I Have a lot of my own stories, my main one and longest one being that of DJ and her friends. I’ve had there’s characters at least since I was 8, and they have changed, developed and grown in me a lot since then. I used to be somewhat of an outsider and a weirdo during my childhood, but being creative as I was, I just made my own friends!

I’d really like to ramble about them someday, or maybe even finally write down some of their story. They’re some of my most developed and layered characters and I’m really proud of what I’ve created with them. if anyone would wanna know more about them, feel free to ask! They’re my babies and I cherish every moment that someone shows interest in them.

Not me getting sentimental over how much “On melancholy hill” fits Bramblesplash and Tusklimber.

Homegirl just wanted her friend and ended up causing a life altering cataclysm for like four people. It do be like that sometimes.

Act 2 Theta

Short explanation: She’s happier :)

Long explanation: Theta wanted to separate herself from her celestial roots. She was raised by a celestial parent whom was a warrior, and forced to follow rigid rules and regulations. She was to hate humans, but live alongside them, as she was to take care of those who were ignorant and “too stupid to take care of themselves”. Her mother’s hatred was rooted in the fact she loved and lost a human partner, who abandoned her years and years ago. (Sound familiar ppl who grew up w religious trauma /waves)

And once Theta was kidnapped by the ship and forced to be without her mother, all she could do was follow what she was told— To be rigid, cold, and unfeeling. Throughout act 1, early act 2, she started to learn how to be herself! :> and in turn, wanted to be more human. So, with her companions help, she abandoned her more rigid ways to live more freely— Which helped her starting to be more herself.

To learn to love yourself is a monumental task. I just think it’s funny all it took was getting infected with a mindflayer tadpole to have Theta realize she can be who she wants, not who she’s ‘destined to be’.

Torg art dump! It's a genrebending tabletop RPG of variety pack characters with reality powers trying to save Earth from extradimensional invaders from various genre flavored worlds, each with their own twist. My dad runs a couple games of it- on in the pulp action Nile Empire, another in the primeval Living Land. Our Nile group is a super cleric of Horus-Re who used to be a pyramid toaur guide, a braniac German aerospace engineer with super smarts and a lightning ray gun, a psychotic berserker demon slaying Russian gunman, a Japanese policeman who's a minor wizard, an elven archer/ranger with a wolf and a small dragon, and a psionic electroninja with demontechnoswords. The Living Land group is made up of a hockey mom turned warrior barbarian life priestess, a lizardman beastmaster, a blind teenage French white witch from a place called the Cyberpapacy, a paleontology professor turned Indiana Jones-esque explorer with a whip and fedora and everything, and a lucky truck driver.

OC rant time! The super braniac and the truck driver are both mine. Heidi Eklund the aerospace engineer, weird cat lady, and eclectic aunt was visiting the Great Pyramids on vacation when the Maelstrom Bridge of the Nile Empire dropped and the Reality Storm engulfed the land in the axioms and laws of another world. She transformed into Captain Quasar!, superhero of mighty brain and wielding a goofy zappy ray gun she called the Ultrazonic Fulmonizer. She has since invented a couple more gadgets; the Electrokinetic Replusion Shield Generator (a force field) and her much less fancy but signature duct tape guantlet. She loves witty combat banter and bonkers over the top pun cascades, and has an almost beat poet style even in battle. Her nemesis is Professor Plasmo, who also wields SCIENCE, but for evil, not good!

Captain Quasar! is my favorite tabletop rpg character I have ever played, which is funny because she started as a pregen character for a two session intro to the game but became Mine. I love her so much that she became something of an online persona. Now that I've actually designed an intentional persona, she's not the main one anymore, but she is 100% an aspirational character (mostly by accident) and remains a major persona for me. Bud is just a dude! He's just a guy! He's very American- pretty stereotypically so in fact, except that he's probably a lot nicer and more polite than average. He does not seem like the type of guy to be of much use on an adventure into dinosaur infested jungles, And Yet. He has a knack for...whatever needs to get done, most of the time, and is just vaguely lucky, plucky, and hard to keep down, with an indomitable positivity and relentless spirit. He supports his companions and is a tremedous help to have around, even if he's not usually the one doing dramatic stunts and wild combat maneuvers. He definitely pulls his own weight, lack of pizazz or no, and is decently capable with a gun and in melee, and can handle himself and a variety of tasks. He doesn't lose his head easily, and is overall fairly sensible and insightful. But you wouldn't guess it, because he's not exactly the brains of the operation; school smarts were never his specialty, and he's never claimed to be clever.

