The Milky Way, as seen from Pittsburgh’s North Park.
Light pollution limits some of the clarity, but I’m pretty happy with the results.

Old Growth and Ancient Light
The Milky Way sets behind old growth forest on top of Gaudineer Knob in West Virginia. One of the areas with the least light pollution on the East Coast, the Monongahela National Forest is ideal for astrophotography (as long as you can find a clearing).

Two views of the Pleiades from the sky last night over Spruce Knob, West Virginia. Wide Angle, and Extreme Telephoto.

Some test shots run with @your-eyes-touch-me-physically
They were testing makeup, and I was testing the studio setup a little further. It was a real joy to shoot him with the old Takumar 50mm, which just feels a little nicer in the hand than the newer 50′s I have.

Macrophotography of a corroded faucet naturally forming a bubble and drips.
Shot through an 8-element Takumar 50mm f1.4 lens with a 27mm extension tube on a Pentax K-3.

Developed my first rolls of black and white film at home, using Cinestill Df96 monobath. Pretty easy, and rather good results! I camera scanned these myself. All of these shots are from the same roll of Ilford FP4+, shot in my trusty Pentax K1000.
The two winter scenes above are shot with a 24mm lens, and the cat with a 50mm. The architectural shot below was shot with a 300mm lens, and @beaujagr took that shot of me with a 135mm lens.
