss on his neck, making him twitch a bit, you see how his neck slowly turning red. His eyes now focused onto your figure, he smiled sheepishly at what you just did. "What's that for?" He asked in a whisper, "You were poking my neck, I thought you needed something from me." You explained. Earning a stuttering lover, he was embarrassed. "D, Did I actually do that— sorry, I must've done that unconsciously.." He apologized, and you were right.
He did it unconsciously.
You chuckled softly as you then kissed his jaw, you heard his shaky breath as you did so. His hand is now on your waist, it tightens. He looked down at you, cheeks flushed.
You two stared at each other for a moment before you leaned closer to him, and then planted a chaste kiss on to his lips. You pulled away for a bit, but then he pulled you in once again.
He kissed you breathless.
When you two pulled away, you two pressed each other's foreheads. You two shared a small laugh, and at that exact moment, fireworks can be heard right outside your window. It is so loud, that it made you two averted your gazes out the window.
The fireworks at the night sky, telling you that it is now a new year.
You two looked at each other once again, kissing each other for a moment before welcoming the first day of the new year.
"Happy New Year Love"
"Happy New Year, Thank you for being here on my first day of the new year."

It takes Fulgur some time to weigh the question after you repeat it again. Even so, it’s less of the sweet thoughtfulness you were hoping for and more just trying to wrap his head around it.
He’s so confused that not only does he look away from his computer screen, but he pivots his chair around entirely to face you. “…A worm.”
“Yeah.”
"Like a pest? Or a vermin."
"If you wanna call them that, sure."
“Why would you turn into a worm?”
“I dunno, maybe I’m secretly Gregor Samsa?”
“What does Kafka have to do with anything?” He pinches the bridge of his nose. “You spend a lot of time thinking about things that don’t matter.”
“Hey, it does too matter.”
“Kafkaism is fiction that reflects the surrealism of reality. We’re not fictional.”
“Cap.”
“What do you mean, cap, I’m a real— oh, never mind.” He pinches his nose again, and this time you must’ve gotten under his skin, because he even lifts his glasses up to rest on his head as he looks at you. “Why are you asking me about worms?”
“No context allowed! I’m suddenly a worm. Would you still love me, yes or no?”
“Why would I have to answer? You’re not turning into a worm.”
“You don’t know me.”
“Wh—“ Fulgur stares at you. “Yes, I do?! I live with you!”
You look off to the side and smirk. “Heh. You don’t even know about my double-life as a decomposer.”
“The only decomposing you do is when you lay in bed for three hours on your phone.”
“Fuu! Answer now!”

Not exactly as you imagined, however. Rather than a worm, right in front of you is…
“Please don’t make this any worse than it is, Reader.”
A small seahorse, prostrated on the ground and somehow capable of breathing despite being very much above air. The gray ponytail and stubble around his snout was jarring, but there’s no mistaking the lifeline of red around his eye.
You let out the fourth-loudest laugh of your life, effectively wrecking Fulgur’s request before you even accepted it.
You cackle for some time until your side hurts and you tear up. Seahorse Fulgur levitates up to eye-level (somehow??) as you wipe your watery eyes. “Are you still mad…?”
“Mad?" You ask. "Why would I be mad?”
He hesitates. “The worm thing?”
It takes you a moment to remember the conversation you had almost exactly a week ago. You haven’t forgotten it nor how amused you were during it, but who’s to say the feeling was mutual?
Your lips press together. Did you misread the situation? “No, I wasn’t mad at all. It’s a silly question with silly answers.”
“Oh.” Fulgur sounds almost as small as his seahorse body, just the right size to cup your hands around him. Your fingers serve as a headrest. "Well, now I feel silly, too."
"It's okay, I don't mind. It was funny watching you get confused even if I didn't get an answer." You pat him on the head with a finger. "I'd still love you even if you were a seahorse, though."
Fulgur shuts his eyes. "You're making fun of me."
"A little."
"Would you let up if I answered the worm thing?"
"Maaaaybe." You pat him on the head again. "It doesn't matter now, we just need to find Legatus."
"Well, I would," Fulgur admits.
"Pardon?"
"Even if you're a worm," the seahorse says. He lays flat along your palm, yet his tail stretches out, wrapping around the edge of your thumb. Can seahorses blush?
You'd like to put that question to the test. "Full sentences, please, Fuu."
"I'd love you even if you were a worm," Fulgur says, and even with a snout and two beady eyes, you can just hear the way he presses his lips together and averts his gaze, dedicated to whenever he says it and all the courage he has to muster to be honest.
If he knew how he had you wrapped around his finger when he gets this shy he'd never let you hear the end of it, and still never be able to abuse that privilege. He's true to himself, even if it's at the expense of his pride.
So the urge to tease passes. Instead, you lift your hand up to your lips, press a kiss onto your fingers, and poke him gently on the side of his face. "Let's get you fixed up, Fuu."
"Please." His tail tightens around your thumb. "I'm afraid if we wait any longer I might give birth."

as Sonny cautiously approached the dimly lit alley, he knew he had you cornered at last.
the tension hung heavy in the air, illuminated only by the faint glow of a distant streetlamp.
"drop it." he demanded, his voice firm as he pointed his flashlight at the shadowy figure before him.
you, silhouetted in the darkness, slowly turned to face him, your eyes gleaming with mischief.
"well, well, if it isn’t my man~, officer sani~," you purred, voice dripping with allure. "i've been waiting for this moment y’know. it’s been boring being chased for so long, and now, here we are." you took a seductive step back, your silhouette leaning against a wall.
he tried to focus on the task at hand, bringing a hand behind him to retrieve a pair of handcuffs, "you can’t sweet-talk your way out of this. you’re under arrest," he said, his grip on his handcuffs tightening as he took some steps forward.
you smirked, your fingers playing with a lock of hair. "under arrest? me? how about," you paused, voice dropping to a sultry whisper, as sonny was directly in front of you, "you could let me slip away, just this once. what do you say?"
sonny’s heart raced, torn between his duty and an unexpected surge of attraction. he had to resist, but your demeanor made it increasingly difficult. he reached for your wrist, his resolve wavering.
but you were faster.
with a lightning-quick move, you snatched the handcuffs from his hand and clipped them on his wrists. using his shock to your advantage, you also swiped you legs under his, causing him to lose balance and fall to the ground.
“you’re awfully cute, y’know” you crouched down next to him pulling out your phone.
with a complete baffled look, sonny watched as you took a selfie of yourself, him, AND the diamond you stole, sending it to someone named Albanyan 🐱.
you gripped his chin, placing a soft kiss on his cheek. “hope to see you tailing me again, taicho~.”
slipping out of the alley, you made your escape into the night, leaving him both frustrated and bewitched.
as he broke out of his cuffs (yes), sonny cursed himself for letting your flirtation get the better of him. he knew this wouldn't be the last time they crossed paths, and next time, he promised himself, he wouldn't let his guard down.