Massive Ranne Story Lore dump bc I hit art block

Pardon any grammar and spelling mistakes. My fingers type too fast for autocorrect to save me.

Don’t read if you don’t want to.

It’s long and I’m just using this post as a little diary. It’s for my own sake because writing this down is good for my organization.

Goals that I want to start soon for this story:

- Figure out a story name (I was calling it The Fall of Eden for awhile but the sleep token influence is too strongly depicted so no)

- Design Ranne’s weapons (Zweihander, scythe, short one handed sword of some sort)

- Ranne’s move set if they were a fromsoft style boss (bro for sure inflicts frost and blood loss)

- Armor sets for Ranne (Right now I need to finalize their basic black armor and cloak, but I would like to design different sets)

- Design more characters!! (Elaboration below in lore spiel)

So the lore break down begins.

Note: all characters without names mentioned are only concepts that live in my head and will be drawn out eventually. Ranne and Punicae are the only ones I’ve drawn. Find them in the tags.

World style: Ofc I’m heavily influenced by fromsoft specifically Elden ring because it sort of captures how I imagine Ranne’s world looking like. It would be a little more realistic geography wise (No Caelid like environments or that crazy scary underground place that’s purple). More first-area-of-Dark-souls-esk. Ranne dwells in a chronically snowy mountainous forest area. Being the god of winter and birds, theyre very solitary and cold (pun intended). Although Ranne can be merciless, they respect their boundaries and are polite to lower ranked gods.

In the god/deity hierarchy: the elder gods (creators of the oceans, fire, sky, etc) are on top, second tier gods like Ranne (other gods of the seasons, significant landmarks, planets, moons, other shit like that ig), third tier deities like demigods and Punicae (deities of less importance), last are other montrous creatures and mortals of significant power granted by gods.

Back on track, Ranne lore wise I’m thinking they developed a relationship with the god of autumn and decay. Ranne is androgynous representing and I would like this Autumn god to be masculine. It takes awhile for the autumn guy to win over Ranne but they become friends (and maybe something more cause I can’t deny myself an angsty love story 🤭).

Here comes the spring god. Feminine representing (I know it’s cliche but I can’t make everyone genderless). I like the idea of all the gods not being perfect and good in the story, everyone has blood on they’re hands (except maybe a top tier motherly elder being that will be concepted AND Punicae because she’d never hurt a fly). so this spring goddess, despite spring having purity growth and rebirth connations, will probably be a very evil guy. Since spring is represented by (re)birth, they would probably see themselves as a mother or older sister figure, which will lead to them being “controlling” and likes when things are in order. She sees Ranne’s new relationship with the autumn guy a threat to the order within the godly sphere and invokes jealousy within her. She also has a hatred for Ranne because they’re mean and bring death with them (winter kills gang). She sees Ranne’s harshness and revered nature as a threat to what she creates despite it being how life goes.

Quick note: Summer god, again probably a gender less being like Ranne, probably a large knight (D from Elden ring and Ornstein from DS inspired). Wise and usually stays out of any drama that happens within the godly sphere. Morally good and settles conflict when they are prompted. Morally in the right area.

Back to lore. Eventually after Ranne and autumn guy are besties, there’s a schism between the higher gods when the elder goddess/mother figure that I mentioned being not evil falls ill. Gods argue about what will happen if the mother goddess heals or passes. Who will take her place? Will nothing change? Will a second tier god become an elder god? The gods are jealous and greedy and through lots of slander, confusion and hatred, the schism turns into a full out war. This affects the mortal sphere as well (sort of like the shattering in Elden ring but a little more carnage and gods dying a lot).

ANGST TIME autumn guy eats shit and dies (dies in combat) and in a fit of rage Ranne goes a bit crazy and kills the deity who killed autumn guy and few others. Influenced by evil spring goddess, the elder gods send Ranne on a punishment to exile for 1,000 years to guard an ancient forest and temple that has been abandoned, only to return to their rank and territory once the years are over. Not thinking too much about once Ranne is free but they probably kill spring goddess for shits and giggles.

That was more typing than I’ve ever done in one sitting holy shit.

Erm idk if there’s anything else to say about lore. I’m gonna talk about characters design inspo pics now.

