The Hocotate freight ship made out of wood and acrylic paint. The wood base was a present from my little brother, he carved it himself. I painted the ship over several days.

Why you gotta call me out like this?
Did you spend your days reading the Pikmin 2 Piklopedia for hours on end while growing up, or did you have friends?
I liked bouncing carrots off of the Empress Bulblax.
Does anyone else have a strange attraction towards those game posters that show the player character surrounded by absolute insanity?
Ex: Pikmin 1 and 2, Don’t Starve, Little Nightmares, etc.
I’m talking you are currently witnessing AT BARE MINIMUM a dangerous situation unfolding!
I dunno, I just find that kinda poster much more interesting than “player is cool and dangerous and beating the shit out of everything.”
Obviously that style of poster can absolutely still be amazing, especially if given the tone of the game (take DOOM’s poster, for instance) but just the idea that you’re DESPERATELY trying to survive and that the poster reflects that?
I really like that.
Anyway in relation to what I just said I made another poster for Pickled Men One that shows this insanity cranked up to 10!
I’m very proud of it. Took a lot of love and effort. Also sorry for all the lines I just like to draw in a notepad.
See, this is the kind of biological speculation I come onto these interwebs to hear!
So pikmin dropped seeds in 1 and 2 if they were mature flowers in battle. This implies they’re capable of plant sexual reproduction via pollination. Otherwise the condition of being a flower wouldn’t matter and they’d drop seeds regardless of maturation level.
I don’t know if white and purple pikmin can do this since I never had them die in the over world for the seeds to be available next day, as seedlings weren’t ready to pick until the day after the battle in pikmin 1 at least.
Could be fun. Hybridization of pikmin types could be possible if this method were true. That or the the seeds would select whatever pikmin had a dominant gene over the other. I don’t know if an even mix of pikmin types would be possible.
For example, common types like the primary colored pikmin would always win out between cross pollination of rare types like the purples and whites. Seedlings would always be primary. Between rare types, I’m unsure of the outcome.
