You've heard of eldritch Danny and Alfred, I raise you eldritch Bruce.
There has always been something wrong about Bruce Wayne, he has a subtly obsessive nature and protecting others took years to obtain. Having it before he was able to take a human form.
Seemingly able to teleport through the shadows he darkens by willpower. Being in two places at once with his ability to duplicate in darkness.
His strength meant to the peak of human ability but always more, his "work out" something the most skilled athletes struggle to keep up with.
Bruce never blinks as often as he should, his pupils are too small and pointed when he's angry. His idea of affection is sparse at best and strained. Like he has never had human contact.
(Don't worry his kids are changing that.)
The oddest thingy has to be his cloak. Becoming an amorphus shape as he sheds his human body as he moves through the night. Reappearing taller than he should to look over the goons he sends to the hospital.
When covering for Bruce, Dick and Jason find the cloak making them the same black blob. The fabric becoming a creature that follows their command. A very strange feeling as they melt into the darkness, though comforted in a way.
The cloak guiding them through the dark world that Bruce uses to get places every night.
Can Bruce's shadow touch things like a normal person?

Dash: I can't believe you talked me into this! Steph: Come on! It will be funny. It will probably work too! Dash: He doesn't like rich people. Steph: Neither does Jason. Dash: Didn't you say the oldest grew up in a circus?! Danny's not a fan of the Circus. Steph: No, you said he doesn't like clowns. Dick is an Acrobat. Totally different. And! This entire family, heck the entire city absolutely LOATHES clowns. He'll fit right in. Dash: But! Dash: *gulps* Ah. Uh. Yes. *clicks on the projector where 'WHY YOU SHOULD ADOPT DANNY FENTON' with a picture of Black-Haired Blue-Eyed Danny front and center flashes onto the screen* Wayne Family: o.o Dash: *clears throat* So, there's this orphan in my hometown...
jason, a few years later, dragging in a small, barely a preteen tim by the back of his collar: hey so i saw this lil guy alone at the gala last night so i brought him home
bruce, not learning from the first time and waving it off to finally sleep off the stress from the gala: that's nice, jaylad

bruce, confused by there being 3 young boys at the table: wait, when did-
jason, without missing a beat: too late, alfred said we can keep him
dick, with tears in his eyes: they grow up so fast
bruce: ... *sighs* tim, pass the salt
13 y/o dick grayson, holding 9 y/o jason todd like a stray cat: bruce, i got a little brother!
bruce, doing paperwork for WE, not paying attention: that’s great, chum

dick: it’s okay, alfred said we can keep him!

hunting for the heart
hunting for the heart, a stonathan x ronance au in which steve and robin are vampires, and nancy and jonathan are new prey that have shown up in their quiet, sleepy town.
yet in playing with their food, steve and robin realize halfway through they might actually be falling in love with these humans.
"tell me we have good food again." robin whines, tapping her hand on the counter with the restless energy he's always known her to have, even before he—before she got turned. "if i have to kill another rabbit with their cute lil big eyes—" he rolls his eyes fondly. "no, robin, you don't. actually, that's what i'm here to talk to you about." "oh?" steve shakes his head, starting to grin from ear to ear. "no. better." he leans forward, and her eyes light up with sudden understanding. a smile slowly appears on her face. even though he knows she knows, he still says it anyways. "there's new food in town."
ok so in most of the dcxdp stories I've seen, Duke finds Danny super bright(which I love because it makes me think of a star) but what if he just can't see Danny at all. And when he tell the rest of the batfam they think he's just talking about like Danny not having an aura but he is just completely invisible to Duke even when the rest can see him.
Idk why 🤷♀️ maybe his 'true form' is incomprehensible so he just doesn't appear like Lucy (Scarlett Johanson)
Idk I just think it would be cool but that's all I got for it so pls feel free to build off it🙏
Ghost King and King of Atlantis: Best of Buds
I think that ghost king Danny phantom and arthur curry (especially the Jason mamoa version) would be best buds immediately upon meeting and would always complain about their duties/’coworkers’ / and king stuff
They would also slack off together all the time lol
Both: Half human(tho different circumstances)
Suddenly kings
One foot in the human realm/surface and each of their own worlds(Atlantis, the ghost zone)
Think kings stuff is boring/stuffy
Bond over crude language and insulting stuck ups that the other rulers (Diana, Orm,ect) judge them for
Would much rather just float around in quite away from responsibilities/spend time in humans world/on the surface
Probably the only two royalty that went to highschool (Kor'i, Diana, Orm, Mera, Hawkman, ect) idk if hawkman is royalty tho 🤷♀️
I also really like the thought that they need to spend time nurturing both their halves
Ie. They can't spend 100% of their time with the humans or in the sea/ghost zone cuz that hurts them but they also can't stay away from the humans or their other worlds for the same reason
Both love cheese burgers and wish their respective other worlds had them
Very old art for Aideku week, but I'm here for the plot. Day Seven: Soul Mates
In the past, Izuku annoyed witches/sorcerers, being an INCREDIBLY evil person, and fate itself cursed him. The curse causes all of his new reincarnations to die on the same day of the same age every new life, despite the fact that in subsequent lives Midoriya is a good person.
Aizawa, a loyal comrade, friend, lover, husband, followed him every life and death.
At the age of 22, on April 27th of every life, Midoriya dies
Until the Lord had mercy and gave Shouta an amulet that on this day must protect Midoriya every new life and prevent death
2nd century, Midoriya was reborn in the world of heroes. But the amulet was lost in time (it was found during excavations in a grave and sold at auction, and then again and again and again)
The day of death is getting closer and closer, and Aizawa, who also accompanied him in every life, learns about this story (but with different names that they had in a past life's) and tries to find this person and this amulet (he knows for sure that this is true because of the legends and documented things I'm not sure)
From here the plot starts, Aizawa tries to find this person is and how to save him, and Izuku grasps warnings, phantom sensations of hands strangling and cutting him from a past life