Autumn man:

Ofc yummy oranges, browns, and maybe some greens. I’m thinking when it becomes fall in the mortal sphere, they look orange and brown, but when’s it’s the rest of the year, they be green and brown.

anyways YES I DO (AND i have three more that i havent posted about yet) thank you for asking

Cloak is a very... weird kid honestly idk theres something OFF about him sometimes. He's very silent especially when he doesn't mean to be, the others have tried to get him to wear a bell so they don't get jumpscared by him out of nowhere. He is also Engineer's nephew on his mom's side (yes i made up a sister for dell shhhuut up shshshh) and she very much DIDN'T want him around anymore same with his dad so they kinda just gave him to dell something something he ended up on RED team as a mercenary from then on. He has major trust issues, random panic attacks and doesn't remember his parents. Like at all, only sometimes looks at an old picture of his mom before she had him so he just goes off of that. Good news is he at LEAST takes care of his body and works out often. Sleeps anywhere he can though, slept in a box for a straight week once. He has a boyfriend (GASP!!!) back in Texas he regularly keeps in touch with. He's parkour-based, stealthy and has a direct approach to attacking. Offense class.

Assailant is a closed off person ESPECIALLY emotionally, he rarely ever talks to anyone unless he has to. He is very unappreciated as a mercenary/assassin and will go to intense lengths for recognition among anyone. He is very emo and sad and emo. He looks like a soggy piece of cardboard or a wet cat. Nothing much else besides he loves cats, will 100% be that one crazy cat lady neighbor. Familial issues, yes another one. Pansexual but not the best with dating. (how are you pansexual but get no game😭) Similar to Sniper fighting wise. Very distant, i.e. crossbow. Support class.

Blade also known as Bladesmith. Workaholic, like rarely leaves the workshop, SOMETIMES eats and lives off of coffee and spite. He makes and repairs weapons, mainly axes swords and knives or anything else that has a sharp edge. Very creative, very much doesn't take care of himself much, "i'm working out, carrying heavy boxes and shit is enough". Not much known about his family. Bisexual, that's it. Direct approach to fighting, helps with healing. Defense class.

Piercer ran away from Romania with a shit ton of money and managed to land a job as a mercenary/assassin. Self-proclaimed "NOT" a vampire. 50/50 probably a vampire, all everyone is concerned about is that he's gothic, edgy and likes fancy shit. And money, don't forget the money. Gay middle aged man. Stealthy, silent and is similar to Spy with fighting. Support class.

Figured i should get back to posting oc stuff so heres Marc Paqor!! He's an oc ive had for a very very long time and i have plenty of drawings of this boy, hes part of a story ive been writing for almost 2 years now :3

Marc is a teenager, 17 years old, and stands at 5'4. His birthday is March 28th, his patron troll would be an virgo. As you can tell by his appearance he is definitely a nerd, he is his friends dungeons and dragons dungeon master. He likes to watch old animes, like sailor moon or full metal alchemist and he loves to buy figures from his favorite media. He is also a huge fan of giant robots, like the ones from evangelon. He listens to a lot of music, he has his own playlist actually ill link that at the bottom of this post :).

He is a prospit dreamer, and Breath player. His class is a custom class that takes inspiration off of his DnD character and the "Wizard" class, Ill probably write a post describing my custom classes later. His strife weapon is a Staff he made himself in order to cosplay his DnD OC at an convention with his group. His Fetch Modus is an Dice, depending on the roll it will choose weather or not he gets the item he wants. Its much more complicated than that but thats the gist of it. He also is afraid of cat people. Not important I just found it hilarious

Krista’s as much as a horror enthusiast as Nicky is, even though she gets considerably more scared than he does when watching them lol. Her favorite would probably be a psychological horror like The Babadook or The Ring

Obligatory OC lore!

Since Nicky clearly has an affinity for horror movies as seen in the mpreg episode, I have an idea that he and Krista used to have movie nights where they’d watch horror flicks. Nicky obviously wasn’t ever afraid of them because he’s watched horror films since he was a toddler, while Krista would be easily scared and shield her eyes a lot. It’d all be in good fun though, of course. :)

Her favorite horror film is Signs, despite Nicky’s claims that it’s not a “real” horror movie.

I’m planning on making a traditionally drawn comic about Krista, played out as a fictional episode of Superjail that explores her past and her and Nicky’s relationship. Very excited to start sharing it! 😁 theres so much of her lore that I’m excited to share with y’all

Ada Lovelace lore dump :) it’s been a while since I’ve done anything about her. Superjail and Postal have mostly hjacked my mind.

• Already posted this, but the reason she’s younger than the other clones (she’s 13, the rest are 16) is because her test tube got messed up before release, causing her birth to be postponed by another couple of years. At least she didn’t get mutated like Marie Curie did.

• Has a one-sided crush on Ghandi, was really sad when she didn’t see him again after she was unfrozen.

• Used to try really hard to fit in with the older clones, but after a while, she just gave up and became somewhat of a recluse.

• Despite this, she’s very close friends with Van Gogh. Both of their shy personalities mesh well and they like drawing and painting together (even though she sucks at art lol)

• Thought being frozen for 20 years would help her age up, unfortunately it didn’t.

• Whenever people ask her what her favorite music/artist is, she tells them it’s Kelly Clarkson (or for the 2023 clones, Taylor swift), when really she’s just a big Metalhead. Her favorites are Slipknot, Metallica, Korn and a lot more.

Some Krista lore because good lord I have a lot

Content warning for mentions of smoking and self consciousness about weight (idk how to word it better sorry)

• She is probably one of the least touchiest people you’ll ever meet. Unwarranted hugs and hands on her shoulders are her least favorite in particular. The only person she ever enjoyed being touched by was Nicky—they cuddled often. She misses it.

-To add to this, she gives the most awkward hugs known to man lol

• Struggles with body image, though somewhat less than she used to. Has a bit of a tummy but it’s hard to tell with the baggy jumpsuit she wears every day.

• Has a b*tchy resting face but really nice once you get to know her. She’s willing to sit down and listen to anyone vent, as she’s been through a lot herself.

• One of her favorite hobbies is cake decorating. She's not the best at cooking or baking, but when it comes to decorating desserts she knows her stuff.

• Also super into makeup art. She tried doing people's makeup for money but she didn’t get enough customers.

• Obsessed with keeping her hair shoulder length or shorter. She used to be fine with it getting long, but once she got older she’s terrified of growing it longer. Thankfully she learned how to cut her own hair at a young age (her mom didn’t trust barbers…)

• Says she’ll “listen to anything” but really loves nu-metal, grunge and alternative rock. Her favorites are Limp Bizkit, Slipknot, The Ramones, and Nirvana. She also likes Nickleback (oof) and Third Eye Blind but finds them hard to listen to anymore since those were Nicky’s favorites as well.

• Has a low, husky voice, mostly because it’s just naturally that way, but partially because of her history as a smoker.

• Her pet snake was named “Slither” and she had him from age 6 to 15. He was a rough green snake.

• She’s quite pale and sunburns veryyyyyy easily. She envies Nicky for how nicely he tans (proof: watch Stingstress, bro didn’t get sunburnt at all LMAO)

• Her closest friends are Bruce and Charise, they hang out a lot. She has a good relationship with her boss, the Mistress, though feels intimidated by her.

• As for everyone at Superjail, she mostly just finds them weird as hell. She thinks Alice is pretty cool though.

• Same as how she sunburns easily, she also flusters very, VERY easily. One kiss or embarrassing moment has her turning red as a tomato.

• She also sucks at handling spicy food. Pretty picky, too. Her favorite food is probably French fries.

• Her dad used to play sonic games a lot with her as a child. Although she generally tries to avoid anything to do with the memory of her father, Sonic is a franchise she holds dear to her heart. She can also speak Czech pretty well, a language her father taught her when she was young and stuck with her. She isn’t sure why she chose to remember it—maybe in an act of defiance, probably.

• Doesn’t hate it when people bring up her height… but doesn’t love it either, though she and Nicky used to joke about their large height difference.

• Gets absolutely shitfaced after one drink. Because of this she usually tries to avoid alcohol in general—like smoking, she’s been sober from it for a year.

-Speaking of getting drunk, she has a “thirty and flirty” tattoo located on her leg she got when she was hammered… she was also 21, not 30.

• After breaking up with Nicky, Krista ended up living a life and doing stuff she deeply regrets and completely refuses to talk about that period of her life with anybody.

-In fact, the reason she got the janitor job in the first place was that Bruce recommended it to the Mistress because he felt bad for her, having gone through similar stuff in life

• Grew up the middle child and only girl of five children. Actually likes the idea of being a mother but is scared she’ll turn out like her mom.

• She definitely doesn’t like her job. She finds it exhausting to being left to clean the entire prison with the occasional help of Nova and absolutely hates having to interact with UP inmates. However, she’s thankful for it. She has nothing left waiting for her in the non-Superjail world, and she just hopes she can earn enough money to rebuild her life once her sentence is up.
